Relying on a fitness coach to provide you with workouts or meal plans without being an active learner is like someone blindfolding you and taking you to an unknown place, then taking off the blindfold and telling you to find your Way back home. Naturally women gravitate toward cardio like walking, running, bike, elliptical, typically lower impact activities Don't get me wrong all of these are good for general health, but it does not provide you with the same benefit as lifting You may be thinking of the superficial aesthetic benefits like looking good naked, having a slim waist, and fat ass, but there's more important benefits that lifting offers us women specifically.
