Special NoteThe original video broadcast of this program can be found on the fantastic Wrestling With The 80's channel which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4sdYyFWTXc&t=8448sI would also encourage you to subscribe to Ted's Takes On Wrestling, which you can find here: www.youtube.com/@TedsTakesWrestlingTed Turner, the swashbuckling billionaire owner of TBS, CNN and the Atlanta Braves had an incredible impact on the world of professional wrestling as well! Wrestling fans of the 80's remember making 6:05PM on the SuperStation appointment television as they watched their favourite grapplers battle it out first in Georgia Championship Wrestling then later on Jim Crockett Promotions World Championship Wrestling. In the 90's, after Turner's purchase of JCP, viewers were treated to one of the greatest eras to be a wrestling fan as the Monday Night War heated up thanks to WCW's groundbreaking Monday Nitro! But sadly, all good things must come to an end as the world of corporate mergers led to a power struggle and eventual ousting of Turner from the empire he created, the destruction of WCW and the end of wrestling on Turner Broadcasting. Tonight I am joined by Andy the Taxman from @GrapplingWithCanada and Ted Hill from @TedsTakesWrestling to discuss the legacy of Ted Turner and his indelible mark on professional wrestling! We're also going to be giving our thoughts and reactions to the epic four part Netflix documentary on Hulk Hogan. The good, the bad, the untrue and the unbelievable. Hogan left a legacy that can't be denied and even in death he is creating a stir in mainstream media. Please be sure to like, subscribe, rate and review! (Hopefully 5 Stars!!) WCW Nitro emanates from a parking lot behind Cesar's Palace in beautiful Las Vegas on the eve of Clash of Champions. As they head into their Tuesday night mega card event Ric Flair will first have to defend his WCW World Heavyweight Championship against The Macho Man Randy Savage. But that's not the only title up for grabs as WCW Tag Team Champions Harlem Heat take on the team of Sting and Lex Luger. Not to be outdone, neither of those matches are the Main Event as Hulk Hogan takes on WCW United States Champion One Man Gang in a non-title match to close the night. The 2026 NBA Finals shift into a pivotal Game 4 tonight as the New York Knicks look to take a commanding 3-1 series lead over the San Antonio Spurs. After San Antonio's 115-111 win in Game 3, all eyes are on Victor Wembanyama, who dominated with 32 points and completely changed the series with his rim protection and ability to control the paint. The Knicks still lead 2-1, but another Wemby masterpiece could swing the momentum back to San Antonio heading home. If the Spurs ultimately win this series, it's hard to see anyone other than Victor Wembanyama taking home Finals MVP. He's been the most impactful player on the floor on both ends and is beginning to solve New York's offense while creating matchup nightmares for the Knicks. The Cardinals continue their series against the Mets looking to build momentum. How good are the Birds right now? Out west, the Cubs continue their series with the Rockies. How bleak are things for the Cubs right now? Plus, Evan Stone transforms into Hulk Hogan to react to the growing excitement around the 2026 FIFA World Cup. "Whatcha gonna do, brother, when World Cup Mania runs wild on YOU?!"

One minute you're discussing legendary comedians. The next minute you're getting shot with an Airsoft gun to reveal a baby's gender. Just another completely normal day on The Rizzuto Show.Episode 101 delivers exactly the kind of chaos you'd expect from your favorite daily comedy show. King Scott finally reveals whether he's having a boy or a girl, but because this is The Rizzuto Show, the reveal involves questionable planning, poor weapon handling, and two unsuspecting coworkers standing against a wall hoping they don't get blasted. Radio professionalism remains undefeated. Before the big reveal, the gang gears up for Night of the Rizzlies at the Gateway Grizzlies game, debates who can throw the fastest first pitch without embarrassing themselves, and questions whether Moon's partially destroyed knee can survive an outfield race. The confidence level is high. The odds of injury are somehow even higher. Then things get surprisingly heated when the crew tackles one of the biggest comedy questions imaginable: Who is the greatest stand-up comedian turned actor of all time? Robin Williams? Eddie Murphy? Jim Carrey? Steve Martin? Adam Sandler? Billy Crystal? The debate spirals into movie history, personal rankings, forgotten classics, and enough opinions to start at least three internet arguments. In Crap On Celebrities, Lern brings everything from Beastie Boys news and Marilyn Manson legal updates to TV cancellations, celebrity health stories, Hulk Hogan documentary discussion, and one of the strangest medical conditions anyone has ever heard of. Apparently some people sneeze when they're too full. The show spends an alarming amount of time exploring that concept. The gang also revisits cult classics like The Cable Guy, argues over the true Mount Rushmore of 1970s rock bands, and somehow turns a discussion about diarrhea into a surprisingly detailed scientific investigation. Nobody asked for that. Yet here we are.And because becoming a father isn't stressful enough, King Scott sticks around for "Feed Baby Scott," where listeners try to identify mystery baby foods while Scott gets spoon-fed questionable purees. Future fatherhood preparation? Not exactly. Entertaining radio? Absolutely. If you're looking for a daily comedy show packed with ridiculous debates, weird celebrity news, accidental life lessons, and a room full of adults behaving like unsupervised middle schoolers, this episode delivers all of it.Congratulations to Scott and Allison on their baby girl, condolences to everyone who got hit with an Airsoft pellet, and good luck getting the phrase "explosive diarrhea" out of your head. Thanks for listening to another daily comedy show from The Rizzuto Show.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
