(3:00) He can't necessarily control what ads are placed. Vinnie doesn't advocate for the use of GLP-1s because he feels the side effects aren't worth it, especially since weight loss can be done naturally. Another problem is that some people “eat through the GLP-1." There is a tendency to overeat or continue to eat junk foods because they think the GLP-1 will offset the poor eating habits. Changing your lifestyle is a journey that may have challenges; however, a low-carb approach is the most effective because it allows your endocrine system to function as it was designed. (13:00) People ask what they can eat without impunity. (18:00) The answer is NOTHING. People often add things that they don't necessarily need; bulletproof coffee, for example. Certain foods affect hormones like leptin and ghrelin. (30:00) Once you stick to NSNG for 30 to 60 days, you can start to feel differences and develop the habits. (33:00) Misleading Labels Anna reads some ranch dressing labels. (36:00) The ingredient list is mayhem and misleading. By comparison, some of the ingredients are illegal in other countries and have also been known to cause cancer, such as titanium dioxide.
