Whether you're a long-time listener or you're brand new to my world, welcome! I'm so happy you're here.
Donald Miller said, "If we are tired of life, what we're really tired of is the story we are living inside of." Today we are talking about the stories we tell, and how we aren't always the most accurate narrators of our life's experience. I'll give you three ideas that you can start using today to become the editor of your stories and a more intentional creator in your life!
This week, in anticipation of Easter, we're talking about why the teachings of Jesus Christ are much more than just a nice idea or good suggestion. Learning about the Savior and nurturing His attributes within ourselves can have profound psychological, emotional, spiritual, and even physical benefits. Accepting His invitation to align ourselves with His thoughts, feelings, and actions gives us the power to change not just our natures, but every aspect of our lives.
What do you think of when you hear the word "extraordinary?" Today we are diving into what it means to create a truly extraordinary life, and why the little choices we make each day matter not just for the quality of our lives in the here and now, but on into the eternities.

They're tired of feeling stuck in the same old habits and patterns, and are ready to move forward and improve their relationships, their confidence, their health, their spirituality, or any other part of their life's experience. In today's episode, I help you understand your desires for change, and teach you how to go about making incremental shifts in your thinking that will help you create positive changes in any area of your life.
Today we are exploring the topic of identity! We talk about what it is, why it's important, and what part you have in uncovering your true identity. When we hear the phrase "God's will," many of us picture God sitting up in Heaven watching us, just waiting to see whether or not our choices will perfectly align with some specific plan He's laid out for us. The beliefs we hold are essentially conclusions we've drawn and “rules” we've established about ourselves, about others, and about how the world works. The scriptures tell us that "men are they they might have joy." But if God intended us to have joy, why does it sometimes feel so elusive and hard to come by? This week we're talking about why your thoughts matter! Sometimes thought work can seem tedious, and the results don't come as quickly as we'd hoped. But that's no reason to give up! Today I share with you my perspective of why this challenging work is so important, and how to keep going, even when you feel discouraged.
This week we're talking about how your identity, or self-image, determines what you believe about who you are and what's possible for your life. For years it was believed that so many parts of us--our personalities, our habits, our traits and tendencies were fixed and unchanging. But now we know that we have the capacity for so much more growth and development than we ever imagined! The great news is that if you don't love the identity you've created for yourself, you can change it. Listen in to find out how!
