This week the boys have a full bumper crop of things to discuss. That new Val Kilmer doc on Amazon? Ryan's watched it. Axiom Verge 2? Jake's played it. Candyman? Well Ryan watched that too (what a double feature), and the boys have both sampled Marvel's What If...? Disney + series and you know what? That's pretty damn good too. Almost Accurate is a weekly pop culture podcast hosted by Jake and Ryan who review the latest in Movies, TV Shows, Video Games, and more. Like the show? This episode is going to be a little different than what you're used to hearing on the podcast... because we are making some big changes here.In this season, we're telling the story of our new application and company, Skwerl. Ryan Orrico is your usual host, and he's also the Founder of Unusually Focused. But we're making some big changes around here. So for this series, Kass is taking over as Producer and Host.Even if you're a first-time listener, you might Ryan him from some of his past shenanigans...like #randomtalkingvideo, the viral trend he started on Instagram that has people all over the world speaking more confidently and unapologetically.Or Rabbit Hole, the edgy marketing course for people who love money and want to help people, but don't want to look like every other boring asshole promoting themselves on the internet.Or, the app Ashton Kutcher almost invested in - one that would have had every feminist pounding down the door to our offices had it been successful... Hottie Spottr. These big changes I'm referring to all started when Ryan decided he wanted to learn to code...He'd had been involved with tech companies, startups, and apps in the past, but he was never the one, should i say, "behind the keys." Not until recently. Now, if you know about coding, you know there are countless courses you can take to learn everything from how to design a basic web page, to how to create a powerful, and possibly even dangerous algorithm like Facebook or Tiktok, or any of those mainstream applications most of the population is using. You also know that there are hundreds of perfectly experienced app developers all over the world.Well - Ryan didn't want to take any of those courses and he didn't want to hire any of those developers. He wanted an app with opinions. An app that could use those opinions to motivate people to write better, and more often. He wanted an app that could help his customers in the same way he would... and he wanted to build it himself. So he opened Chrome on his Macbook. Googled, "how to code an app," and 2 months later... Skwerl was born. As of today, which for reference is September 15th of 2020 - There are 1660 beta users using the app on a daily basis. We wish we could say, "we're just a few weeks from the launch day" or any other clarifying statement about what the plan is from here. But the truth is... we don't know.Ryan built this technology because he wanted to learn to code, and now that it exists, we need to figure out how to use it to build a profitable, sustainable, and scalable company. And in this series, we're bringing you along for the ride. You'll take a seat in our company meetings as we find the answer to the obvious questions like, "what is our business plan?" and "how are we going to make money?"To the more difficult ones, like "what actually motivates someone?" and "How do we incorporate those motivational triggers into an app people can use?"We'll share the good, the bad, and everything in between.Welcome to The Skwerl Series. In episode one, we'll get to know the founder - Ryan Orrico.Support the show (http://unusuallyfocused.com)
In this episode we speak with American teacher and musician Ryan milov - Córdoba aka call me Córdoba on Instagram. You probably asking yourself why are you starting off with an American? In this podcast we talk about the story behind his cover of Dam’s Brooklyd, Arabic music, culture and his connection to the middle east.

So many of us have sin and temptation and issues in our lives that we wish weren't there. But so often, we continue to struggle in these areas. Perhaps, there is a step between us and healing that we aren't taking. Perhaps there is something that God is waiting for us to do before He heals us.
Well Ryan and Bee gush over a teen drama...or two or three. What's new? We also touch base with our journey back through Harry Potter, our New Year's resolutions and then jump full tilt into the ass burning hyperbole of Happy Birthday to Me!
Click Above To Listen In iTunes... So the big question is this, what would you do if money didn't matter? So you had millions in your bank account, what would you focus on? Would you spend more time with your family, with your wife, with your kids? Take family vacations. Would you pursue your gifts and talents and dreams? Serve your local community, teach others, serve your church. You see if what you would do if money didn't matter, it was pursuing your gifts and talents and dreams to serve others, and that is probably what you should be doing. The problem is most people are in the rat race, living five inches in front of their face with no time to pursue what they were born to do. That is the problem, and the solution is to develop enough passive income to replace your working income so you can quit your job and be free to live your life the way you were created to. That is a solution and this podcast will show you how... Ryan Enk: Hey everybody, welcome to another awesome episode of Cash Flow Dad Life. We have a special guest on with us today, Paul Del Pozo. Paul, welcome to the show! Paul Del Pozo: Ah, what's going on man, thanks for having me on. Thank you. Thank you. Ryan Enk: Thank you so much for coming. I invited Paula come on because Paul is just an all around great guy. He's also, you know, really in the flipping game, as far as like wholesaling goes, so not just locally, but he's also got a virtual elements of business. But another really interesting thing about Paul, which is why I invited him to come on because we haven't had a guest on the show like this, but he has actually a really cool facebook community called, "Flex and Flip" because he's very into fitness... It's just a great community. I'm a part of it myself and it's a great community to be a part of because, you know, there's daily inspiration there that he provides. Not only that, but it's just, you know, like a, a community of real estate investors and people were interested in getting started in business. So, it's amazing how much your actual fitness plays a part in your success in business. But we'll touch on that in a little bit. Paul, if you could just start us off, kind of tell us where you were at in your life before you looked at real estate and said, "This is something that I think I need to do." Paul Del Pozo: Right, right. Well Ryan, thanks for having me on and allowing me to share my story with your audience. I always love connecting with people out there that may have a similar experience in that can help them connect and just keep going forward and moving forward. Before I got an investing, um, I was trying to kind of find my next thing, which is I think very common with entrepreneurs or investors there during that transitional period, trying to figure out what that next move. I had spent about 10 years in the sports nutrition industry as a athlete and also, you know, as a salesperson now eventually sells manager within the industry, within one of the larger companies and in the business, but always with, you know, the desire of making things better within the company. Paul Del Pozo: I had these things, oh, I can do this better, I could do that better. Nobody's having this idea of how I would be able to do things all the while, you know, always having, as we call side hustles of rig --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/cashflow-dadlife/support
Ryan Grant is someone who I met at the Import Summit last year and I’ve been following his work every since. He runs the popular site OnlineSellingExperiment.com where he talks about all of his adventures selling physical products online. Now if you recall way back in episode 17, I had Jessica Larrew on the podcast to talk about her Amazon retail arbitrage business. Well Ryan has taken that same model of retail and online arbitrage and scaled it to small company with employees. What is online and retail arbitrage? It’s the process of buying from retail stores and liquidation outlets […] The post 132: How Ryan Grant Scaled His Amazon Retail Arbitrage Business To 7 Figures appeared first on MyWifeQuitHerJob.com.
