It's Derby Day once again, and so Khai, Ben, Ed and Luke have to chew through the fat in the build-up to a huge East Midlands Derby this Saturday dinner time. After cup loss to Sheffield United, full attention is back on the Sky Bet Championship for us at the Once a Ram Podcast with our eyes turning to a date with Notts Forest.
