Welcome to "It's the Mystery for Me" -- a true crime podcast focused on the murders, mysterious deaths and disappearances of black females (women and children). What makes #ITMFM different from other true crime podcasts? Well, your hosts are sisters of
The It's the Mystery for Me (A True Crime Podcast) is one of my favorite podcasts that I have come across. As a true crime fan, I appreciate the stories that they bring to light and the way they tell them. The foundation of the podcast, focusing on crimes against black women and giving them the recognition they deserve, is much needed and appreciated. Priscilla's storytelling ability and down-to-earth demeanor make her a relatable host, while Norma asks the questions that listeners want to know. The production aspect of the podcast is also well-done, making it an enjoyable listening experience.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Priscilla's storytelling ability. She does thorough research and presents the facts in a way that keeps you engaged throughout each episode. Her personality shines through in her storytelling, making it both informative and entertaining. Additionally, her down-to-earth demeanor makes her relatable to listeners.
Another great aspect of this podcast is the focus on crimes against black women. The hosts shine a light on cases that may not have received national attention but are just as important. They give these women the recognition they deserve and tell their stories with care and respect.
The banter between Priscilla and Norma is another highlight of this podcast. Their sisterly dynamic adds a personal touch to each episode, making it feel like you're having a conversation with friends rather than just listening to a scripted show.
However, one aspect that can be improved upon is Priscilla's tendency to interrupt Norma at times. While banter between hosts can be enjoyable, there were instances where Norma was not able to finish her thoughts due to interruptions. This can be slightly frustrating for listeners who want to hear all perspectives and insights.
Overall, The It's the Mystery for Me (A True Crime Podcast) is an excellent podcast that brings attention to important true crime stories involving black women. The storytelling abilities of the hosts, along with their sisterly banter, make for an engaging and informative listening experience. Despite minor flaws, this podcast is definitely worth a listen for true crime enthusiasts.
On this episode, we answer some questions that have been submitted by listeners. Here are the questions:Will Norma finally accept IG follower requests? Are yall dating anyone? What motivates you?
