Dr. Geoff Cutter, universally known by his patients as Dr Geoff, migrated to Australia from the UK five years after gaining his medical degree at St Thomas Hospital in, London. Seeking sun and adventure his initial post was in a remote outback town in New South Wales called, Bourke. Working with just two colleagues, versatility and multiple skills were the name of the game for treating patients. After this tour, he worked 15 years in Emergency Room medicine followed by 12 years of Remote and Rural general Family Practice. In 2020 a colleague brought Medicinal cannabis to Dr. Geoff's attention and he was rapidly fascinated by its huge potential to achieve good outcomes as a therapy. He trained for and attained the Australian Federal government's 'Prescriber' ticket and established his own boutique, Metamorphosis Health Span clinic (MMHS).   Through MMHS, he offers Holistic Health Care with an emphasis on the Endo-Cannabinoid System."I really love that every day still brings fresh challenges and new knowledge," -Dr. Geoff Dr. Geoff  believes in using Full Spectrum and Whole Plant  preparations to optimise the Entourage effect. "Cannabis as a medicine is intensely personal and needs fine tuning to each Client. Together ,we set Goals and then work together to achieve them."

In this episode of Full Spectrum, Kelley Drye's Communications team provides a detailed “First Take” on the Federal Communications Commission's July 24, 2025 Open Meeting. Special Counsel Mike Dover is joined by partners Chip Yorkgitis and Hank Kelly, and senior associates Jennifer Wainwright and Winafred Brantl, to break down the Commission's major actions and rulemakings, including: • A multi-part Report and Order on pole attachments that introduces new application timelines, advance notice requirements, meet-and-confer obligations, and expanded self-help rights for attachers • Updates to designated entity eligibility rules ahead of the AWS-3 spectrum auction (Auction 113), including revised bidding credits for small and rural service providers • A direct final rule eliminating 11 outdated regulations—such as rules for analog TV, payphones, and telegraphs—while outlining a broader FCC strategy to streamline future rulemaking • A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to modernize rules for network transitions, including proposals to reduce or eliminate certain network change disclosures and streamline Section 214 discontinuance processes • Another NPRM revisiting the FCC's slamming, cramming, and truth-in-billing rules, asking whether current protections are still necessary and proposing a simplified, unified framework The episode also touches on broader themes like AI-driven fraud, transparency in billing, and the agency's increased use of the Administrative Procedure Act's direct final rule mechanism. Whether you work in broadband, wireless, telecom, or policy, this recap offers a sharp, practical rundown of where FCC priorities are headed next.

“Unlock the Power of Cannabinoids” Hi, Jack Varnell from the Social Yet Distanced Podcast... You may remember this from past episodes, but did you know your body has an entire system designed just to interact with cannabis? It's called the Endocannabinoid System—and it helps regulate everything from stress and sleep to pain, mood, and inflammation. We have mentioned it previously, as the keys and locks and traffic cop for balance and healing. When it's out of balance? You feel it. Fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain—it all gets worse. But here's the good news: The separate components of the cannabis provide necessary balance building by using Phytocannabinoids from hemp and cannabis—components like CBD, CBG, CBN, and CBC—can help restore that balance. They mimic your body's own cannabinoids and get your system back on track.Remember, not all CBD is the same.

I'm sorry for being away from the podcast for so long. Life has been overwhelming, beautiful, deep, sad, happy, surprising, expansive and colorful. That being said, I couldn't imagine a better guest for my "comeback" than the beautiful Ita Morrissey. Ita is a powerful force in the world of human connection and transformation. A masterful midwife that rebirths individuals into their true potential. Working with The MANA Movement and her own personal artistic practice through theatre and writing she is driven by empowering humanity to reclaim their innate knowing and creativity, and thus creating a better more beautiful world. I've worked with Ita at the beginning of the year and went through intense times of change and uncertainty with her. She guided me safely to places within me that I haven't been able to connect with in years and helped me to unlock some of my hearts hidden treasures, gifts and longings. Here's to freedom and love everyone. I trust you're moving well out there and are keeping your loved ones close. I miss and love you all. Thanks for your ongoing support.

