In the evolutionary, changing times we live in, we need full access to our "Wise Eyes" more than ever - they give us access to stabilization, co-creation and elevation. They work beyond the 5 senses and our limited mental mind. And they require our attention to expand, evolve and strengthen. In this episode we: Dive into Intuition + Insight ... two of the four parts of our full spectrum of intelligence ... drop into meditation that clears and connects you with your centers of intelligence ... explore how you can apply this power to your personal experience now to stabilize internally, and open up more of your innate power to see, sense, feel, know, trust and co-create. Intuition and insight are like internal peace and empowerment medicine for the heart, body, mind and soul. When we choose to engage with our full spectrum of intelligence, grounded in wholeness, we stop looking outside for certainity, we start seeing things we were blind to, and we start feeling the Presence within us that guides us forward, keeps our unsure parts calm, and ensures we make choices that bring us through any threshold crossing or change, or crazy banana world happenings. Some of what we wil explore together. The 4 Eyes Model- what our Full Spectrum of Intelligence includes Power continuums of mystical material + intuition intellect The 6 Channels of Intuition - which are your strongest How to: discern what is real, illuminate the distortions and decipher the truth discern if you are pushing your will or the following the harmonic will know if you acting/thinking from the wound (love cracks) or the wholeness (wisdom) Practices to lean into during these times so your guidance is clear, your internal system can stay regulated, and you can courageously stay focused on your path forward. Being the Observer / Watcher as the world drama, or dramas around you turn - without getting swirled up by them. About the Genuine Power series - we are giving language to genuine power (which is invisible + by it's nature creates harmony) ... calling our distorted power (so we can choose not to give our lifeforce to it) ... and teaching models and sharing practices for how access these natural powers and apply them in healthy, real ways that empower us to navigate & stabilize in the now, while we co-create the new. This episode isn't just another polished success story—it's the raw, unfiltered reality of what it really takes to build something big. Brad Pedersen has been through the wringer: rapid growth, crushing failures, and three bankruptcies before finally getting it right. In this episode, Brad shares invaluable business growth lessons, offering insights that will help entrepreneurs navigate the highs and lows of building a successful business. We dive deep into: Why scaling too fast can destroy your business before it even takes off - 23:38The financial blind spots that almost took Brad down (and how he fixed them) - 24:29The hidden emotional cost of chasing success at all costs - 30:17How to build a business that doesn't just make money—but actually fits your life - 36:04This is one of those episodes that challenges everything you think you know about entrepreneurship. No fluff, no sugar-coating—just real talk from someone who's been through it all.About Brad Pedersen:Brad isn't just another entrepreneur with a success story. He's someone who has lost it all, learned the hard way, and built himself back up to create billion-dollar brands. After exiting his toy company, he co-founded Lomi and Pila, focused on sustainability and long-term impact. Through his book Startup Santa and his latest venture, Full Spectrum, Brad is now helping founders navigate the highs and lows of business—without losing themselves in the process.Key Quotes:"Success is a sucky teacher. We only tend to learn from the difficulties.""The greatest fear of any entrepreneur is the death of their business.""If you shortcut the shortcuts, you're going to end up further back than where you started."Actionable Insights:Run a 13-week cash flow forecast. The easiest way to avoid financial disasters? Know where your money is going before you run out.Slow down to go fast. Speeding through decisions leads to costly mistakes. Take your time to get it right the first time.Protect your flanks. Rapid growth is exciting—until it leaves you exposed. Make sure your foundation is strong before scaling up.Redefine success. Brad's version? Freedom: being in control of your time, energy, and business, instead of the other way around.Balance ambition with reality. If you're chasing growth at the cost of everything else, it's only a matter of time before you hit a wall.Resources Mentioned:Startup Santa by Brad PedersenLomi: www.lomi.comFull Spectrum: www.fullspectrumlife.comConnect with Brad Pedersen:Website: www.bradpedersen.comLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/bradtpedersenConnect with Beyond 8 Figures:Website: Beyond8Figures.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Beyond8FiguresLinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/beyond8figuresTwitter: @Beyond8FiguresWork With Me: Want to scale your business without losing your sanity? Let's be honest—there are moments when the weight of parenthood feels crushing, when the endless demands and responsibilities make us question everything. These feelings, though rarely discussed openly, are a normal part of the parenting journey, whether you're a mother or father. Having days when you dislike the role of parent doesn't make you a bad one. Just as a surgeon might occasionally tire of surgery or a teacher might sometimes dread entering the classroom, parents too can feel overwhelmed by their calling while still being deeply committed to it. These challenging moments don't invalidate your love or commitment. Instead, they reflect the profound reality of carrying such an important role—one that engages every part of your being, every day. Acknowledging these feelings without shame allows us to process them honestly and move forward with renewed perspective. In this episode, Steph explores the complex relationship between negative and positive thinking, challenging the notion that one must choose between the two. Don't we want to know all sides, all facets, of who we are? We are constantly sifting and sorting through experiences in life. Negative thinking is framed not as a flaw but as a valuable part of the human experience