In this explosive edition of The Weekly Wolfson on No Way, Jose!, host Jose Galison sits down with journalist Matt Wolfson—whose razor-sharp reporting cuts through the fog of geopolitics and ethnopolitics—to unpack the frantic acquisitioning of establishment media properties by Zionist actors. As legacy outlets fall like dominoes into coordinated hands, the pair dissects how full-spectrum media centralization isn't just business as usual, but a calculated power play reshaping narratives on everything from foreign policy to domestic dissent. With Wolfson's signature blend of hard data and unflinching analysis, the conversation exposes the mechanics behind this mad dash for control and what it means for independent voices in an increasingly consolidated information landscape. The discussion dives deep into key players driving the shift, spotlighting Oracle founder Larry Ellison and his son's expanding media footprint alongside Bari Weiss's high-profile moves and the broader network of influence at work. From boardroom deals to editorial capture, Jose and Matt connect the dots on how these acquisitions align with larger strategic goals, revealing patterns that mainstream coverage conveniently ignores. Packed with unfiltered insights you won't hear anywhere else, this episode of The Weekly Wolfson is essential listening for anyone tracking power, propaganda, and the future of free speech. For a significant plurality of those who voted for Donald Trump in 2024, it all really comes down to one thing. Owning the Libs. So what price is anyone willing to pay for that? The question "at what cost" doesn't belong to one side of the aisle. In this solo episode of TP&R Uninterrupted, Corey Nathan turns the lens on both Trump loyalists and progressive purists, arguing that the price of performative politics is being paid by everyone. Drawing on the More in Common "Beyond MAGA" study, real conversations with friends and family who took the GFY vote in 2024, and the electoral evidence from Virginia and New Jersey, Corey makes the case that civic renewal requires something harder than winning arguments: it requires welcoming people back in without making them confess their sins first. Corey traces how years of condescension, finger-wagging, and political shaming drove thoughtful people — including his own son and a close Latino friend — not toward Trump's policies, but toward a defiant rejection of the people lecturing them. Understanding that pathway is the first step toward reversing it. The math makes the reluctant right the ball game. The More in Common "Beyond MAGA" study identifies the Reluctant Right as roughly 20% of Trump's 2024 coalition — more than 15 million voters. In a country where House districts are decided by 333 votes, that's not a rounding error. It's the margin. Progressive overreach has a price tag too. The same "at what cost" question Corey puts to Trump loyalists applies to the activist left. Performative purity tests, canceling the insufficiently orthodox, and demanding ideological confession before welcoming people into the coalition aren't just annoying — they're losing strategies with receipts. Loyalty to Trump has an itemized bill. From Pam Bondi's congressional hearing burn book to Marco Rubio's Oval Office silence while Zelensky was demeaned, Corey walks through the specific transactions made by people who had everything to lose. These aren't rhetorical questions. They're the same question, applied to people who answered it in public. The Buckley model points the way forward. What the pro-democracy coalition needs to do is what William F. Buckley did with the Birchers: marginalize the voices making the coalition unelectable, and when someone from the reluctant right shows up at the party, say come on in, the water's warm. Episode #214 of the PricePlow Podcast goes deep with the two co-founders of NuCelium, a functional mushroom cultivation company operating out of Coldstream, British Columbia. Riley Boudreau and Rob Swiderski join Mike and Ben to explain NuCelium’s biology-first approach to potency and why their full-spectrum growing method can outperform conventional extraction without stripping out a single compound. The conversation covers Rob’s unusual path to mushrooms (he sold his shares in nine restaurants after a vision he attributes to God) and Riley’s journey from mushroom-picking robotics into cultivation science. Together with a founding mycology team carrying over 75 years of combined experience, they’ve built a facility where quality and affordability don’t have to be trade-offs. The headline result: NuCelium’s CordyFuelâ„¢ won the 2025 Cordy Cup with a third-party verified 14.83 mg/g cordycepin reading, the highest in competition history, achieved without extraction. For the full backstory on the company, see our NuCelium brand introduction on the PricePlow Blog, but this discussion is worth your full time. Not Broken. Differently Wired. Raising the Neurodivergent Child with Dr Itzikowitz S8 | E207