On today's episode of Full Spectrum, Special Counsel Mike Dover provides our “First Take” on the Federal Communications Commission's June 26, 2025 Open Meeting and other recent developments. Mike begins with an update on notable changes at the Commission, following the resignations of Commissioners Starks and Simington and the swift Senate confirmation of Republican Commissioner Trusty, who joined the FCC for the June meeting. He then discusses three major items adopted at the June Open Meeting: • A Report and Order streamlining cable television rate regulations and compliance requirements, eliminating outdated forms, methodologies, and certain equipment rules in line with the FCC's "Delete, Delete, Delete" initiative. • A Fifth Report and Order removing the professional engineering certification requirement for biannual Broadband Data Collection filings, instead permitting certification by qualified engineers with specific credentials or experience. • A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking proposing to eliminate FCC rule references that require telecommunications relay service providers to support the rarely used ASCII text telephony format, seeking comments on the proposal. Mike also notes the Supreme Court's June 27 decision upholding the constitutionality of the Federal Universal Service Fund (USF) contribution mechanism, ensuring its continued operation under existing law. For those interested in the details of these actions and their implications for the communications industry, tune in for this concise overview of the FCC's June proceedings.

How did you pick your kid's name? It's my favorite question to ask families as soon as I meet them. It tells me about:Partnership Dynamics “Oh we got in a big fight over that one! But my wife had the final say like she always does…”Family History “My grandmother had died a few weeks before she was born so we named her after her”And MOST importantly it tells me The vision they had for their kid even before they were born“I wanted a strong, masculine son so I went with Alexander… like The Great”So much wrapped up in a few short syllables. Names are like labels – they can give us feelings of comfort and safety but can also be limiting and confining. And labels don't allow for the full spectrum of our beingness. On this month's “Good Enough Parenting” episode, I share where my name came from and explore why we are so drawn to labeling our kids with diagnoses that may or may not suit them. In this episode:How diagnoses like ADHD and anxiety are more of a continuum than a binary

What if you could have everything—the success, the rest, the freedom in your body—and it could actually feel easy? In this powerful episode of Let's Get the Skinny, I sit down with Hussa Al Hassawi (@hussa.lifeconsultancy), life coach, mother, and 10/10 alum, for a raw and radiant conversation about the lies we've been sold as women: that to be successful, we must sacrifice; that to be thin, we must suffer; and that to be lovable, we must hustle.Hussa shares her deeply personal experience of finally dropping into her body after a lifetime of emotional eating, people-pleasing, and operating in survival mode. Through the 10/10 Method, she didn't just release food obsession—she reclaimed her power, pleasure, and the peace she didn't know she was allowed to have. You'll hear how slowing down brought her more money, more joy, and the ability to nourish herself in ways she never imagined—without the scale, the guilt, or the chaos. If you've ever felt like you're doing everything “right” but still feel stuck in your body, your hunger, or your life—this episode is your invitation to pause, feel, and choose a new way forward.

