Davis and Sheeley talk with two men who are dedicated to the ministry of discipleship. Caleb Farmer was a room leader, floor leader, and dorm supervisor in Leland Dorm. Tim Johns is well-known for his heart for the guy's side of campus as he has been with the Student Life Office for almost 20 years. Both men discuss the responsibility and honor it is to work with college-age students from a place of vulnerability and growth.

It's not often you get to have a meaningful catch up with your old headteacher. I did and I was really moved by his story. I went to Hawthorns school in my very early childhood and was lucky enough to have this wonderful man, Tim Johns as my Headteacher. My time there was mixed, I had incredbly bad homesickness but this didn't stop me from having some profound moments when I was there. Tim spent decades there from when he was a pupil to the day he became the head. It's a story about a man that fell in love with teaching, improving and inspiring lives. I'm sure you'll open your heart and go on this journey with me!

What place do traditional broadcasters have in this ever-evolving online world? Is there really one law for broadcasters like the BBC and another for nameless individuals? Gathered around the table to discuss social media, broadcasting and the law are Anna Doble, online editor from BBC Newsbeat, Mark Frankel, assistant editor from BBC Social News, and producer Tim Johns from BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine Show.

The Biggest Problem in the Universe

If you haven't listened to these episodes past the outro, you're missing out--bro. we've been adding extra voicemail to the end of each episode. This time a fan, Tim Johns, sent in a "spicy erotic audio book" clip called "Changing the Sheets." It's an erotic adventure starring yours truly, Dick and a special Boisterous cameo. Also, prepare to be bummed out with a real problem. You idiots got what you asked for. Dick has a great problem for wrong reasons (full disclosure: opinion just expressed is not necessarily that of Dick's), and I make a strong case for why automatic hand dryers are a bigger problem than diabetes. That is, unless you don't think going deaf and breathing gallons of bacteria into your lungs is a problem. The post Episode 38 appeared first on The Biggest Problem in the Universe.

Broadcaster Helen Zaltzman and BBC radio producer Tim Johns join Paul Blanchard to discuss the latest media stories. On this podcast: was there a press bias against Scottish independence, and did it affect the outcome? Will podcasts ever go mainstream? Are shows like LBC's 'Call Clegg' and 'Ask Boris' the new way of connecting people with Westminster, and which politician will be next to get their own show?
