We continue talking about the Great Commission and our duty as disciples to make more disciples. Sometimes the hardest people to reach are those closest to us. What are excuses people use? How can you show Christ's love and bring them in?
New year, new topic! The most important instruction we were given by Jesus was to GO! Proclaim the gospel and make disciples (Matthew 28:19 & Mark 16:15). We want to start this year encouraging you to follow this instruction and give some tips on how you can start this in your school or workplace.
It's Christmas, Divas! We discuss how we can show Christ to people this holiday season and into the following year.

We tackle some of the questions brought up in the teen class during our week of Maywood Christian Camp. This week: how do you know which church is doing what is right?
In the finale of our series on the traits God has given us, the Divas discuss the spirit of competition and how you can harness the trait for good.
Last episode we learned what it means to be an introvert and extrovert. Today we talk about how to use our personality type in God's kingdom.
In part 1 of Introvert or Extrovert, we discuss what these two defining traits mean and which one we think we are.
In the age of social media it seems like everyone wants to share everything about themselves. But how easily do you truly open up to those around you? Do you trust others easily with the things on your heart? Or do you hold back and have trouble trusting others with your deepest thoughts?
We tackle some of the questions brought up in the teen class during our week of Maywood Christian Camp. How can I be confident in my faith? How do I overcome self-hate? What do I do when others make me feel worthless?
Being blunt and straightforward with people is a double edged sword. People trust your opinion but sometimes you can hurt the feelings of others.
Being a perfectionist is often seen as a positive trait. But what if it goes too far? If you have this trait, how can you keep it in check before you become controlling?
New segment! Have you missed our Monday Motivations? Savanna brings some wise words (maybe) for our Wednesday.
This episode is all about our social interactions and how we process our thoughts. Are you the type to overthink every possible scenario to the point it can hold you back? Are you the type to not think things through and possibly end up regretting things? God gave us these traits, they each come with bad and good. How can you train yourself to use this for good?
We introduce our new series on the personality traits, characteristics, talents, and situations that God gives us. How do you approach these? How do you find the line between being obnoxiously arrogant and doormat humble?
In this episode, we recap our recent Young Adults Retreat. We learned a lot about how to handle struggles and change the perspective.
Anita Watkins joins us to talk about her 38 years of marriage! You may not be thinking about being a wife yet, but it's never too early to begin those good habits that can help you become a Godly wife someday!
We have a full studio this week with special guests Kaylie Hendrix and Pelageya Tikhomirova (or Pola). We discuss the importance of friendship and how they change through life.
Kim McFall is someone the 3 of us consider a mentor. She joins us to discuss her mentoring roles and how she has been mentored. Titus 2:3-5 tells us that as we grow in age and spirituality, we are to teach/mentor those younger than us. If you need help finding a mentor, look at the women in your church, your teachers, coaches, or other women you admire and trust.
Our friend, Sarah Clemmons, joins us this episode! Being a daughter isn't something we choose, but we can choose what kind of daughter we are!
Marina's sister Koryn joins us for our discussion on what it means to be a sister. We discuss our relationships and how to be a good sister.. because it's not always easy!
The second part of our discussion with Ashley Nelson on being a mom.
❗️First guest alert❗️Ashley Nelson joins us to discuss motherhood. While many of us may not be mothers yet, it's never too early to begin preparing.
We begin our new series with advice we wish we would have known when we were younger.
The words we say can affect others. Gossip tears people down; curse words are careless and empty. The Bible warns against both. We should use our words to build each other up and Jesus said we will give an account for our empty words on judgment day. Let your words be gracious ❤️
God promised He would never leave or forsake us. So, when we don't hear an answer to our prayers we want to know why.
What does your social media presence look like? Would others know you're a Christian by what you post? Or would they be surprised? We challenge you to evaluate how you use social media.
At times, we all can be a little lazy. Many verses in Proverbs warn us against it. We discuss how laziness affects our lives and relationship with God and ways we can correct this bad habit.