Sense by Meg Faure

Play Episode Listen Later Apr 23, 2026 38:15

IntroductionThis week we have one of the most honest and tender conversations this podcast has ever held. Meg sits down with Dr Raphaela Itzikowitz Geva, specialist paediatrician, neurodevelopment expert, and founder of The Full Spectrum app. Together they explore what it truly means to raise a child whose brain works differently. Whether you are a parent who has just started to notice something, a family in the middle of a long diagnostic journey, or someone who received a label years ago and is still finding their footing, this episode is for you. What Neurodivergence Actually MeansRaphaela unpacks the difference between neurodiversity and neurodivergence with clarity and compassion. Neurodiversity is simply the reality that all human brains are different. Neurodivergence is where those differences create specific challenges in navigating a demanding world. Crucially, she reframes the entire conversation: this is not about fixing an incorrect child. It is about understanding how a child processes their world so that we can support them to thrive within it.Guilt vs. Grief: Two Very Different ThingsOne of the most powerful moments in this episode is Raphaela's distinction between guilt and grief. Guilt asks: did I cause this? Grief says: this is not what I expected, and it is hard. Raphaela explains why neurodivergence is almost never anybody's fault, and why untangling these two emotions is one of the most liberating things a parent can do. She also addresses the moment of diagnosis itself, which for many parents holds both shock and, unexpectedly, relief.Neuroplasticity and the Early WindowThe early brain is wiring itself in real time, and what happens in those first years matters enormously. Raphaela explains neuroplasticity in plain language and makes a compelling case for early intervention. Not because we are changing the child to fit the world, but because we are shaping the experience of the child so they can explore their world with confidence. The window is open right now, and this conversation tells you exactly how to use it.The Space Between the NotesRaphaela introduces one of the most memorable ideas in this episode: the space between the notes. The notes are the therapy sessions and clinical appointments. The space is everything that happens at home, every day, in the ordinary moments of connection and repetition. She explains the three documents every parent receives when leaving her practice: a neurodevelopmental report, an Understanding Your Child document that decodes behaviour, and a Rationalised Action Map that gives families a clear, prioritised place to start. Why You Must ListenThis episode is not about adding more to your plate. It is about understanding. And understanding, as Raphaela says, is the key that unlocks a great deal of frustration. Her closing words are a gift to every parent on this journey: the journey is different. It is not less. Listen today, and share it with every parent who needs to hear it. I. Show 331 Part 2 – Show 331 was a big one so I made it a 2 parter. Part 1 runs about 45 minutes and you can find it here – https://fullspectrumcycling.com/full-spectrum-cycling-331-part-1-fat-biking-electric-bikes-milwaukee/ https://youtu.be/eilI_r77h6g In Part 2 of 331 we have sprawling segment of Full Spectrum Cycling featuring guest Jeremy Prach – 27-year Milwaukee Public Schools teacher, community organizer, and catalyst behind some of Milwaukee’s most beloved DIY events. Threading through all of it is a shared philosophy: community built on genuine stoke beats anything you can sell, and the best events are often born from a group of people drinking beer and throwing darts at a crazy idea until it works. Segment 1 – 44:42 to 47:00 | Jeremy’s Day Job: Teaching, Cooking, and Community Jeremy describes his 27-year career as an MPS teacher and his current role running a real working cafe with special needs students at the teacher training center – today’s special: chicken pot