2 Timothy 1:1-7In the opening of this letter, Paul introduces himself as an apostle of Christ by God's will and addresses Timothy as his beloved spiritual son. He expresses gratitude to God and recalls Timothy's sincere faith, which first lived in his grandmother Lois and mother Eunice. Paul encourages Timothy to rekindle the spiritual gift God gave him through the laying on of hands. He reminds him that God has not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
This passage recounts a period of prosperity and conflict in Isaac's life. Isaac sows crops in Gerar and receives a hundredfold harvest, a sign of God's blessing. He becomes very wealthy, accumulating flocks, herds, and servants. The Philistines grow envious and stop up the wells his father Abraham had dug. Eventually, Abimelech, the king of the Philistines, tells Isaac to leave because he has become too powerful.Isaac moves to the Valley of Gerar, reopens his father's wells, and digs new ones. However, local herders quarrel with his servants over the new water sources, leading to ongoing disputes.
Acts 1:9-11 The disciples stood there gazing, frozen between wonder and uncertainty. But Heaven didn't leave them stuck — it gave them a shove toward action! The same question comes to us today — Why are you still standing here? What now?
John 1:29-34 If you want to understand Easter—If you want to grasp the weight of salvation—If you want to know what real love looks like...Then don't just look at the tomb...Don't just glance at the cross...Watch. The. Lamb
Jesus enters Jerusalem to shouts of praise, but He begins to weep. Why? Because they missed the hour of their visitation. They had expectations—but they were too small, too shallow, and too self-serving. Jesus came not to meet man'sexpectations, but to fulfill God's promise
2 Kings 6:8–23 Before you know what to DO, you better know what NOT to do.DO NOT FEARDO NOT FOCUS ON CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT FORGET WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST DO NOT RESPOND IN THE FLESH
Let's be honest—some of us treat the Holy Spirit like we treat guests in an Airbnb. As an Airbnb host, I know a thing or two:Guests don't get full access.Certain areas are locked. They can't move walls or change the layout. And most of all, they don't stay forever. We do the same thing with the Holy Spirit—invite Him in on Sunday, maybe Wednesday, but keep the “DO NOT ENTER” signs up in our hearts. That's Airbnb Christianity. But Romans 8:11 calls us to something deeper—habitation, not visitation. And the Spirit we're talking about? He's not new on the scene. This Same Spirit who hovered over the waters at Creation. This Same Spirit who raised Jesus from the grave. This Same Spirit now dwells in you.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Let's break that down:Substance is something tangible, something real. Hope alone can feel like a dream, but faith gives it form. Faith turns a vision into reality, a possibility into a promise, and a word into a witness!Evidence means proof! The world says, “I'll believe it when I see it,” but faith says, “I believe it before I see it!” Faith is believing in the unseen because God has already spoken it!Hope sets the destination, but faith fuels the journey. If you hope for something, your faith is what makes you move toward it.
Pastor Hutto talks about praying through your life and not just praying until you get an answer. Pray for your miracle and then when that miracle shows up you have to accept it.
Many have moments when we want to believe, but doubt tries to creep in. Like the father of the demon-possessed boy in Mark 9:24, we cry out:"Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"(Mark 9:24 NKJV