John 13:35 To be known as Jesus' disciple you must love one another ❤️
Alcohol is a prevalent issue in the world. At some time on your life you will probably be faced with pressure to drink. As Christians, what should be our stance? Is just one glass okay? Bottom line: does it add to your life? Does it help you grow closer to God? If not, then just stay away!
When we are rooted in Christ, it is much harder to fall to temptation or be knocked over by the storms of life.
Our last episode of 2020! We talk about some of our goals for 2021. As you write down what you want to accomplish, think about the small actions you can do every day to achieve your bigger goal. Reaching goals take time; give yourself some room to fall and get back up!
❗️Disclaimer: Sound quality is not great due to having to record out of the studio.❗️ Low self-esteem leads us to believe we don't have much to offer or see ourselves as less than others. God created each of us with a purpose and although we aren't perfect, we are a gift to those in our lives!
In Ecclesiastes 3:11 Solomon talks about the God given tasks that he has seen in mankind. He goes on to say that EVERYTHING God made is beautiful and has eternity in their hearts. We know that God is wonderful and His creations are wonderful but forget that we are included in that. See your beauty and your worth today ❤️
Having a generous heart is a special thing. Often we are so focused on what other people and God give us that we forget that “it is more blessed to give than to receive”. Sometimes we think we are giving SOOO MUCH, but we will NEVER out give God!
People often ask “why can't I just be happy?” When we know the Lord, we have much more than superficial happiness; we have a deep joy that nothing on earth can satisfy.
It's the time of year for giving and receiving gifts! Do we remember to thank God (the giver of all things) for the small blessings He gives us every day? How can we change our hearts to a heart full of gratitude and joy?
Our culture has cheapened the beautiful gift that God gave a husband and wife. We get real about why it's important to wait to open this gift and some ways you can keep your purity.
I encourage you all to read the whole chapter of Psalms 139. David talks about how God knows our thoughts and our words before we speak them, he knows our days before they even begin. Having such an amazing Creator like we do shows how valuable we are ☀️
We've all had a crush that we can't get out of our minds. We've been in relationships where everything feels perfect. A lot of times we claim this as love, but it's just infatuation. How do we tell the difference and why is it important?
“This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine” In Matthew 5:14-16 Jesus said “Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket”. Jesus does not want us to hide our lights, but to illuminate the world!
Jesus said if you look at someone desirably it's the same as committing adulterous (or fornication). But do we understand what it means to lust? We hit the topic hard on and discuss how to correction it before it consumes your mind.
Put away your “Christian Mask” and put on the whole armor of God. It can be difficult to be the only Christian in the room, but just remember you are never alone.
Modesty is a hard topic for Christian young ladies. Jesus didn't include hem lines in his sermon on the mount. Modest dress doesn't hold us back or mean we're ashamed of ourselves. It shows that we value our bodies and get our self-worth from God and our hearts rather than looks.
I'm proud to be a Citizen of the United States.. but there is a greater citizenship that we can be a part of!! A place where our worldly problems don't exit. A place where the King will never let us down. A place we can all call HOME! “This world is not my home, I'm just passing through. My treasures are laid up, somewhere beyond the blue”
Everyone deals with jealousy and envy at some point. We identify what the Bible says, how it affects us, and how we can move past these toxic feelings.
Savanna reads through the song “From the Inside Out”. How can we let God consume our hearts?
Hate is an emotion that can consume you if you cannot learn to let go or find resolution with others. We explore why people hate, how it can control you, and how to overcome it!
What is love? How can we show love? 1 Corinthians 13 gives us a picture of how to love others in every kind of relationship we have. Find opportunities to show love to others
NEW SERIES! We've all been told from a young age that lying is wrong. God detests liars! Revelation 21:8 says “liars have their part in the lake of fire”. But what are the consequences and effects lying has on us in the world?
