The vast majority of people are living in a way that is not supportive of physical wellness. For all of the dismissers who say, “oh, she's exaggerating…” 75 percent of People are Chronically Dehydrated – the BODY requires constant resupply of water to replace what has been lost with every breath, droplet of sweat and trip to the bathroom. We are 60 percent water. Dehydration is damage to our system at the cellular level. None of our organs required to support life are getting sufficient hydration to function correctly. The dehydration causes inflammation, which means the tissue is swollen beyond what is normal. Stretching things beyond capacity causes chronic erosion of health. Think of a balloon. It either pops because it is over full, pops because of disease or trauma or it loses its air, elasticity and buoyancy – its life. That's how the body is, too. That's where that saying, “Anything that is Worth Doing, Is Worth Doing Well,” comes into play. I grew up with that but I applied a wrong meaning to it and that resulted in a life of achievement but unhappiness because of my drive for perfectionism. When Really It is about the BIG PICTURE OF LIVING and Caring for Souls – not anything else because some things we are good at and spark our interests and then we are naturally drawn to learn and grow. Other things don't interest us. Our Soul knows. Take the Information and Move On, No Big Deal. Instead, EGO (thoughts) judges, blames, criticizes, and diminishes self-worth with verbally and emotionally abuse; both self-inflicted and aimed at other Souls. What IF, Instead We Said, “Oh, okay and happily moved on” instead of emotionally abusing and betraying our own souls or the souls of others when something went less than ideal. Some days, I just have to put my hands on MY HEART, HOLD MYSELF and SOB. You DON'T EVER GET OVER GRIEF - You GET THROUGH. It's hardest in the first 6 months; It's a bad dream and you can't wake up. If We LOVE OURSELVES THROUGH it WILL BE OKAY and Will Stop Hurting as Intensely and as Often. The INTENSITY of that kind of HURT when you can't breathe and can't for the life of you figure out how to go on... The Pain Eases Up when I TAKE CARE WITH MY SOUL AND I AM LOVING TO MYSELF MORE INTENSELY than the PAIN. While, I didn't really know it at the time - my friend Jen and I were laying the groundwork for the roadmap for Caring for Souls. We were each asking one another and trusting one another with the care of our souls. It is the HIGHEST HONOR We Can Receive to Be Invited In To Someone's Soul and to Be Trusted to take Great Care. Let go of the ideas that we are meant to carry heavy things alone and meant to deny pain – deny we are stressed, deny we are struggling and deny when we are suffering. That is all based on a misguided mindset – inherited from well-meaning people who didn't know and understand themselves very well. People who denied, stuffed and avoided dealing with painful feelings. This is the Number 1 way we torture ourselves instead of setting ourselves up for success. We are not meant for a life-sentence carrying the weight of everything that caused us pain. But, we make a habit out of it because we are not prepared for emotional wellness. Creating a Motivation Mindset When I say Monday, all kinds of NEGATIVE THOUGHTS come to mind. "Ugh, it's Monday" or "I'm having a Monday" or "It's my Monday." Chances are HIGH that you have probably SAID, HEARD OR THOUGHT that TODAY. With a simple practice we are going to start flipping the switch on that self-sabotaging thinking. Otherwise, in carrying those negativity about Mondays we are giving away 1/7 of our lives. If we live to 70 - we will have LOST 10 YEARS to Dread and Negativity! Our SOUL'S job is to be our own protector. We have to HONOR AND CARE FOR OUR OWN SOUL. We have to LISTEN, HEAR and SPEAK our SOUL's TRUTH to MAKE our VOICE be HEARD and VALUED. Everyone values wellness but few are able to achieve it. I have a clear mission the cultivate a culture of wellness through a Wellness Warriors mindset of prioritizing physical health and emotional wellness for longevity and quality of life. This is done with the values of Improving the Quality of Life and Quality of Death. The help people have a better experience of life as it pertains to the consumption, navigation and advocacy in healthcare. To help people become knowledgeable advocates who is organized and better prepared with an action plan anytime someone they love is in the hospital, has an easy to use system of being organized for visits with healthcare providers and knows the ins-and-outs of getting things done with efficiency. There are 12 principles of the Wellness Warriors Mindset that will be discussed within an easy 3-step approach all done with the 4 cornerstones of the Wellness Warrior Mindset - to create efficiency, ease, enjoyment and to progress in our skills, knowledge and perspectives to create wellness in our bodies, minds and souls. Be Safe. Be Well. Create Wellness. Enjoy Life! Making sure we do our mind, body and souls a solid by caring for them properly so that we may reach our full potential and enjoy life fully with the least amount of struggle is the ultimate goal! We just have to learn our SOUL - it is the essence of WHO WE ARE - it is the feeling response to what is happening around us; how we FEEL about what is happening around us. Then for a whole bunch of reasons we stop caring properly for our souls. Children do it beautifully and then we try to make then stuff and deny their own feelings. Our soul then deems itself UNWORTHY because we have betrayed it so many times by not acknowledging the existence and validity of our feelings. We did that to ourselves. Each and every one of us carries a heavy bag of unworthiness that creates a whole bunch of "evidence" that we encounter and we sentence our soul to a life sentence of unworthiness. We have become a culture of DENIERS of our FEELINGS and BETRAYED and ABANDONED our SOULS! Caring and healing our souls by loving and nurturing ways we can possibly imagine doing - not questioning at all - just loving and healing our inner child. Everyone already knows how to do it because it is the ways we RESENTED those closest to us for NOT LOVING US the RIGHT WAY! I have been prepared in this life because I am the sum of my experiences - all of them - every day - it was all teaching me. I am listening to the KNOWING of my SOUL. I was prepared SOULY for the PURPOSE of creating a new wellness culture because I have been given this understanding and the ability to communicate it to EVERY SOUL. I am teaching the LANGUAGE of the SOUL! I am going to change the mindset to Caring for Souls because each of us was SOULY CREATED for the PURPOSE to ENJOY LIFE! SOULY CREATED 2 ENJOY LIFE!
