    Ivy Insights

The Parenting Q's podcast is an excellent platform for engaging in dialogues and conversations that revolve around raising and mentoring Gen Zers. As both a parent of 20-somethings and a teacher of teens, I find this podcast extremely helpful in understanding the differences between these two groups of young people. One of the major factors that influence these differences is the impact of technology, which Pastor Ryan delves into without excluding those who are not part of the Faith community.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is its ability to provide valuable insights and takeaways for anyone who loves and lives with Gen Z but might struggle to fully understand them. Whether you are a youth leader, teacher, coach, ministry coordinator, college staff member, or even a parent, you can benefit greatly from the discussions on this podcast. It offers practical advice and guidance on how to navigate the unique challenges faced by Gen Zers.

Furthermore, as a 23-year-old myself, I have found this podcast to be extremely helpful and eye-opening. Being at an age where I am considered either a millennial or part of Gen Z (depending on which studies you look at), I often feel like neither category truly encompasses my experiences. However, listening to The Parenting Q's has helped me gain a deeper understanding of Gen Z because they are a significant part of my future. As someone working in the marketing and technology world, it is essential for me to understand more about this generation. The podcast also reminds us that there is much wisdom to be gained from generations younger than ours.

Another aspect that sets this podcast apart is Pastor Ryan's dedication to thorough research. His trustworthy and thoughtful approach gives me confidence in what he shares. The information presented is easy to understand, making it accessible for parents and anyone else who comes into contact with Gen Zers.

In conclusion, I highly recommend The Parenting Q's podcast for parents of Gen Zers and anyone who interacts with this generation on a regular basis. This podcast provides helpful and encouraging tips for navigating the challenges of life, offering valuable insights into the world of Gen Z and fostering meaningful conversations that matter most to their upbringing and development.