Reward cyclists for their regular physical activity, non-motorized movement and visiting businesses without bringing congestion, pollution and noise to the establishments they choose to visit. Reward participating Business Members with new customers, free advertising, visibility and increased customer loyalty. Offer businesses a tool that they can use in order to increase bicycle traffic and visibility within their community. Give cities a program which can decrease congestion, parking demand, and contamination while encouraging commerce and a non-driving alternative within the community. Create a program which helps to shift the transportation paradigm to one that is healthier, more desirable and beneficial to the greater good of small and large communities. Create win-win partnerships with organizations that share our goals and visions. Produce a national program which achieves the above objectives. Bike Bingo - We came up with the idea of "Bike Bingo" in 2015 and it's been the highlight of many people's bike life ever since. We put it on to inspire people to pedal a little bit further, to ride to a new part of town, take a new route and to visit Bike Benefits businesses. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!   This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!   Check out today's questions:     Kellie: Hi Dr. Cabral! I have been with your program for almost 6 months now. I have completed the Vit-Tox tests and have gone through the FM Detox twice and now going through the CBO Protocol. I just turned 38 years old and I feel like my joints are of an 80 year old. I have played soccer since age 5 and still play on a competitive coed league to this day. I have played many other team/contact sports in the past. I have had past ankle, knee, and hip injuries due to sports and I do see possible knee and hip replacements in my future. When I do my daily workouts or go up/down stairs my ankles, knees, hips, and back crack or pop so easily and so much. I don't see glucosamine chondroitin as a supplement in your shop. Are there any suggestions you may have to keep my joints healthier? Thank you!!              Jon: Hey Dr Cabral, looking for advice and i feel like there's a population that struggles with this same topic. My Dr is recommending a statin due to my high LDL-C of 230. My LDL has gone up after cleaning up my diet in the last 7 months however ALL of my markers tested for have improved. Triglycerides have gone from over 200 to 100, HDL is up to 60, VLDL has dropped from 30 to 15, A1C is 5.2, blood pressure is normal for the first time ever, and so onr. My personal opinion is that i'm healthier than ever and i can't imagine having to go on what seems like a lifetime drug due to one marker being off and i don't buy the story that LDL alone is a concern for me. Curious on your opinion here and if you think i have something to worry about. Thanks!!                                                                                                                            Annette: I've been diagnosed with nephrocalcinosis by conventional doctors who say the cause is genetic. I have adjusted my diet to low sodium, low oxalate foods. The doctors say my next step is to try to get on the kidney transplant list before I need dialysis. I take potassium citrate and a calcitriol. Is there anything I can do to improve my kidney function?                                                                                                  Summer: Hi Dr. Cabral! I heard you say that it's best to replace aluminum cookware, but not necessary, and instead to use parchment paper as a barrier. Doesn't the aluminum off gas when heated? How does parchment paper prevent the aluminum from getting into the food? Thanks! By the way, to all my fellow listeners: please contact your state representatives and let them know you do not consent to geo-engineering in your skies. Several states have now banned it. We could all live healthier lives if we could work toward eliminating toxins and heavy metals including aluminum that are regularly being sprayed into our air.                                                                                                                                                Ann: Thank you Dr Cabral- you are changing SO many lives - thank you for all of your wisdom and teachings:) I have a question about Magnesium. My cortisol was high at my last lab test, and I took Full Spectrum magnesium for 12 weeks, and now I take Cal Mag daily. I also understand that I can take Calming Magnesium and CBD at night to help with sleep.I don't want to take too much for too long for my body, but I still think I need the help for my cortisol levels/ sleep. What combination of the above do you recommend? Is there a length of time that is too long to be on Full Spectrum Magnesium? PS. I do the 3-2-1 protocol, take Adrenal Soothe and will be repeating my big 5 this fall. Joel Stanley is the CEO of Ajna Biosciences, a company developing the next generation of botanical medicines. These full-spectrum drugs, derived from plants and fungi, are regulated and approved through the FDA, unlike dietary supplements. Lead drug candidates are targeting autism, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD. With expertise in cultivating and scaling the production of botanical raw materials, Ajna is creating a sustainable model compared to wild-harvested botanicals. Joel explains, "It's no secret that before about a hundred years ago, all of our medicines were botanical medicines, or mostly coming from plants, or maybe mushrooms. And in the last century, as we developed Western medicine - modern medicine - the drug approval process started to learn how to synthesize molecules and isolate molecules from nature. So we started to step completely away from plant medicine and into a synthetic pharmaceutical landscape. The FDA fairly recently started allowing botanical drugs. So what that means is that it's full-spectrum medicines coming from the given root, shrub, leaf, flower, or mushroom. Those would be botanical drugs. So botanical drugs are not single-compound botanically derived drugs, which make up about 20% of our pharmaceuticals. They're a full-spectrum plant extract, a botanical drug from a regulatory standpoint." "So, plant-based therapeutics can mean dietary supplements that do not go through clinical trials. They're not legally prescribed by doctors and generally not covered by insurance. Whereas botanical drugs go through the FDA drug approval process, rigorous clinical trials against placebo control to become FDA approved, covered by insurance, and legally prescribable. So that's really what sets what we're doing, creating botanical drugs, apart from what people have considered plant medicine this last century." "Our most advanced drug in our pipeline is called AJA001, and it's very special to me because I've been basically working on this drug for more than 15 years. It's made in partnership with my previous company. I was the first CEO of a company called Charlotte's Web, which was really the first, and it's still the largest CBD brand out there. It was everything we learned at Charlotte's Web that kind of prompted me to start Ajna BioSciences four years ago. And that first drug is made from full-spectrum hemp, so it is CBD dominant, and it does have other cannabinoids, such as THC, as well as other minor cannabinoids. It also has certain terpenes."  #AjnaBiosciences #BotanicalMedicine #PlantBasedTherapeutics #PharmaInnovation #DrugDevelopment #NaturalMedicine #BioTech ajnabiosciences.com Download the transcript here

