The day involves some of the best thoroughbreds in South Africa, as they have their final preparation runs before the Vodacom Durban July. With that in mind, a group of SA music Legends got together to create Lockdown Legends, an online performance being aired from Sunday 28 June at 8pm, for a donation of between R10 and R100, you can enjoy the best of South Africa's musicians and artists spanning as far back as the 1960's. We caught up with two of the organisers, Jarrod Aston from Cinema and Glenda Sixel from Clout ,and they shared the vision behind the event and what they hope to achieve in raising money for this much-loved industry of music professionals.
