The Finale - Part I

In this installment of Advanced B'Quest, the team fights their way through Cragmaw Castle. Blood is spilled, doors are poorly kicked, and the team says goodbye to a dear friend.

Bulge, Justice, Sildar, and new companion Harvey the Murder Bird travel further into the spider infested forest in search of the McLachlan ghost. Boy, that was a fun sentence to write. Along the way they do some stomping, teleporting, and meet a famous athlete. Roll for montage!

As promised, the quest continues! Logan and Steve are back as their characters Bulge and Justice and ready to venture back out into Caleb's magical realm. However, it takes them a few minutes to get back into the swing of things and figure out what the heck they are doing. But eventually they get back to doing what they do best: having awkward conversations and clumsy battles!

THE BABY BOYS ARE BACK!!! It's been nearly a year since Steve, Logan, and Caleb graced your ears with their mouth sounds but here they are once again to bring you some nonsense in these trying times. They just wanted to pop in to let you know that they're here for you and to talk a lot about the Rocky franchise. They also give a little tease about what's to come from them in the future.

It's the best of the Advanced B.S. Dungeons and Dragons quest! This is just a small collection of some of the funniest clips from a wall-to-wall blast of an adventure. Talking wolves, telepathic monsters, and Sarah McLachlan are just some of the insanity that happened during Logan and Steve's adventure through Caleb's world. Special appearance by Sam Haynie. We're already a whole month into 2017 but the Advanced B.S. Baby Boys are forcing you to look back to 2016 with their best of clip show! Logan, Steve, and Caleb walk you through the funniest moments and best stories from each topic of the last year. Featuring special appearances by Robert Kuschell, Stephen Ok, and Martha Reddick! The Baby Boys are back to wrap up 2016 with a look back at the year. They talk about the year in the show as well as the year in general (which sucked). They also discuss the future of Advanced B.S.

It's the terrifying conclusion to Horror month! The Baby Boyz cover a bunch of stuff from creepy, real-life stories to movies thought to be cursed. And Steve rounds out the month with a list of two sentence horror stories that give Caleb and Logan the willies! Sleep tight!

The Baby Boys are back and still talking about real life horror stories. Logan has a bunch creepy stories about murderers, mysterious disappearances, a strange set of twins, and a bunch of other creepy stuff. Meanwhile, Caleb has some strange limericks and Steve is also here.

This week the guys are discussing real life horror! Steve has a list of horrifying stories that happened in the world and Caleb takes issue with Logan's serial killer research (mainly because they're facts). The guys also discuss a serial killer who just wasn't that good at being a serial killer.

The guys are dedicating October to the topic of HORROR! For the next month, Logan, Steve, and Caleb will be diving into all things scary. In this episode they discuss their favorite horror films, video games, and any other media that has creeped them out.

Caleb has read all the Harry Potter books several times. Logan has seen the Harry Potter movies. Steve hasn't done any of these things but he has played the Lego Harry Potter video games. In this special episode, Steve is going to explain what he thinks the Harry Potter series is about from his very limited interaction with the franchise.

Bulge, Justice (formerly Stonebone), and Sildar finally face off with Glass Staff the wizard. They must also fend off Red Brand Bandit thugs, and an enemy from the past as the quest concludes...for now.

The quest continues! Stonebone's past is (partially) revealed, leading to an awkward reunion. Then, our heroes go to the Red Brandit's hideout to confront GlassStaff the wizard, but before they can they have an interesting encounter with monster that craves flesh...

In Steve's absence, Caleb and Logan pause the D&D quest and press play on something far more harrowing: DUNGEONS & DRAGONS...the movie. You know? The one starring Marlon Wayans. Anyway, the guys watched this terrible movie and break it down here for you so you don't have to. Bad acting! CGI dragons! Blue-lipped villains! Don't worry, Logan and Caleb are going to walk you through all of the insanity. Come along.

The quest continues as Bulge and Stone Bone awaken Sildar the warrior and find out about bandits, wizards, monsters, and a whole bunch of other crap that they have to deal with now. Onward!

Bulge Von Hammersack and new companion Stone Bone the wolf venture further into the cave in search of Bulge's acquaintances. They encounter various goblins and a singer on this thrilling installment of Advanced B.S.!

The dice really hits the fan in this episode! Bulge and Reed venture into the cave in search of their employer but run into some big trouble. Blood is spilled, dogs are fed, and the team is forever changed.

Steve and Logan continue their quest as Reed Thunderbrush and Bulge von Hammersack in hopes that they will suck less at it this time. Of course, that's up to Caleb, the ruthless Dungeon Master. There's a lot of confusion and indecision at first but things become a little clearer when they meet a new friend played by actor and D&D first timer, Sam Haynie!

