It's a jam-packed NFL & NBA rundown as we kick things off with Super Bowl Would You Rather, breaking down Drake Maye vs. Sam Darnold and comparing skill positions, offensive lines, front sevens, defensive backs, coaching, and who actually wins the matchup. Then it's Good Sign or Bad Sign? with a spotlight on the Arizona Cardinals and what their latest moves mean for the future. We dive into the draft next, identifying five players who could leap into the first round after the Senior Bowl, including Lee Hunter, Gabe Jacas, Zion Young, Caleb Banks, and Malachi Fields. Finally, chaos hits the NBA with a blockbuster Giannis Antetokounmpo to Golden State trade proposal — sending Draymond Green, Jonathan Kuminga, Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody, and a haul of first-round picks back to Milwaukee. Who says no? Who wins the deal? And does this create the NBA's next superteam? NFL debates, draft risers, and an all-time NBA trade scenario — let's get into it. This week's "At her Career Crossroads" insight comes from me, Dr. Robin. I say — "Maybe you just reached a big milestone. You earned the degree, the promotion, or you achieved that goal you worked so hard for. And when you finally got there, you felt nothing. That strange in between feeling, it's not failure. It's not confusion. It's actually a signal. A quiet one, but a powerful one." Here are 3 reasons why you should listen to this episode: You've done all the right things, but still feel stuck — I'll help you make sense of that feeling and what it's trying to tell you. I share the turning point in my own career when I realized I couldn't keep doing things the same way — and how that quiet moment became a clear signal for change. You'll learn a simple, five-minute practice you can do today to start listening to your own inner nudge and realigning your life without flipping it upside down. I'm Dr. Robin, a professor, speaker, author, and creator of the PurposeMAKER™ philosophy — helping high-achieving women close the gap between success and fulfillment. Ever feel like your brain's leaking out your ears after a few hours of learning Amazon? That's physics, not failure. In this episode, Brian & Robin Joy unpack why your brain should feel overloaded at first and how to turn big, heavy concepts (“two-by-fours”) into light, manageable habits (“toothpicks”). You'll learn the real reason overwhelm is part of the process and how repetition, not perfection, is what turns chaos into clarity. In this conversation: How to know when you've hit your “mental limit” (and why that's a win, not a warning) The two most common “two-by-fours” new sellers struggle to whittle down and how to spot them fast Why mastering Pre-Flight and Bridging the Gap transforms your sourcing confidence overnight What Trader Joe's listings can teach you about risk, timing, and diversification The counterintuitive reason Amazon's increasing restrictions are actually protecting your future Special guest at the conclusion of today's show, Jeff Schick of JeffSchick.com answers the question: "Are Walmart policies changing and maturing?" Ever felt like you don't belong in the room? Like if people really knew who you were, they'd find out you're a fraud? That nagging voice of imposter syndrome can steal your time, stall your growth, and keep you from the very thing God has called you to.In today's conversation, I'm joined by Melissa Hughes—TikTok influencer, International Speaker, best-selling author, and CEO of Rise Social Media Agency. Melissa has been featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show, in the New York Times, and has reached millions with her message of faith and authenticity. We're unpacking the truth about imposter syndrome—the unhealthy kind that keeps you chasing things God never assigned to you, and the healthy kind that shows up when the calling feels bigger than you (hint: it should). Melissa shares how to stop wasting time trying to “grow into it” and instead step boldly into the work He's prepared, trusting Him to multiply your efforts (and your time)You'll walk away with practical steps to live authentically: knowing who you are, what you're unnaturally good at, and most importantly, what God says about you. Because when you stop striving to prove yourself and start surrendering, you'll experience acceleration, impact, and lots of joy.If you've been holding back, second-guessing, or stalling because of imposter syndrome, this episode will breathe courage into your next step and remind you—it's not about you, it's about Him.YOU. HAVE. TIME. Lissa + Melissa

In this powerful episode of the Connection Codes podcast, Tera and Phyllis sit down with trauma-informed coach Echo Hill Vetter to break open what happens when we let go of punishment and choose connection over consequence. Together, they unpack why punishing our kids “into good behavior” often fails — and how to replace control with curiosity, repair, and true partnership. Echo shares how dance and movement are medicine for kids' big feelings and how parenting leadership really means supporting our kids from beneath, not controlling them from above. -New Miami (FL) QB Carson Beck transferred from Georgia this offseason, and is rumored to be making $4 million this year---but he had some bad luck this week-Radio host Andy Slater reported that Beck had “both his Mercedes AND Lamborghini” stolen overnight 2 days ago, as well as an SUV owned by his girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder. That sucks to lose that but also is pretty telling of just how well off some of these athletes are now in college…Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

On Friday's Daily Puck Drop, Jason “Puck” Puckett is joined by his weekly Friday guests, Jim Moore, handicapper TroyWins.com and Chris Egan, KING 5. Puck and Jim open up the show talking about the differences between Thanksgiving and Christmas and Puck put Thanksgiving as a -5.5 point favorite over Christmas. So, they debate the line and Puck gives his reasons why he prefers Thanksgiving and Jim says he'd take Christmas at +5.5. They jump into the discussion about the Mariners and the future of ROOT Sports and react to the Seattle Times article by Adam Jude and Ryan Divish that the team will once again operate on the network next season. However, there is not much clarity from the team and what exactly it will look like, which leaves many who work for the network in the dark. Jim and Puck discuss how unfair it is for the M's still keep their employees in the lurch of what their plans are. They wonder why the Mariners don't just steal a play out of the Kraken playbook and go on local television and then offer a streaming service. The Seattle Times also had a story about the wild success that the Kraken are having with their Kraken Hockey Network and so far early in the season it has been a runaway success compared to being on ROOT Sports the last few years. They also turn their attention to what the Mariners will do in free agency and the likelihood that they will sign Justin Turner and or Carlos Santana. Puck doesn't think a serious organization brings back a 40 and 39 year old, however, Jim disagrees and likes what Turner brings. PuckSports handicapper TroyWins.comjoins Puck and Jim to go over all the football bets for the weekend and at the end they give our their “Dogs of the Week.” Chris Egan, KING 5, joins Jason “Puck” Puckett for his weekly chat. They navigate Thanksgiving food traditions, high school football playoffs, Thanksgiving vs. Christmas and they discuss the funeral of former sportscaster Tony Ventrella. Egan and Puck have a spirited back and forth over the debate of Christmas and Thanksgiving. Egan already has a Christmas tree up at his house so you know which way he's going! The high school football quarterfinals are this week and Egan is covering his final Friday “Big Game of the Week.” Egan shares his thoughts on who he thinks will win in the 4A and 3A levels. Finally, Egan goes over the menu for his Thanksgiving feast. Lastly, “Hey, What the Puck!” Puck thanks everyone for watching and listening this week despite the storm and wicked everyone a speedy recovery from all the damage that the storm caused in the area. He also promoted his Mariners DiamondTable Show which is now available if you are a Puck's Posse Community member. Join today and get FULL access to all of Puck's content.
