Dr. David B. Jones has been in private practice as a counselor for over 30 years and has been a runner for over 40 years. He is a consulting therapist with Three Oaks Behavioral Health, a partial hospitalization program treating all types of psychological issues in Ridgeland, MS. . In his own life and the lives of his patients, He has been very aware of the healing effects of running. On top of that he hosts a podcast called Running to Mental Health.
