For this episode we go inside the BroadwayCon Offices--er, office--to chat with Mischief Management's Melissa Aneli and Sierra Fox. We get the inside scoop on what it takes to pull off the biggest and best Broadway fan convention in the world. They share their favorite moments from last year's inaugural event and make some exciting announcements about what's on the bill for 2017. In the second part of the show, we'll catch up with Daisy Eagan who won a Tony Award when she was 11 for originating the role of Mary Lenox in The Secret Garden.

Fun Home Tony nominee Beth Malone shares memories of growing up on ranch, how discovering Singing in the Rain made her realized that she wanted to be a performer, and how she survived middle school as a bona fide geek. Half way through our talk, Lesli Margherita joins us to talk about her friendship with Beth and how Beth's role in Fun Home was a 'complete transformation' for her.

In the second segment,  Tony-winning Hamilton director Thomas Kail talks about staging the showstopping song "Satisfied" along with Renee Elise Goldsberry.

In our first segment, Tony Winner Laura Benanti and Broadway Records's Robbie Rozelle share the backstory of recording the She Loves Me cast album. We also discuss Laura's appearance as Melania Trump on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, AND we find out if Laura is having a boy or a girl! In the second part of the show, we have a quick conversation with Broadway besties Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner who share the experiences that inspired them to get into show business!
