Today on Sense of Soul we have Amrit Sandhu he is an international speaker, a spiritually aligned living and purpose coach, host and founder of the Australian based podcast, Inspired Evolution. Growing up in a Sikh Indian family, Amrit was immersed in spirituality and the sacredness of life. His father, a sage in his own right, introduced him to profound mystical concepts, sparking a deep curiosity about the world and our place in it. His timeless wisdom nurtured his fascination with the intersection of science and spirituality. His mother, an indomitable entrepreneur, guided Amrit with her strength and drive. Together, their influences ignited his passion for Spiritual Entrepreneurship and living life on spiritually sovereign terms. Despite his academic success, Amrit found himself in a career misaligned with his soul's purpose. Seven years of career misalignment followed, with mindfulness practices barely keeping me afloat. It wasn't until he discovered his core values that he realized how out of alignment his life truly was. In his darkest hour, the Inspired Evolution podcast was born. Inspired by spiritual teachers, authors, entrepreneurs, and mystics, he explored how they lived abundantly and on their own terms. Their alignment with their soul's purpose became a guiding light for his own journey. He's had a profound transformation along his journey which he is now sharing with others and guiding them in their own transformations. Through his Inspired Evolution Podcast, Amrit has had the privilege of interviewing over 350 remarkable individuals, including CEOs, high-ranking military personnel, and celebrities. He had also spoken to audiences of up to 16,000 people. These experiences have opened doors to new opportunities and valuable partnerships. https://inspiredevolution.com https://www.amrit.coach/about Buy Shanna a coffee at www.senseofsoulpodcast.com
Race riots enter their second week in France with sympathy demonstrations springing up across Europe fueled by media and state sanctioned anti-european hatred. Meanwhile in Ontario, Canada - the Sikh Indian diaspora rallies July 8th for arming revolutionaries to establish an ethnostate (Khalistan) that all three government establishment parties support. As long as there is no honking! As usual, the native populations of western countries are the last people to be considered regarding the future of their own lands.

And we return from somewhere in deep space with a throwback to our chat with South-West Sydney's rising hip hop wordsmith (and renaissance man), L-FRESH The LION. Passionate about social justice (but seemingly more passionate about music than his law degree..), ARIA-nominated L-FRESH uses hip hop as a medium to tackle a range of issues such as racism and prejudice head on, while being an active mentor and contributor within local arts communities and broader grass-roots community programs. Drawing from his Sikh-Indian heritage, L-FRESH is helping to shape the evolving face and sound of Australian hip hop, in ways that have ultimately seen to his emergence and celebration not only across the wider Australian community, but also the international stage. Get inspired!

VJ aka the Brown James Bond and Chaidez aka Chai-T aka maybe soon to no longer be Chai-T start back up immediately discussing weed tolerance and how your tolerance is based pretty much on peer pressure. Straight to the action with no lube: VJ and Chaidez crash their first wedding. Not only that, it happens to be an extremely lavish Sikh Indian wedding of one of VJ's best friend's (Bob)sister where they show up purposefully under dressed to give anyone VJ knows a gimme-alley oop reason to get kick our psychos out. Trepidation and fear spreads through the air as VJ's imagination goes crazy as he over thinks the invitation process or lack thereof. VJ breaks down surrounding stories, connections and awkwardness while Chaidez has a life altering experience. Listen as they both try to make it through the night in one piece, err... two pieces. PS. You can get the ingredients in your burrito at Chipotle (maybe now even with E. Coli !) mixed up.
