    Courtney Clayton had an INCREDIBLE career at the University of Texas El Paso playing softball. While at UTEP she was the conference player of the year, ALL TIME leader in at bats, multi hit games, sacrifice flies and assists. She also was second all time with 210 consecutive starts, starting every game in her four year career. BUT! The really fun part is to hear the story of how she got there.     Dan Weaver grew up in the small town of Redmond Oregon. As a tall, skinny kid, Dan was always a talented athlete for the “small pond” that he was in. Being named the player of the year for his football team his senior year as an offensive lineman, Dan had a few opportunities to play college football at smaller schools, but he had bigger dreams. Listen to hear the story of how this 235lb kid from Redmond Oregon, defied the odds, set a plan, and worked for it day in and day out until he willed it into reality. From working at a steel mill, saving money and getting bigger to try and get a shot at Oregon, to being a three year starter, and the best offensive lineman at the University. Dan Weaver’s story is an inspiration for the ages.

    2-Steve Pyne - Central Catholic HS

    Steve Pyne is currently serving as the Head Football Coach at Central Catholic High School in Portland Oregon. Over the last 17 years at CC, Coach Pyne and his staff have had multiple league championships and three 6A State Championships, most recently being this last season in the fall of 2019. Listen to hear how they have developed a culture of success and accountability along with building an incredibly impressive network of college coaches and programs due to their recruiting success. In the fall of 2019, the Central Catholic football program had 22 athletes playing college football, 15 at the division 1 level. Follow along as Coach Pyne goes over how he prepares his athletes, their families and the program as a whole for the next level.

    Keenan Howry was an NCAA football player at the University of Oregon and played in the NFL for the Minnesota Vikings. Always tabbed as an "undersized" receiver at 5'9" and 130lbs, Keenan set goals to be the best and never let the doubters alter his path.