that can lead to self-discovery and empowerment. The conversation encourages listeners to embrace their negative thoughts, recognize their role in shaping their narratives, and take ownership of their mental processes to foster a more balanced mindset. By recognizing the value of both perspectives, listeners can learn to navigate their thoughts more effectively, leading to more personal freedom and greater impact. In this episode, I had the privilege of speaking with Barbara Hand Clow, a renowned ceremonial teacher, astrologer, and author, about the re-release of her groundbreaking book 'Alchemy of Nine Dimensions: Activating the Full Spectrum of Consciousness'...Our conversation delves deep into her visionary framework of the nine dimensions of consciousness—a concept she developed to help individuals expand their awareness and connect with the intricate web of reality. We explore the structure of these dimensions, how they interrelate, and their profound implications for spiritual growth and planetary evolution.Barbara also shares insights into her relationship with Pleiadian consciousness, an integral aspect of her work that has inspired her cosmic perspective and informed much of her writing. We touch on her work with Mayan cosmology, and themes from her influential book The Pleiadian Agenda, which serves as a companion to the multi-dimensional concepts in Alchemy of Nine Dimensions. Together, these works guide readers toward understanding their place in the universe and how to tap into higher vibrational energies for personal and collective transformation. In addition to her role as an author and spiritual teacher, Barbara discusses her founding of the influential publishing company Bear & Company in 1983. This publishing house became a cornerstone in the metaphysical and spiritual community, championing visionary works that explore consciousness, ancient wisdom, and planetary healing. Through Bear & Co., Barbara helped bring transformative ideas and voices to a global audience, shaping the landscape of alternative publishing and spiritual literature. This episode offers an inspiring dive into the metaphysical and inter-dimensional, providing practical and esoteric insights for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual journey. The Future of Hemp: Raw, Whole Plant Medicine and Its BenefitsIn this episode of the Miracle Plant Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tyler Hemp on the Hemp Aware Radio podcast. I shared my journey from being a serial entrepreneur to becoming a leading figure in the world of hemp and CBD products. We began the conversation by discussing the incredible benefits of raw, whole-plant, cold-pressed CBD oil. I emphasized the importance of consuming the plant in its natural form, highlighting how CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is up to a thousand times more potent than its decarboxylated counterpart, CBD. I also shared the miraculous story of how raw hemp oil helped my son, who was diagnosed with severe autism, achieve significant improvements in his condition.I had an opportunity to share my passion for hemp and my commitment to educating the public about the benefits of raw CBD and providing high-quality hemp products. I explained the unique approach of 101CBD, which focuses on maintaining the plant's integrity by avoiding heat and preserving its natural compounds. We also delved into the challenges and strategies of marketing hemp products and shared some valuable insights on the effectiveness of organic marketing, the importance of building an email list, and the benefits of continuity programs. I explained the shift away from paid ads due to regulatory hurdles and the rising costs, recommending a focus on organic content and customer engagement. As we wrapped up the episode, I left his audience with my hope that someday just as aloe vera is associated with sunburn relief, raw hemp will become synonymous with pain relief and anti-inflammation. My vision is for people to recognize the true potential of plant-based medicine and take control of their health. The last several weeks have been so big. I'm back to the podcast after a hiatus, to share some of what I've been navigating--including immense grief and loss after the unexpected death of my mother. This season has been reminding me of the importance of kindness, and celebrating life and the complexity of emotions. And it's been reminding me that we are all fighting unseen battles. Exploring the dangers of forced positivity and the importance of embracing all emotions for genuine connection and well-being. In this episode, ex rugby league pro Stevie Ward explore the downsides of forced positivity and why closing off to the full spectrum of feelings is a bad idea - and saps us of strength and authenticity. It's about acknowledging and embracing feelings like sadness and fear, rather than suppressing them. We discuss how inauthenticity can be perceived as a threat and why identifying with our roles contributes to inauthenticity. We even touch on what we can learn from pre-egoic toddlers - who truly embody genuine inauthenticity, which people can't help but be drawn towards. On this episode of Full Spectrum, partner Chip Yorkgitis is going to give an overview of two items adopted by the FCC in late September. The first is a Report and Order that the Commission adopted at its open meeting on September 26 to allow non-geostationary satellite orbit space stations to conduct fixed satellite service downlink operations on a co-primary basis with existing users in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band. The second item he'll discuss is a First Report and Order that the Commission adopted two days prior to the meeting to modify the rules for FM terrestrial digital audio broadcasting systems.
Tonight's guest is Rev. Bill Bean ( https://www.billjbean.com/ ), Exorcist, Spiritual Advisor, and Author, who has a new book out which focuses in on Trauma, Mind Control, and other societal factors in Demonic Possession/Oppression. We'll talk about the state of the world, whether or not entire countries can become possessed, the notion of tribulation, and how Vibration/Frequency ties into both possession and exorcism. Will be time for extras in the front and at the back end of this one, and I believe it all does tie together in a Full-Spectrum kind of way, and we took a small handful of calls as well!
