Seikkailupyöräilijä Toni Lund on joutunut pitkien pyöräkisojen aikana hakemaan voimaa positiivisen ajattelun kautta ja asioiden oikealla suhteuttamisella. Uuden ja positiivisen kulman löytäminen ovat auttaneet Tonia Alaskan armottomassa talvessa, jossa kaikki asiat tulee tehdä harkiten ja oikein eikä virheisiin ole varaa kuolemanpelon uhalla. Sukupuolten taistelussa Niina kohtasi Eeron. Mikon lomaillessa miesten puolia kisassa piti Iskelmän äänituottaja Toni Lund. Pauliina kertoi mielenkiintoisesta uutisesta, Putinista on tehty kalenteri! Pauliina myös jakoi oman kokemuksensa hihojen palamisesta, kirjaimellisesti.

Sukupuolten taistelussa Jussi kisasi Niinan kanssa ja Mikkoa korvaamassa sekä miesten puolta pitämässä oli Iskelmän äänituottaja Toni Lund. Iskelmän Aamuklubissa Pauliina kertoi Apollomatka kilpailun viimeisen kohteen. Pauliina on myös huolissaan suomenkielestä. Suklaata ei pysty jouluna piilottamaan, se on syötävä. Pauliina jäi katselemaan kissavideoita, kun olisi pitänyt keskustella päivän puheenaiheista.

Sukupuolten taistelussa Kari Hämeenlinnasta sai vastaansa Marjukan Kiteeltä. Mikko sairasteli maanantain, joten miesten puolia tuli pitämään Iskelmän äänituottaja Toni Lund. Myös huominen haastaja pääsi esittäytymään. Pauliina kertoi, kuinka hänen lapsensa tuli syyslomalla kotiin ja Pauliina pääsi kiinnittelemään haalarimerkkejä.

Mikko oli tänään muissa hommissa, Pauliina emännöi studiota yksin, mutta Sukupuolten taisteluun miesten puolta tuli pitämään Iskelmän äänituottaja Toni Lund. Riikka tavoitteli kahdeksatta voittoa kisassa ja uutena haastajana kuultiin Peltsiä.

Toni Lund suoritti ensimmäisenä suomalaisena maailman vaativimman maastopyöräilykisan Iditarod Trail Invitationalin eli ITIn. Mitä vaatiin 1000 mailin tarpominen helmikuisessa Alaskassa? Kuinka lähellä on kuolema jos toimitaan väärin.
