Caring for Souls: Wellness Warrior Mindset, Enjoy Life Challenge & Real Talk about Navigating Crisis

The vast majority of people are living in a way that is not supportive of physical wellness. For all of the dismissers who say, “oh, she's exaggerating…” 75 percent of People are Chronically Dehydrated – the BODY requires constant resupply of water to replace what has been lost with every breath, droplet of sweat and trip to the bathroom. We are 60 percent water. Dehydration is damage to our system at the cellular level. None of our organs required to support life are getting sufficient hydration to function correctly. The dehydration causes inflammation, which means the tissue is swollen beyond what is normal. Stretching things beyond capacity causes chronic erosion of health. Think of a balloon. It either pops because it is over full, pops because of disease or trauma or it loses its air, elasticity and buoyancy – its life. That's how the body is, too. Racheal Cook is the Founder and CEO of The CEO Collective, a membership for women entrepreneurs ready to scale their businesses without the hustle and burnout. She is the author of Amazon best-selling books Fired Up & Focused and our Business Sweet Spot, and hosts the podcast Promote Yourself to CEO. A sought after speaker on entrepreneurship, marketing, and productivity, Racheal's work has been featured on US Chamber of Commerce, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc, Female Entrepreneur Association, and more. When she's not helping women entrepreneurs design predictably profitable businesses, you can find her hiking with her three kids, reading anything she can get her hands on, or working on her next book.TAKEAWAYS:Racheal's superpower is uncomplicating things for her clients. Oftentimes we overcomplicate the methods that we use to get to the goal we've set. Racheal is really good at helping her clients simplify their businesses so they can scale with ease. The secret sauce to Racheal's first 6-figure year was to decide that she was going to work with clients in one way, for one set timeframe, and for a price point that allowed her to get paid in a way that she wanted.Racheal's schedule is dictated by her Model Calendar system. Her week starts with a CEO Date with herself where she evaluates the week ahead and what it entails. Racheal's #1 piece of advice when it comes to hiring team members is hire before you're ready. She always advises this because if you hire someone when you are in the weeds, it makes it a lot harder to actually figure out what to have that team member do, because you're being reactive in your business, instead of proactive.RESOURCES:Check out the blog post that goes along with this episode: http://www.allisonhardy.com/blog1/episode191Check out Racheal on her website: https://www.rachealcook.comListen to the Promote Yourself to CEO Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/uncomplicate-your-business/id1030760726?mt=2Get yourself registered for the Sell Everyday [Even When You're Not Working] Masterclass (it's on-demand!) here: https://allison-hardy.ck.page/e22ece86c1CONNECT WITH ME:Join my absolutely FREE Facebook group, The 6-Figure Mompreneur Community: www.facebook.com/groups/themompreneurcommunityFollow me on Facebook: www.facebook.com/allisonhardy2015Follow me on Instagram (I especially LOVE InstaStories!): www.instagram.com/allison_hardy_Find me on Pinterest: www.pinterest.com/allison_hardy_ARE YOU A FAN OF THE PODCAST?If you loved today's episode I'd love for you to head to your favorite podcast app and leave us a rating and a review! Uncomplicate Your Business | Small Business Strategy for Women Entrepreneurs

Nearly 20,000 entrepreneurs have participated in the Fired Up & Focused challenge over the years. I’ve noticed that one of the biggest struggles for most entrepreneurs isn’t that they don’t have amazing ideas to grow their businesses… it’s that they don’t have the TIME to work on the big picture! I get it. The day to day of running any business is full of things to do. Working with clients. Answering emails. Posting on social media. But all these tasks that fill most of our work days fall under the category of IN your business. What about working ON your business? Do you have time to… Write that book that you’ve been thinking about for years? Create the group or online program that synthesizes everything you’ve learned working with your clients… and finally allow you to scale beyond your 1×1 work? Implement the systems in your business that would automate or allow you to easily outsource everything from attracting new clients to making regular consistent sales of your products, programs, or services? You know that these big picture ideas would be game changers in your business… suddenly you’d open up new revenue streams, reach and serve more people, and finally be working smarter. But how do you get more dedicated time to work ON the big picture? Here are 3 upgrades to help you build more CEO time into your business.