If you've ever convinced yourself you were dying only to discover you just forgot your morning coffee, congratulations—you and Moon have something in common. This episode begins with Moon's dramatic weekend health crisis, which included headaches, body aches, sweating, canceled plans, and a genuine belief that he had caught the flu. After missing parties, skipping events, and suffering through a soccer match, the shocking diagnosis arrived: accidental caffeine withdrawal. One decaf mistake later, Moon was spiraling. Two rose lattes later, he was ready to conquer the world, write albums, and possibly become mayor of Paris.Meanwhile, the crew breaks down one of the most unexpected party surprises in recent memory when former Blues star Jamie Rivers decides the perfect pool-opening gift for his fiancée Ashley is... live monkeys. Not monkey decorations. Not monkey-themed cupcakes. Actual monkeys. Naturally, the monkeys arrive during a crowded backyard party packed with guests, children, music, and enough chaos to make everyone question several life choices. The result is equal parts adorable, confusing, and mildly terrifying. The conversation somehow escalates into monkey behavior analysis, party planning mistakes, surprise animal logistics, and the realization that getting bitten by a monkey in a bikini was probably not on anyone's weekend bingo card. The gang also recaps King Scott's massive baby shower, complete with mountains of gifts, bacon, desserts, and the looming anticipation of the show's upcoming gender reveal. There are discussions about weird party foods, mysterious hot-dog cake creations, and why some recipes should maybe stay inside family cookbooks. As if that wasn't enough, Rafe conducts what can only be described as investigative journalism by revisiting a local Hooters. What follows is an unexpectedly deep exploration of restaurant culture, paper plates, silent dining rooms, forgotten glory days, and whether a restaurant can accidentally become an existential experience. It's part food review, part sociology experiment, and part cry for help. The crew also tackles one of life's toughest questions: what's the saddest food to eat alone? Cake? Ice cream? A blooming onion? The answers get surprisingly personal as stories of lonely desserts, spaghetti mishaps, old promotional cakes, and questionable life decisions come flooding out. From caffeine dependency and monkey business to restaurant nostalgia and emotional food debates, this episode delivers exactly the kind of beautiful nonsense that makes this daily comedy show what it is. If you're looking for a daily comedy show that can seamlessly connect French coffee, poolside monkeys, hot-dog cake, and Hooters trivia without ever making sense, you've found your people. Absolutely.Today's episode of The Rizzuto Show answers a question absolutely nobody asked: can King Scott identify baby food flavors while blindfolded and trapped in audio isolation?Armed with an airplane spoon, questionable parenting products, and the confidence of a man who claimed he'd "never gotten this wrong before," Scott stepped into one of the weirdest challenges we've ever put on the show. What followed was a rollercoaster of carrots, sweet peas, green beans, applesauce, chicken broth, and enough pureed mystery meat to make everyone in the room reconsider modern food science.Things start innocent enough when Scott confidently nails carrot. That's where the success story ends. Soon he's identifying sweet peas as asparagus, green beans as apricot, and repeatedly convincing himself that every suspicious meat product on earth somehow tastes like tuna. Meanwhile, Moon embraces his new role as Baby Food Sommelier, Rafe nearly loses his lunch from the smell of ham puree, and Lern spends most of the challenge laughing at Scott looking like he's awaiting sentencing in the electric chair.Along the way, the gang talks about the upcoming Operation Food Search canned food drive, broadcasting outside the station for the first time in years, and why the studio might actually be the sixth member of the show. Then it's right back to watching a grown man try to process flavors designed for people who can't legally walk yet.The real star of the show might be the baby food itself. The ham and gravy drew immediate comparisons to cat food. The chicken and broth somehow smelled worse. Multiple show members gagged. One nearly threw up. Scott requested second bites of several flavors despite clear evidence that his taste buds had already filed formal complaints. If you've ever wondered what happens when confidence collides head-on with pureed meat products, this episode delivers. It's a masterclass in bad guesses, terrible smells, and the kind of chaos that only happens when a daily radio show decides to turn one of its hosts into a giant toddler for entertainment purposes. This is exactly the kind of funny podcast nonsense that keeps us employed. It's a funny podcast filled with bad decisions, questionable food choices, and a shocking amount of discussion about tuna that wasn't actually tuna. If you love a funny podcast featuring hilarious fails, weird food challenges, sarcastic humor, and friends roasting each other for nearly half an hour, welcome home.Featuring:King Scott vs. baby foodThe ham puree incidentThe Great Tuna ConfusionMoon's elite airplane-spoon techniqueRafe's battle with nauseaMultiple audience predictionsOne very concerned future fatherEnough chicken broth to haunt a studio foreverThe Rizzuto Show: proving once again that adulthood is mostly just childhood with bills.