pie. Segment 2 – 47:00 to 53:30 | River West 24: Origin, Ethos, and the AV Club Jeremy reflects on how Riverwest 24 grew from backyard beer drinking into a Milwaukee institution, the challenge of explaining its ethos to outsiders, the involvement of “certified radicals,” and the new RW24 AV Club looking for production volunteers to control their own media narrative. Segment 3 – 53:30 to 57:10 | Sign-Up Day Entertainment: Vaudeville, Gong Show, and the Line Experience The group discusses plans to turn the RW24 registration line into a variety show – somewhere between vaudeville, the Gong Show, and the Muppets – with Jeremy MCing. Sven mentions three years of video footage he’s sitting on from past sign-up days. Segment 4 – 57:10 to 1:01:30 | Podcast Philosophy: DIY vs. Monetization Jeremy shares his own motorcycle podcast (Flat-Out Friday / Mama Tried) and the group wrestles with the tension between staying punk rock and actually making the economics work. Sven recalls the heyday of scripted Weekly Dose of Fat episodes with 3,500 listeners vs. the current no-edit approach. Segment 5 – 1:01:30 to 1:05:30 | Punk Rock Roots and Milwaukee Basement Shows The conversation digs into Milwaukee’s basement show scene, Jeremy’s punk rock community entry point, Tony’s backyard as a venue, and the visiting Iowa wrestlers who couldn’t believe what they’d walked into. Segment 6 – 1:05:30 to 1:09:30 | Community as a Core Value: “Bowling Alone” and Catholic Guilt Jeremy connects his lifelong drive to organize – hockey, Jiu-Jitsu, motorcycles, music – to a deeper need for community. References the book “Bowling Alone,” his altar boy days, and the irony of Catholic guilt as a motivator. Segment 7 – 1:09:30 to 1:17:30 | The Origin of Flat-Out Friday: From MECCA to the Bradley Center Jeremy tells the full unlikely story: a whiskey-and-Dr.-Pepper car ride where Scott from Fuel floated the idea for Mama Tried, Jeremy collecting $5 tickets at a door he showed up 30 minutes late to, renting the MECCA Arena and watching them rip the covers off extra seats because more people showed up than expected, losing that slot to the circus, getting blocked out of the Bradley Center, and finally getting a cold call from promoter Raj who said yes because he knew Riverwest 24. Segment 8 – 1:17:30 to 1:21:15 | Milwaukee Music Connective Tissue: Mike Maccabee, Dub, and Veggas Bar A detour through music – solo performer Mike McAbee (who plays 3 hours straight because “when I stop, everyone leaves”), Max Knoll’s loud reggae sets, dub music as a full-body experience, and the shared language of Milwaukee’s underground scene. Segment 9 – 1:21:15 to 1:26:19 | Wrap-Up, Upcoming Events, and the New Bar on the Block The hosts thank Jeremy. Upcoming items include the Milwaukee Fat Tire Tour, Riverwest 24 registration, a Goddamn Gallows show at Cooperage, and the newly opened (and apparently controversial) Diaspora bar – dropping on Milwaukee Day, 414. Parkinson's disease is a neurologic movement disorder. It affects the brain and causes difficulty with movement, with the most common motor symptoms being tremors, stiffness or rigidity of muscles, and slowness of movement. According to the American Parkinson Disease Association, it is the fastest growing neurodegenerative disease in the world, and the second most common after Alzheimer's disease, with an estimated 1 million people in the U.S. and more than 10 million people worldwide living with Parkinson's. In addition to the well-known motor symptoms of tremors, rigidity and slowness, Parkinson's disease also manifests in non-motor symptoms including sleep problems, constipation, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, among others, which can be present well before any visible motor symptoms. Dr. Melita Petrossian is a movement neurologist and medical director of Pacific Neuroscience Institute's Movement Disorders Center. In today's episode, Dr. Petrossian discusses these non-motor symptoms and explains the different types of testing that can lead to a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease—and what someone living with Parkinson's may need to consider. Drawing on experience as a wildland firefighter, disaster recovery volunteer after Hurricane Katrina, and applied policy researcher, Aaron explores why some systems adapt and learn after crisis while others repeatedly fail. The conversation moves across medicine, wildfire response, infrastructure, and emerging technology to examine how risk actually behaves in the real world.

