Managing my fitness routine can be quite complicated as I work on alternating shifts that sometimes have overtime scheduled on days I'm supposed to go for a workout. It's already hard enough to get proper rest time and social life working on shifts, but adding to all that, I have my self-studies, social media updating, podcasting, blogging, and sometimes vlogging schedule to follow as well. So, a workout plan that is fixed is hard to follow. That is why I created 3 different workout plans and I feel that it is the best plan to follow if your life schedule is very unpredictable and not fixed. I discuss about what we should think about first before planning a workout routine, what are the best types of workouts for shaping up our physique, and how to manage our time, progression, and expectations as well. In this episode, I talk about the diet strategies as I break down nutritional guidelines and the exact steps I take to ensure I can easily and constantly lose my belly fat while still gaining some muscles. Of course, there will be roadblocks and there will be times where I slack, but as long as I am still getting good results every 2-3 weeks, it means that my diet plan is working well for me.