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.Belleville's Skyview Drive-In is now for saleBear sightings prompt warnings in Franklin County'Pure Panic': Glacier Grizzly Attack Survivor Shares the Story of the Rescue That Saved HimSt. Louis woman stabs man in head with railroad spike after fight over lottery ticketSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In this episode of Skin in the Game, Saxon Baum sits down with entrepreneur Chad Bronstein to discuss the journey that took him from selling Beanie Babies as a kid to building one of the fastest-growing sports leagues in America.Chad shares how an early obsession with sales and entrepreneurship shaped his career, leading him through the adtech world, multiple successful ventures, and eventually the launch of Real American Beer alongside wrestling icon Hulk Hogan. Along the way, he reflects on the highs and lows of building businesses, raising capital, navigating market downturns, and the lessons that only come from failure. The conversation also dives into the creation of Real American Freestyle (RAF), the professional wrestling league Chad founded after recognizing a major gap in the sport he loved growing up. Gawker was a pioneering, era-defining blog that covered the world of media and celebrities and was known for its snarky creative voice and questionable journalistic ethics. Ten years after the billionaire-funded lawsuit that drove it into bankruptcy, Frank DiGiacomo, entertainment reporter and co-author of Paper of Wreckage: An Oral History of The New York Post, discusses the outlet's enduring legacy as described in his recent piece, "At Gawker, They Battled a Billionaire. 10 Years Later, the Scars Are Still Healing." Photo by John Pendygraft-Pool/Getty Images: Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, testifies in court during his trial against Gawker Media at the Pinellas County Courthouse on March 8, 2016 in St Petersburg, Florida. Hulk Hogan throws a fit when The Macho Man randy Savage cuts a deal without Hogan's knowledge. Ric Flair battles an old foe when he defends his WCW World Heavyweight Championship against Sting. But that's not the Main Event as Hogan closes the show against the almighty Meng. The Four Horsemen conduct business as they strike a deal with the Dungeon of Doom. Sting continues to be the most clueless man in professional wrestling. Follow us on Instagram @GetItAgainPodcast Got 2 (or more) words for us? Email us at GetItAgainPodcast@gmail.com

Eugene Volokh and Jane Bambauer unpack the complicated and often uncomfortable relationship between free speech and privacy, exploring everything from anonymous political pamphlets and government surveillance to revenge porn, hidden cameras, autobiographies, celebrity likeness rights, wiretap laws, and the constitutional limits of “the right to be left alone.” Along the way, they dive into landmark Supreme Court cases, the origins of American privacy law, Hulk Hogan's takedown of Gawker, the legality of recording police, and why seemingly simple questions like “Who owns your life story?” turn into some of the thorniest conflicts in First Amendment law. Subscribe for the latest on free speech, censorship, social media, AI, and the evolving role of the First Amendment in today's proverbial town square.

We kick things off by accidentally introducing the wrong show, arguing about Bonnie Tyler lyrics, and discovering that turning away from the camera reveals a wall-to-wall penny situation nobody knew was there. From there, things get real fast. Spencer is having kind of a rough go of it: missing his ex, stuck on video game programming, smoking too much weed to feel high anymore, but finds unexpected joy in the philosophical similarities between Minecraft and coding. The conversation meanders through THAC0 (the famously cursed old Dungeons & Dragons combat mechanic), the surprisingly cherry-forward nature of Mr. Pibb, Kevin's deeply controversial love of RC Cola, and a Diablo 4-branded Fanta that Spencer considers one of the great sodas of our time. We also wade into the current state of society: the FBI finding reports "credible" while nobody does anything about it, data centers making people on Threads suspicious for reasons that make no sense, the Goonbug mobile game phenomenon and the observation that the American Dream has quietly pivoted from "be a doctor" to "get hit by a truck for a settlement." Spencer also delivers a passionate sermon about labor vs. ideas, and the whole thing wraps up with an AI-generated email reply, a fantastic Hulk Hogan impression, and Spencer encouraging listeners to run him over with their cars as a form of support.
