A podcast going over the ideas of self-improvement. So much to learn, so much to grow, so much that I just don't know.
I go off into a few different tangents but I mainly talk about a quote I saw "I had to make you uncomfortable otherwise you never would have moved." and a book I'm reading called "Mastery" by Robert Greene
Finally something to publish (been having a lot of push back with myself not publishing episodes I've recorded.) May this be something you learn from and enjoy.
All movies technically reflect life as consciousness is the source of all creation but alas. These few are great pointers to the moon in which we tend to look over our finger tips instead.
Just another mouthful of words to share.
Which create the world in which you perceive. Learning to let go of perception frees the mind to see the world anew in many different ways of what's happening beyond thought.
Not worrying about it. Just being with it.
Just a learning process of experience.
Jim carrey handled this metaphor perfectly in Ace Ventura II
Who knows, that's up to you if you haven't witnessed the truth of your being.
Allowing myself to open up more and spread the love I have for this experience.
No thinking of what's here... Just being with what's here.
A dream? The universe expressing itself? Samsara? A matrix? A simulation? Who knows but what I do know is that all this is just is...
Probably repeating myself but I can't help it.... This life experience fascinates me repeatedly.
Changes come whether you like it or not. Learn to find your piece in peace and you will find your peace in change.
On and on we go getting caught up and letting go as the water continues to stream on.
A metaphor of getting clingy/attached to the idea you're going to be eaten by the spider that doesn't exist.
Honor over glory? Or Glory over honor?
Continuing to be present in the midst of what is happening...
Follow your breath and there you will find yourself free.
Random insights while sweeping my floor. Followed by a meditation that I thought I was guiding you through but instead commentated on what I was experiencing from thoughts to sensation to nothing. ( I thought about cutting off the meditation part but considered leaving it for anyone curious to listen anyway)
Just a few thoughts on one of the seven principles of The Kybalion
Just a random connection to life and the 3x3x3 original rubix cube.
What if I told you thoughts are quite similar to the algorithms that bring you the videos you watch on YouTube or the posts you constantly view on social media platforms? Surely nothing new to some, but quite fascinating nonetheless.
And in this creation we become attached to our thoughts. Learn to release the tension by letting go and enjoying the waves of creation.
A few thoughts about bringing jiu-jitsu off the mats. Especially when it comes to success in any shape or form.
Just a friendly reminder and a few nuggets worth sharing.
How I continue to learn, act, and grow with the Garden.
Random tangent about living awareness as Awareness. Don't fall for attachments. Cling to nothing and just be with all that arises in impermanence.
Our guest Al, a Martial Artist and father of two, shares his perspective on martial arts and spirituality. He also shares his transformation story from losing his loved ones to being homeless and having a breakthrough at the age of 18. Later on, he goes into a very in-depth breakdown of his psychedelic experience with "The Toad" which is toad venom aka 5-meo-dmt (the strongest form of DMT out there.) A great conversation overall, and well worth listening to in regards to meditation, martial arts, and spirituality in general. Just a random tangent of thoughts on being a being in this reality whether it's a simulation or not.
Anytime you are suffering. Give this a listen if you want to learn to be with it. https://youtu.be/e7BHGUHBrLE
I know nothing but I felt like sharing a few thoughts on this question.
Sharing some thoughts for you to explore if you haven't done so already. A huge thanks to Sam Harris and his team for putting together such a wonderful app that brings us to the essence of our being. Special shout out to Samaneri Jayasara for her wonderful YouTube Channel which you can discover and explore for yourselves. May you all learn to tend to your garden.
Interpretation of dreams and everything else that is present.
Do you know what you want? What you really want? Imagining living the lifestyle of another being may help you see different perspectives to get a better understanding.
Just being with the truth of your dreams whether they're vivid, lucid, or present. And a few seeds to share as usual.
Ouroboros is an emblematic serpent of ancient Egypt and Greece represented with its tail in its mouth, continually devouring itself and being reborn from itself. But in this episode, I go over my own perception of it and how it ties in with getting lost in thought.
Something bad happened this past weekend. Here are some reflections.
Another random tanget thing but plenty of seeds to experiment with in your garden.
My opinion is so important you will just have to click play to find out.
Not later.. Not tomorrow.. Not yesterday... Just now. Now is never-ending so do it now.
I'm covered this topic multiple times throughout my podcast but something came to mind that I wanted to share. Along with some tangents, of course.