Jonathan Greenfield (a.k.a. Jonathan Chase in the acting realm)—men's coach, grief guide, longtime actor, and devotee of "sacred play"—joins me for a raw, tender, and grounded conversation about men's work, heartbreak, and becoming more fully human in a culture obsessed with productivity and performance. We explore what it means for men to feel again—fully—and how grief, vulnerability, and community can alchemize old wounds into soft strength, relational integrity, and a more compassionate world. In this episode, we explore: What happens when a father dies, a marriage implodes, and you realize your partner can't meet all your needs Men's work as "healing the world one man at a time" and why community is essential, not optional The difference between performing emotion and actually feeling it in the body Soft strength, divine masculine presence, and becoming a safe emotional container instead of a fixer Grief as a profound expression of love. The trap of thriving on paper while feeling empty and alone at night Why many men have no close male friends they can call — and what becomes possible when they do This one is for anyone who longs to see men free to feel full-spectrum, untangle their worth from their bank accounts and titles, and show up as heart-centered, present humans. “It's called being alive. It's what kind of life do you want? Do you want a slightly muted shut down life, or do you want a full spectrum life?” Jess Goyder   Jess Goyder and I explore grief as part of everyday human life, not just something linked to death or bereavement. We talk about loss, change, identity, leadership, and what it means to be fully alive. We talk about how grief is often misunderstood, sidelined or treated as disruption. Jess speaks about the cumulative nature of loss, the ways grief can show up as over-functioning, shutdown, numbness and the importance of having containers, spaces, people and places where what is real can be felt and named. We also talk about how grief shows up in the workplace. Jess shares why grief belongs in conversations about leadership - grief work is leadership work - and how unresolved grief is visible in the fabric of an organisation.    Jess Goyder knows grief – and how to build a life you can love alongside loss. A licensed Grief Recovery Specialist® with a Postgrad (Cert) in Psychodynamic Studies from Oxford, she trained with leading grief psychotherapist Francis Weller. Jess helps people from all walks of life – especially leaders and high performers – navigate bereavement, major transitions, illness, and other significant losses. Her work goes far beyond traditional counselling, guiding clients from coping to clarity, emotional resolution, and renewed engagement with life. With over a decade's experience coaching executives at Adobe, Nestlé, Ogilvy, and Deutsche Bank, Jess also delivers powerful talks and workshops on recognising and addressing the personal and organisational effects of unresolved grief.   Connect with Jess: Through her website: https://griefisnatural.com On LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jess-goyder   Resources Mentioned: The Grief Recovery Method: https://www.griefrecoverymethod.com/ Leader as Healer by Nicholas Janni David Whyte

Iran's blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has already pushed up oil prices. But is a bigger global economic disruption yet to come? And how long will it last? The Telegraph's World Economy Editor Ambrose Evans-Pritchard joins Roland Oliphant to explain why the Iran conflict is sending shock waves around the world - and not just in the oil market. From fertiliser to helium to sulphur, the block on shipping through the Strait carries other key commodities used by the tech industry, hospitals and farmers. Ambrose explains how the war will almost certainly cause a global food shock in 2027. They also discuss how Russia and China are benefitting from the Iran war and why the Houthis in Yemen remain the dog that hasn't barked - but could make things even worse than they are now.Plus, Roland Oliphant and senior foreign correspondent Sohia Yan analyse the latest news from the Iran war, including Donald Trump's ongoing attempts at peace talks with Tehran, the US Navy's first ever use of unmanned surface boats and why AP is now calling Israel's attack on Lebanon an invasion. Chuck breaks down how the shooter’s surprising CIA ties, Trump’s immediate “blame game,” and his increasingly politicized rhetoric toward the military risk putting service members in harm’s way. This week’s episode of The Chuck ToddCast dives into the full spectrum of Donald Trump’s political chaos — from a deadly Venezuela boat strike that jolted Congress awake to an explosive shooting in Washington, D.C., where Trump delivered the most divisive response imaginable. Chuck breaks down how the shooter’s surprising CIA ties, Trump’s immediate “blame game,” and his increasingly politicized rhetoric toward the military risk putting service members in harm’s way. He examines Trump’s contradictory foreign policy moves, including pardoning a cocaine-trafficking former Honduran president and a billionaire fraudster, all while saber-rattling toward Venezuela and relying on Roger Stone as his unofficial “pardon broker.” With Republicans bracing for a wave of resignations and watchdog committees gearing up for investigations, Chuck argues that the founders never intended the pardon power to be used this way — and that a constitutional fix may now be essential. Then, editor of The Dispatch, Sarah Isgur joins Chuck for a sweeping conversation about the Supreme Court, constitutional design, and the modern dysfunction of Congress. Sarah argues that SCOTUS is the only institution still operating as the founders intended—and