The fearsome Four are back for this episode. English author and poet Lewis Carroll once said "If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there'' We think this sums up the episode pretty well...
Bonus episode! This episode was prerecorded 3/6 with Seth and Chris. It's always a good time when Chris and Seth get together. Brady was out celebrating his Bday and Dan was...doing something....we forgot what Dan did...

*The first 5 mins of this podcast has audio sync issues with Chris.* New program, new hurdles, new issues= Better podcast? The video and audio some how does not match time stamp wise in the first few minutes, so we apologize but it works its self out as we go. Brady's camera was frozen for us, Chris is off by a few minutes (it fixes its self) We go over our week, Dad stuff and we figure out if our kids are possibly be heathens? Yes...is the correct answer.
What a week. Sorry for the au delayed posting and audio only this week, we had some trouble with the video file downloading. Brady, Seth and Dan talk about their week, survivors guilt, the "what if's" and the unfortunate passing of an acquaintance and the unfortunate passing of a four legged member of Brady's house hold.
With Dan out this week, this episode has Brady, Seth, and Chris discuss their week, making connections with others, and how it can sometimes be difficult to be themselves.
No Brady this time. Dan, Seth and Chris talk about their weekends, birthdays and admitting too dealing with a complex.
Happy New Year! Our first episode of 2024. We would like to welcome Chris and Seth to the show full time. We get caught up, talk about the outlook of the shower moving forward, community and a few other things.
It's been awhile. Glad to be back. Thanks again to my wife Taylor and Cynthia for the latest episode. It was fantastic. We wasted no time getting into this one.... Brady dives into what took him to the edge..and how he got back.
We hit another first. First ever all female hosted episode. Taylor (Dan's wife) and former guest, Cynthia, got together and had a great conversation. Living with somebody battling mental health, the age old "If I knew then what I know now" and looking back 10 years later and much much more. Thank you so much for doing this episode. This is a men's mental health podcast but showing the other side can put a lot of things into perspective,
Losing faith and hope during trauma can make or break who we are as men. Those trials and tribulations help us shed who we were and lead us into who we are becoming.
We are back. On this episode we discussed the obstacles of life. The loss of family and friends. Tricks of the mind and being okay with patting yourself on the back every now and then.
Well, we had technical difficulties, but we figured it out. A conversation for the ages, 11 years in the making. It was the anniversary week of the passing of Dan's brother. Mat's long time Girlfriend and Dan's "sister" Joined us. We revealed or new logo.
Brady is traveling and took a much deserved break. Chris joins Dan and talks about issues inside and outside the school system and what we can do to help better the future for success.
The guys sit down and have and impromptu conversation while traveling for work. A few friends dropped in on Twitch to say hi.
The guys are back for their first episode of 2023. They caught one another up about their time off and the Holidays, spoke about the black hole that comes with the holidays and they went over some video games. For 2023, they will be live on Twitch for every recording.
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Our final episode of 2022. Chris and Seth join us for our end of the year episode
What keeps you up at night? On this episode, the guys go over what keeps them up at night and makes them lose sleep.
For the first time ever, we have a live in person guest. Brady's Dad joins us on this episode. We talk about family, growing up in different generations and the struggles and differences of our mental health through the generations.
What worries you? The guys go over the struggle of worry and how the right support can outweigh the negative.
We are back and discussing a number of things. We went a little Rambo in this episode but we had a lot to talk about and we pushed a few buttons along the way.
We recap our virtual sit down at the Broken Clock Brewery mental health Q&A. Thank you again to everyone over at the B.C.B. for having us and giving us the opportunity to sit down and talk mental health. We will be back next week with another full episode of MIYLUH.
Please bare with us through the first 30 minutes of this episode. We had a slew of connection issues. We had a guest join us and his laptop decided to run an update right before we recorded and had to use his phone for a bit. On this episode we recap our week, dive into some old topics about the struggle of separating home life from our daily battles. Our guest Blake played an original song for us (we apologize for the audio as this was the first time we've ever had the chance to do this) We talked about picking ourselves back up when we have fallen and so much more. Please check out Blake on Spotify under the name, Gospelofthewolf, give his EP a listen and a like if you can. We have registered for a suicide prevention walk and you can find all the details on our Facebook page.
The original duo is back! We all know that life can get in the way. Work, being a husband and a father can lead us down a road of questions and uncertainty within ourselves. Sometimes during the craziness of life, we lose our identity and we lose ourselves even more trying to find it.