This week on Ojai Talk of the Town, we're joined by storyteller Megan Dolan and Ojai Storytelling Festival's executive director Kara Lakes. Megan shares the inspiration behind her powerful solo show, Not the Right Mom: One Mother's Misadventures in Autism, a Full Spectrum Comedy — a deeply funny, raw, and tender look at parenting on the spectrum, and what it means to show up when you feel wildly unqualified.Kara - herself the mother of an autistic child - tells us why the Storytelling Festival is bringing this moving performance to the Temple of the Oaks on May 7, and why stories like Megan's matter now more than ever. We talk about vulnerability, humor, and how storytelling builds empathy, one laugh — and one tear — at a time.We also talked about the dehumanizing remarks made by HHS secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr, how family members deal with their autistic siblings, and why and how the power of stories can overcome fear and ignorance. We did not talk about Marie Curie's strange death, the Lakers' early playoff exit or the rise of inauthentic Texas barbecue. For more information, check out OjaiStoryFest.org.

Cloud Connections 2025 Podcast Interview with Peter Eisengrein, SVP of Service, Delivery & Operations at XTIUM ST. PETERSBURG, FL - A new managed services powerhouse has emerged. Speaking with Technology Reseller News at Cloud Connections 2025, Peter Eisengrein, Senior Vice President of Service, Delivery & Operations, introduced XTIUM—a new brand created from the merger of Evolve IP's MSP business with ATSG. “XTIUM is a fresh brand built from two strong companies,” said Eisengrein. “We've taken everything Evolve IP was known for—managed cloud, UCaaS, CCaaS, DaaS—and added a full suite of managed network, managed security, and managed operations services.” The merger, announced just weeks earlier at Channel Partners, significantly expands the portfolio available to XTIUM's channel partners. Of particular interest to the channel: Managed Detection and Response (MDR) security services, enterprise help desk outsourcing, and the ability to deliver turnkey network management alongside voice and compute. “We're hearing a lot of excitement around security and network services,” said Eisengrein. “It's what customers are asking for—and what the channel didn't always associate with us before.” At the conference, Eisengrein also joined two merger-focused sessions to share lessons from XTIUM's own experience. His message? M&A success takes time, careful planning, and clean financials. “You can't rush it. Lenders move at their own pace, and you need to be prepared—especially when it comes to audited books and integration plans.” For partners, the opportunity lies in XTIUM's ability to meet customers where they are. “Most buyers are only in market for one service at a time,” said Eisengrein. “The key for channel partners is being able to pivot. If it's not UC today, maybe it's security, or help desk, or compute. Now, we can support all of it.” XTIUM positions itself as a white-glove, customer-centric provider that integrates with, rather than displaces, enterprise IT. “We don't just offer services,” said Eisengrein. “We solve problems. That's our mission.” Learn more at: www.xtium.com

In this episode, Lundy Bancroft, a renowned expert on narcissism, abusive relationships, and the family court system, reveals how abusive men manipulate both their partners and the legal system to maintain control. With over 30 years of experience working with abusers and training professionals, Lundy exposes the subtle and overt tactics used by high-conflict individuals to gain power in custody disputes and other legal battles. He shares eye-opening insights from his books, Why Does He Do That? and The Batterer as Parent, highlighting the systemic failures in family courts that often work in favor of abusers, despite clear evidence of harm. Lundy explains why survivors of abuse find themselves in difficult, uphill battles when trying to protect their children and the emotional toll this takes. Lundy also provides practical advice for mothers navigating high-conflict divorces and custody disputes, outlining critical steps to level the playing field and protect children from further harm. He dives deep into the biases within the legal process that enable dangerous individuals to gain access to their children, even when their behavior is abusive. Through this conversation, Lundy offers a powerful look into how the family court system operates, how survivors can reclaim their power, and the ways in which we can push back against a broken system.