The guys are kicking off a new month with a new topic/activity. They're starting a campaign in Dungeons & Dragons! Caleb is a seasoned D&D player so he takes the role of Dungeon Master and guides rookies Logan and Steve on their quest filled with action, stubbornness, and general cowardice. Let the game begin!

Steve, Caleb, and Logan are wrapping up Strange Nature month and they are focusing on strange mating habits in nature because there is something inherently wrong with them. Make sure to stay to the end to find out next month's adventurous topic!

This is a loopy and dirty episode. That pretty much sums it up.

Caleb, Logan, and Steve are continuing their quest to find the weirdest things in nature. Wasps that look like little bears! Plants that smell like rotting meat! Giant, knife-foot-having murder birds! These and other wonderful weirdos in our world are covered in this episode of Advanced B.S.!

New month, new topic! The guys are kicking off Strange Nature month with a discussion about weird animals. Flying snakes! Fish with human teeth! Invincible salamanders! The guys are wrapping up Advanced Advanced B.S. month with a topic from the very first episode of the show. Logan, Steve, and Caleb welcome special guest, comedian Stephen Ok to discuss the Bone Wars! Back in the 1800s, paleontology was a growing scientific field and America was at the forefront. Two men became titans in the field of paleontology and spent a fortune trying to bring each other down. It's a story of scientific discovery and general douchebaggery, this week on Advanced B.S.!

Back in space month, the guys stumbled across a story of a NASA intern that stole moon rocks and had sex on them. Turns out, there is so much more to that story! Steve, Logan, and Caleb are joined by Logan's fiancé Martha Reddick to discuss the life of Thad Roberts, a wannabe astronaut that orchestrated a heist to steal millions of dollars worth of moon rocks from NASA. From the A-Team Thad assembled to who should play them in a movie, the gang covers a lot in this special extended episode of Advanced B.S.!

This episode's guest had to cancel last minute so the guys are bringing you an extended episode! Continuing this month's theme of revisiting topics, Logan, Caleb, and Steve are talking about a silly court case they accidentally came across during Rivalries month. Once upon a time, a man took a Pepsi commercial literally and tried to sue Pepsi for not giving him a fighter jet. It's a real case that happened in the world and it took up a court's time. But first the guys go on a long tangent about Jurassic Park again because they're adults.

The guys are kicking off the second year of Advanced B.S. by revisiting some topics from the last year that they want to know more about. In part one of Advanced B.S. Revisited month (aka Advanced Advanced B.S.), they are diving into the strange life of astronomer Tycho Brahe. And they're not alone! For their very first guest, Steve, Logan, and Caleb are joined by their friend, comedian Robert Kuschell!

Check the first edition of TEN MINUTE TOPICS! There are some topics that Steve, Logan, and Caleb want to chat about but don't necessarily want to spend a whole month on. Instead, they will only spend ten minutes on them! No research, no prep, no extra time. This first episode is about one of their favorite childhood cartoons, Batman: the Animated Series! To celebrate the first full year of Advanced B.S., Logan, Steve, and Caleb are looking back in this special 51st episode! Not only are they looking back at the last year of the show, but they also look back at how they met and what led to them creating the show. They also talk about what's in store for Advanced B.S. and what they'd like to do in the future. The guys are wrapping up this month's topic with three more members of the 27 Club. They cover the short, yet prolific career of Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain and the mark he left on music, and a very short section on Amy Winehouse. This week, the guys are covering, perhaps the most famous member of the 27 Club, Jimi Hendrix. He had a short, yet insanely illustrious career that completely changed music and fueled the counterculture. He crossed paths with pretty much every other rock legend of the day and outshined them all. He would also freak out and throw tantrums if he wasn't holding his guitar. Join Caleb, Steve, and Logan as they cover the life and early death of another young savant, for another episode of Advanced B.S.!

The boys are back and they're still talking about untimely death! This week, Caleb came more prepared to discuss frontman of the Doors and member of the 27 Club, Jim Morrison. He was the poster child for the counterculture of the late 60s and a magnet for controversy. Also, he liked drugs. The life of a rock legend, a correction from Steve, and a bunch of tangents from Logan - all on this episode of Advanced B.S.!

It's Caleb's birthday month so he gets to pick the topic for the month of May, and boy is it a doozy: The 27 Club. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison and many more musicians met untimely deaths at the age of 27 and became legends for it. This episode covers the surprisingly long list of names and focuses on troubled Rolling Stones founder Brian Jones. Caleb has trouble steering the Advanced B.S. ship, Steve thinks the word "pianist" is too funny, and Logan just wants to escape. The guys also talk about their bands from high school. It's the finale to rivalries month and the guys finally get to a feud they've been teasing since part 1: Edison vs. Tesla! It's a legendary feud between two geniuses full of mud slinging, animal murder, and other lies you've heard. They also cover sabotage in figure skating, what went down between Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton, and why 2016 is being a real jerk about killing great people. SPORTS! This episode is about sports! Steve, Caleb, and Logan talk about the greatest rivalries in each professional sport and great pranks pulled by college rivals. They also discuss creamy peanut butter vs. chunky, and the feud between a U.S. President and a senator.

