We’re all finding this current crisis challenging? But is it impacting your rest and sleep? Not getting enough sleep has very serious consequences. Are you at risk of suffering the cost of sleep deprivation on your health? The health risks associated with sleep deprivation is a long, scary list.I don’t want to be an alarmist, but the dangers of not enough sleep are far worse than many of us realize. And you might be at greater risk than you think. “But that’s not me”, you say. “I’m tired, but I’m not sleep deprived.” But how do you know? What if there was a simple test to tell if you’re sleep-deprived?Well good news, there is. Columbia University’s Neurology department has highlighted one simple question that determines if you’re suffering from sleep deprivation.  The simple test: “Do you feel drowsy at all in your day?” If you’re not getting enough sleep, here’s how to tell and what to do. Enjoy the episode. ~ Todd
