After many hours on the phone with doctor's offices, with insurance reps, with pension program insurance liaisons, and with patient advocates, can he actually get his T to refill on a regular basis again before his cautiously hoarded stash runs out? George got repairs done for his lower surgery, then did hyperbaric treatments to help the repairs stick. Transmasculine lower surgeries typically have more complications than most folks like to talk about, but we're talking anyway, because complications and all, it will have been worth it in the end. George went back to his surgeon to discuss the complications with his metoidioplasty, and while he was there he got to have a bit of fun with his Cousin Vinnie.
