Exclusive interview with Andy Ramos, a Puerto Rican police officer who was evacuated from Vieques Island for medical treatment after Hurricane Maria. In this interview, Andy illustrates what's happening on this tiny island, is cut off from the rest of the world, with no water, no power, no Internet, or no cell service. The island doesn't have enough police, there's no gas to power the equipment needed to clean up, and many residents lost their homes. All the resources that the United States is sending seem to be assisting the main island of Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Tiny Vieques has been forgotten, and Andy paints a pictures of a community that has banded together, but is getting very restless, and needs immediate disaster relief. Please donate to the ViequesLove relief fund today to help! Hello and welcome to your weekly reminder that you are indeed getting older. It's now up to you what to do with that information. This week we start off with that one uncle that always has jokes, until it comes back to bite him in the butt. Then we move into Shane's trip to Puerto Rico and then to Vieques Island which is either Third World Country or possible paradise! This week we shouted out these#PodernFamily shows: The Spoken Dreams Podcast; The Elements Podcast and Extra Stories Podcast and we spun a promo for Afterburn 739. So check out the show and tell everyone you know who has a kid with a name that's spelled incorrectly that you know about it! And you know who we're talking about... the parents of the Jordyn's, Jaxxon's, Maddisyn's, Darerik's, Kassandrah's and Shyanne's of our world. We all know those people. The people who wanted to name their kid something "unique" but instead of actually being creative, they named the kid something basic and spelled it wrong. Their kids have suffered enough. Give these parents the gift of NTIO and help them before it's too late!!!
