    Noel Goddard is a Principal for the Accelerate NY Seed Fund where she evaluates and performs diligence on applicant companies and their technologies. Prior to her role with Accelerate NY, Noel directed the formulation R&D for Symbiotic Health, a NYC startup company focused on oral drug delivery of cellular and biologic therapeutics to the lower GI tract. She also founded a food safety diagnostics company in Calverton, NY, and worked with Sapling Learning, a STEM educational software startup acquired by Macmillan Learning. Noel obtained her Ph.D. from Rockefeller University, postdoc-ed at Harvard Medical School as a fellow in the Society of Fellows, and served as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Hunter College, CUNY, before joining the NY entrepreneurial community.     Christopher Gardner is the founder of iValue LLC as well as the author of the highly acclaimed book The Valuation of Information Technology: A Guide for Strategy Development, Valuation, and Financial Planning (John Wiley & Sons), and Measuring Value in Healthcare. Previously he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he led the Information Technology Strategy Group in the New York office. He was also a vice president at Bain & Company and worked at A.T. Kearney where he was elected principal by the Board of Directors. He began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and has served clients across a wide-range of major industries. Prior to consulting, he worked in the high technology industry, joining the Digital Equipment Corporation after graduation, and working in central engineering as a manager in the semiconductor, office workstation, and VAX computer system development groups. With the support of Digital he co-founded The Software Agency in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a company engaged in the business of representing software authors to software publishers. He was educated at the University of Chicago where he received his MBA in Finance and a BA/BS in Physics a year earlier. He spent his summers working at Fermilab and at the Enrico Fermi Institute and is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science.
