A time is coming when we will be held to account for the decisions we've made in life. John's behind the scenes glimpse at the world shows that our daily choices are far from neutral. Each choice in an act of allegiance. In preparation for this coming harvest, who we follow matters. John's message to us this week? We already how things end up for both sides.

Judgment and the end of the world, that's what Revelation is all about, right? That's what you'd think based on what's said in pop culture. If we look more closely we might be surprised what we find. Join us as we continue our sermon series on Revelation and unpack John's apocalypse.

Revelation is a book that predicts the future, right? Believe it or not, Revelation is actually a letter written to seven churches in the first century Roman providence of Asia Minor. Wisdom, a word seldom used and less understood in our culture, is the word biblical authors use to describe a life lived as a true human. A wise life is a life lived in obedience to God. But is this the type of life that humans should try to live today? And, even if we wanted to live a wise life, where could we begin to learn how? As we conclude our series on Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, we discuss these questions a more.

Life is full of deceptive people. It seems that part of our human nature inclines us to do whatever we can to get the upper hand. We shouldn't be surprised to learn that Jesus warned his followers to watch out for deceivers among their ranks. But how can we tell who to trust, or if we can even trust ourselves? We discuss these questions and more as we continue our sermon series on the Sermon on the Mount.
