Davey Hamilton has had a long career in motorsports racing sprint cars, midgets and silver crown cars on dirt tracks across the country. He's also been a fixture in the NTT IndyCar Series and has 11 Indy 500 starts under his belt with a best finish of fourth. These days, Hamilton is still driving Indy cars – specifically the INDYCAR Experience Two-Seater giving fans and VIPs a thrill ride before the start of series races. With all his experience behind the wheel, he's parlayed that into a career behind the microphone as well being a color commentator on the IndyCar Radio Network. In addition to being on the ownership side of things in racing, Hamilton, as you can imagine, is a very busy guy. We caught up with him at the 2024 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach Press Day where he fills us in on his association with Kingdom Racing and how that organization is helping those who have experienced hard times and loss. He also talks a bit about last week's guest, Sting Ray Robb. Enjoy! NOTE: For more information on Kingdom Racing, please visit: www.kingdomracing.net

Many people have the misconception that all racing is, is going fast and turning left. EYFPodcast got the chance to sit down with IndyCar racing legend and Team owner Davey Hamilton and we got an insiders look into what it's like to race at Indianapolis and in the race of life. According to Davey it's all about prayer, spiritual strength and growing in your faith when you're flying around a race track at 220 mph. Prayer does work in racing as does having faith in God but it is also for when life crashes all around you and you don’t know where to start to pick up the pieces. Follow Davey at Kingdom Racing (www.kingdomracing.net) and King of the Wing (www.kingofthewing.net) to find out where he's going to be racing at next on a wing and a prayer and be sure to subscribe to his plan for a better life: 1. Study the Word of God2. Develop spiritual strength through prayer3. Focus on scriptures on Faith4. Exercise your faith daily

George fell in love with racing at a young age, but put away his “little boy dreams” to enter the financial banking world. He said as he was entrenched in that world, money became his god. After years of world travel, George and his wife made their home in London. That's where his wife began her relationship with the Lord. George felt lost in his lavish lifestyle, falling away from his wife and family. After his business (you may be familiar with it – Enron) collapsed, he gave his life to Lord and calmly awaited his next steps. George talks about praying the “dangerous” prayer of “God, you've done so much for me. What is it you want me to do for You?” Buckle up for this amazing ride, from George taking his son to his first Indy 500 race to getting the vision to found Kingdom Racing. About Kingdom Racing: Kingdom Racing is a Christian team with a unique mission: to Deliver God's Word through Motorsports.