In Part 2 of Rivalry month, the guys get into one of history's most notorious rivalries: the Hatfields & McCoys! Logan, Steve, and Caleb get into the blood feud between the two famous clans and all the murder, romance, and hog-thieving that comes with it. They also cover a sibling rivalry that led to the invention of two famous brands and there's an update on Disneyland's mysterious Club 33.

Logan, Steve, and Caleb are back and digging into a new topic: Rivalries! From blood feuds to petty disagreements, this month is all about history's greatest/silliest rivalries from every walk of life. In this episode, the guys discuss Coke vs. Pepsi, McDonald's vs. Burger King, Cats vs. Dogs, Star Wars vs. Star Trek, and many more! They also get into rivalries they've encountered in their own lives.

It's the finale to outlaw month! Logan, Caleb, and Steve are moving away from the Wild West and moving into Depression-era outlaws. They cover the incredibly messy career of Bonnie and Clyde and how they survived as long as they did due to dumb luck. Then, they cover the more profitable career of bank robbing, prison breaking, step-mom loving John Dillinger. Both captivated a nation and both met bloody ends. Speaking of ends, stay tuned to this episode's to hear next month's topic. Get some!

The guys are still talking Wild West outlaws, but this time they're covering some less famous ones. They cover polite, successful outlaw Black Bart, lady outlaw tag team Cattle Annie & Little Britches, and Wild Bill Hicock murderer Jack McCall. They also head back to Europe for famed freedom fighter William Wallace who was named "King of the Outlaws" by England. Listen to find out how a painting of a buffalo led to a man's death. Enjoy!

Steve, Logan, and Caleb are still talking about outlaws of the old west! They talk about the mysteries surrounding Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, the post-outlaw life of Frank James, and some lesser known outlaws. They also cover the Cowboys: the gang that went to war with Wyatt Earp in Tombstone with the O.K. Corrals and Doc Hollidays and Kurt Russells and such. In Part 2 of Outlaw month, the guys are covering two of the most famous outlaws of the old west: Jesse James and Billy the Kid! Find out how Billy the Kid's short yet notorious life of crime started in cheese theft and how Jesse James was potentially a horrendous mass murderer but definitely a cousin lover. Steve, Logan, and Caleb would like to apologize in advance for all of the cheese puns in this episode.

Logan, Steve, and Caleb are talking outlaws for the month of March. This first episode focuses on the definition and history of outlawry. They get into what makes someone an outlaw, the different versions of outlaw in various cultures, and how long outlawry lasted throughout history. They also get into history's first and most legendary outlaw, Robin Hood. So, put your green tights on and listen in!

The guys are wrapping up Spin-offs & Crossovers month by diving into movies. Alien vs Predator! Freddy vs Jason! Rugrats vs the Wild Thornberrys! They get into all of the most needless/disappointing crossovers to happen on film. They also get into the intricacies of the Quentin Tarantino and Kevin Smith movie universes, discuss which Disney characters are immortal demigods, and get into a needlessly long conversation about restaurant mashups. The guys are digging into TV crossovers! Friends & Mad About You! X-Files & Cops! Fresh Prince & The Jeffersons! And a whole bunch of other ones. The guys also get into video game spin-offs and crossovers, as well as corporate tie-in video games because Steve doesn't really understand what counts as a spin-off. Get up in this already!

After covering the most successful TV spin-offs, the guys cover a list of unsuccessful spin-offs and unknown off-shoots of famous TV shows. Also, Steve talks about a Gilligan's Island reality show, Caleb is confused about most things, and Logan tells of a cartoon creature known as the Shmoo.

It's Logan's birthday month so he gets to pick the topic! And he's forcing Steve and Caleb to talk about spin-offs and crossovers in pop culture. This episode is all about TV. The guys talk about some of the most successful television spin-offs of all time (The Jeffersons, Frasier, Law & Order: SVU) and Logan lays out a theory that most of television takes place inside the mind of a single character. This week, Logan, Caleb and Steve are finishing up Disney month by talking about what could have been. Cancelled Disney movies, theme parks, and rides as well as original casting choices for some of your favorite Disney films are discussed. They also cover the classic short films in which Mickey, Donald, and Goofy made their first appearances, the great animated TV shows of the 90s, and the continuing saga of Club 33.