with two major cases on the docket, the Court could soon reshape the balance of power between the executive and legislative branches. She and Chuck examine how the activist class has abandoned Congress, why long-term challenges like climate change require legislation rather than court battles, and how a dramatically expanded House—potentially 1,200 members or more—could restore true representation. They dig into how the collapse of traditional parties, the rise of communications-focused lawmakers, and the outsize influence of small states have all warped American governance. The conversation then widens into history, culture, and political “what-ifs”—from Ken Burns’ Revolutionary War documentary to the chaotic post-Lincoln era, to the tantalizing possibility that a surviving President Garfield might have accelerated civil rights by a century. Chuck and Sarah compare Obama to Chester Arthur, debate whether Democrats learned the wrong lessons from Trump, and revisit the alternate timelines of Chris Christie, Carly Fiorina, and the Tea Party. They close with a provocative question: Should the DOJ be structurally separated from the executive branch? And, more fundamentally, should it be far easier to amend the Constitution for a modern nation of 300 million people? Finally, Chuck hops into the ToddCast Time Machine to December 7th, 1941 when FDR addressed the nation via radio after Pearl Harbor, and traces the history of media fragmentation throughout the decades. The central work of our lives over the last 15 years or so has been as practicing integral development coaches, and as teachers of this way of guiding and supporting others. In this conversation we explore what it is to be a ‘coach' in this way, to use our humanity, intelligence, hearts and life force to grow wings and then to help other people grow wings of their own. It's such a rewarding, life-giving endeavour, and it teaches us ever more about being a person and taking care of others. Join us for an exploration of what ‘guiding people up and out' might be, with inspiration from a lovely and inspiring poem by Ellie Steel. “The concept that sits right at the heart of a sane and meaningful life,” writes Oliver Burkeman “is something like aliveness.” In this conversation we explore what it is to attend to aliveness, how we might come to notice its presence, and consider steps any of us can take to cultivate it. And we talk about how vital this is in an age where we may find ourselves encouraged in many places to become part of an algorithm - to act in life as if we were machines rather than creative beings who are part of a vast and inherently creative universe. This week's conversation is hosted, as always, by Lizzie Winn and Justin Wise of Thirdspace. Episode Overview 00:00 Introduction 03:03 Exploring Aliveness: A Central Theme 05:54 Navigating by Aliveness: Insights and Reflections 09:10 The Distinction Between Aliveness and Happiness 11:59 Embracing the Full Spectrum of Human Experience 14:52 Creatures of Creation: Our Relationship with Life 17:55 Intimacy with Existence: The Heart of Aliveness 20:56 The Cost of Control: Reconnecting with Aliveness 27:13 The Dance of Control and Aliveness 30:01 Curiosity as a Pathway to Freedom 33:04 The Nature of Care and Connection Here's our source for this week: The Path of Aliveness The concept that sits right at the heart of a sane and meaningful life, I'm increasingly convinced, is something like aliveness. It goes by other names, too, none of which quite nail it – but it's the one thing that, so long as you navigate by it, you'll never go too far wrong. Sometimes it feels like a subtle electrical charge behind what's happening, or a mildly heightened sense of clarity, or sometimes like nothing I can put into words at all. I freely concede it's a hopelessly unscientific idea. But I'm pretty sure it's what Joseph Campbell meant when he said that most of us aren't really seeking the meaning of life, but rather “an experience of being alive… so that we actually feel the rapture” – although personally I don't think it's always rapturous, per se – “of being alive.”In literal terms, of course, “aliveness” can't be the right word here, because technically everyone's alive all the time, whereas aliveness comes and goes. Still, I know it when I feel it. And I definitely know it when my misguided efforts to exert too much control over reality cause it to drain away.  And so an excellent question to ask yourself – when you're facing a tough decision, say, or wondering if you're on the right track – is: “Does this feel like it's taking me in the direction of greater aliveness?”Crucially, aliveness isn't the same as happiness. As the Zen teacher Christian Dillo explains in his engrossing book The Path of Aliveness, you can absolutely feel alive in the midst of intense sadness. Aliveness, he writes, “isn't about feeling *better*; it's about *feeling*better.” When I feel aliveness in my work, it's not because every task is an unadulterated pleasure; and when I feel it in my close relationships, it's not because I've transcended the capacity to get annoyed by other people – because believe me, I haven't. But to whatever extent I *do* manage what Dillo refers to as fully inhabiting my experience, life is good, in a deep sense, and more vibrant, and I feel more connected to others – and overall, happiness tends to predominate…   I think it might be the key to understanding how to think and feel about AI, how to respond to it, how to integrate it into our lives or not – and how to ensure, as technology marches on, that we don't lose sight of what really matters for a meaningfully productive life.  