Big changes are happening on Clay Bank Rd to accommodate housing expansion and related traffic. There will also be adaptive traffic signals, sidewalks, and bike lanes for additional flow and safety.This project is developer-led and all plans are reviewed and approved by the City prior to the start of work. During the project, the City conducts inspections at key points to verify the quality of work.Improvements should be done by the end of this year with landscaping to follow next spring.Manuel Campos Parkway is still underway. Signals have been powered and overhead and utility lines are next.