(this episode was recorded on 7/19) Two hour bonus episode with a special guest. A good friend reached out to us and asked if he could come on and work through some of the battles he's been facing so far this year. We hope this is seen as an open invitation for those comfortable to not be afraid to speak up about their battles and struggles. If you ever feel like you need a place to vent, this is exactly what this podcast was created for.
Yes. We titled this episode as a tribute to The Office, but in reality it's a great episode about managing who we are as a person and how we manage the things we battle. Our good friend Chris sat in for Dan this week. Always happy to welcome back old friends of the show and as always, he and Brady delivered a great episode.
This is our first live recording. We were live on Facebook and Twitch and joined by many in the chat. We were able to interact with everyone and have a good conversation about fathers day and family. Happy fathers day everyone. (Facebook muted out the intro in the beginning but we were able to play it again at the end) don't forget, you can now watch every episode on Spotify and listen on all your favorite platforms.

We discuss mens mental health month, fathers day and just doing what we gotta do.
We are back. Dan started his new job and the household has been sick. Brady moved into his new house and has been working some OT. Why is it that Dad's never want to talk about what's going on with their mental state? Why meaningless tasks like mowing the lawn is therapeutic.
**Warning, this episode discusses abuse. This topic may be upsetting for some listeners, please listen at your discretion*** With the Johnny Depp trial commanding the headlines, Brady opens up and tells his story about his experience with abuse.
You could say, this one is for the boys. We got back to our roots on this one as we sat down and had a honest yet difficult and fulfilling conversation. Growing up and being raised in two very different households with two very different parenting styles, we took a dive into what life was like as a child and the transition into adult hood and why being a man in today's society means just "Figuring it out".
The boys are back after a long break. Dan is a new father, Brady soaked in some extra dad time and the guys went over their experiences with grief and normalizing human reactions when battling grief.
As the late great Bill Withers once said, "Lean on me, when you're not strong and ill be your friend, I'll help you carry on" Brady drove the episode and lead a fantastic conversation about the growing outside support for men's mental health. Family doesn't always mean blood. AND This is Dan's last episode for quite sometime, as he will be taking a hiatus from the show for a handful of weeks as he and his wife are expecting the birth of their first born, basically, any day now. Dan would like to say thank you to everyone for the love and support that he and his wife have received over the last 9 months from friends, family and the supporters of the show.
Growth. We all want it, it takes work to achieve it and sometimes, we are always accepting of the easy aspects of growth but often forget about the hardships that follow during it. Sometimes growing as an individual can be painful, but its necessary to become the person we desire to be. On this episode, Dan and Brady talk about growing as an individual, a son, a parent and when they realized when they started growing in their fight with mental health.
Our good buddy Matt joins us to talk about the cultural gap of dating, growing up with social media dominating the market and pursuing happiness. Dan was in a car accident on his birthday and Brady found himself back in a work truck.
We're back! We catch up on the holiday break, talk about our ups&downs and have a discussion about being better, doing better and just loving one another.
OUR FINAL EPISODE OF 2021! What a way to end the year. We are taking a small break until the new year but we promise, we will be back! This is our longest episode to date, so we went ahead and split it into two segments. We had so much fun recording this episode. Thank you to Chris for dropping in. Thank you to Seth and Cody for sticking around and sharing some moments and memories with us. To YOU, yes YOU the listeners, thank you for everything you have done for us this year, the constant support and interactions. If it wasn't for you, we would have nothing. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
It's a minisode. Little bit of this, little bit of that. We went over, a little bit of everything.
The Holidays aren't always filled with laughter and Yule tide greetings. For some, it's a season of mixed emotion. We debut a cool new thing to the show. Please don't forget to like, follow and subscribe on all platforms.
This episode had a little bit of everything. Glitch in the matrix, laughs, tears, beers and a rambunctious toddler. We may or may not have a recording next week due to the holidays so we want to wish and hope that everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Don't forget to please please please; like, follow, share, subscribe and rate the show. This is how we make sure we gain traction on listening platforms and get views for those who don't follow. Thank you all for your support!
November is Men's Health month and Brady and I have decided to start a give back initiative. We challenge you to give back to the community between now and Black Friday. You are free to do it however you see fit but there is ONE catch. We want you to document it. We want to see photo's and videos of you giving back and we want you to tag the show and also tag the line #UnapologeticallyGivingBack. On this episode we discussed carrying burdens, why its so hard to ask for help and why sometimes we can go through life without ever asking it. Never hesitate to ask us questions or reach out.
Brady is back! Thank you Chris for coming on last week. This week we sat down and had a conversation about internal fears. We both opened up and a had the hard conversation. We also went over living with fear and how damaged and broken doesn't mean being totaled.