Most obviously, aliveness is what generally feels absent from the written and visual outputs of ChatGPT and its ilk, even when they're otherwise of high quality… It makes you wonder if Wendell Berry had it right when he wrote: “It is easy for me to imagine that the next great division of the world will be between people who wish to live as creatures and people who wish to live as machines.”…  I think it's good to stay fully, even slightly foolishly, committed to the idea that humans doing human things, with other humans, is and will remain at the vital heart of human existence. Because otherwise what on earth's the point? In episode 165, I sit down with my friend Stan Lake — author, poet, naturalist, filmmaker, and veteran — to dig into his new poetry collection, “Toad in a Glass Jar,” published by Dead Reckoning Collective. Stan and I have shared campfires, conversations about art, music, and nature, and countless stories about the weird, wild intersections of service and life after the military. His writing pulls from his deep love of nature and his lived experience as a veteran, exploring the messy integration and disintegration that comes with transition. Our discussion gets to the heart of why art and honest storytelling around combat trauma, war, and the veteran transition matter and not just for those who've served, but for anyone who cares about understanding real human experience in all its contradictions and complexity. Storytelling is more than just catharsis; it's survival. Veterans need to connect with each other and with broader audiences, to name, shape, and share their stories — including the hard and the sensitive stuff — because it's how we combat isolation, build meaning, and lower the risk of mental health challenges that can haunt our community. As a veteran, author, and creative, I believe it's absolutely necessary to claim the power in our own voices, whether through poetry, essays, music, or conversation. If this episode shows anything, it's that writing and art aren't luxuries but  essential tools for processing experience, finding connection, and supporting each other through the ongoing work of transition. If you've got something to say, say it. If you need a community, build it. Your story matters. We need to hear it. I have been with your program for almost 6 months now. I have completed the Vit-Tox tests and have gone through the FM Detox twice and now going through the CBO Protocol. I just turned 38 years old and I feel like my joints are of an 80 year old. I have played soccer since age 5 and still play on a competitive coed league to this day. I have played many other team/contact sports in the past. I have had past ankle, knee, and hip injuries due to sports and I do see possible knee and hip replacements in my future. When I do my daily workouts or go up/down stairs my ankles, knees, hips, and back crack or pop so easily and so much. I don't see glucosamine chondroitin as a supplement in your shop. Are there any suggestions you may have to keep my joints healthier? Thank you!!              Jon: Hey Dr Cabral, looking for advice and i feel like there's a population that struggles with this same topic. My Dr is recommending a statin due to my high LDL-C of 230. My LDL has gone up after cleaning up my diet in the last 7 months however ALL of my markers tested for have improved. Triglycerides have gone from over 200 to 100, HDL is up to 60, VLDL has dropped from 30 to 15, A1C is 5.2, blood pressure is normal for the first time ever, and so onr. My personal opinion is that i'm healthier than ever and i can't imagine having to go on what seems like a lifetime drug due to one marker being off and i don't buy the story that LDL alone is a concern for me. Curious on your opinion here and if you think i have something to worry about. Thanks!!                                                                                                                            Annette: I've been diagnosed with nephrocalcinosis by conventional doctors who say the cause is genetic. I have adjusted my diet to low sodium, low oxalate foods. The doctors say my next step is to try to get on the kidney transplant list before I need dialysis. I take potassium citrate and a calcitriol. Is there anything I can do to improve my kidney function?                                                                                                  Summer: Hi Dr. Cabral! I heard you say that it's best to replace aluminum cookware, but not necessary, and instead to use parchment paper as a barrier. Doesn't the aluminum off gas when heated? How does parchment paper prevent the aluminum from getting into the food? Thanks! By the way, to all my fellow listeners: please contact your state representatives and let them know you do not consent to geo-engineering in your skies. Several states have now banned it. We could all live healthier lives if we could work toward eliminating toxins and heavy metals including aluminum that are regularly being sprayed into our air.                                                                                                                                                Ann: Thank you Dr Cabral- you are changing SO many lives - thank you for all of your wisdom and teachings:) I have a question about Magnesium. My cortisol was high at my last lab test, and I took Full Spectrum magnesium for 12 weeks, and now I take Cal Mag daily. I also understand that I can take Calming Magnesium and CBD at night to help with sleep.I don't want to take too much for too long for my body, but I still think I need the help for my cortisol levels/ sleep. What combination of the above do you recommend? Is there a length of time that is too long to be on Full Spectrum Magnesium? PS. I do the 3-2-1 protocol, take Adrenal Soothe and will be repeating my big 5 this fall.
