Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY faced a form of not feeling welcomed, or feeling like they don't belong at a certain point in their lives. Some of us learn from this and deviate away from that type of mindset and really make something out of it, while many of us struggle to find the capability of adapting this mindset into our lives. I speak on both of these types' behalf, because I experienced it myself! There are endless contributions to adapting Social Anxiety, some of which I have stated in the podcast are: 1. Societal Expectations 2. Lack of Interaction Knowledge 3. Unpleasant Social Experience Tune in to find out more! I really hope you all enjoy this episode and do let me know what kind of topic ideas you may have my dears! IG: anothersweetday.podcast Email: anothersweetday.podcast@gmail.com

Good Day Dearies, I was really inspired to create this episode, as it is long overdue. Subconscious limiting beliefs is a topic I've been talking about for almost a year and finally, I showcase all that information within this episode in order for everybody to start understanding their potential obstacles to achievements. This episode is broken down into 4 parts; 1. Understanding the difference between your conscious and subconscious mind 2. Channeling your subconscious mind for potential limiting beliefs 3. Writing and Rewriting your limiting beliefs to fulfill a new belief system 4. Living with your new belief system What I hope individuals get out of this episode is of course to get rid of barriers in their minds which they may not be aware of. Rewriting them and having a new belief system is something that has definitely changed my life and motivated me, and so, I'm hoping everybody listens and grasps that concept. @iamabdullamurad is the Life Coach from Kuwait that I mentioned in this episode! Regardless of what kind of a relationship you went through, friend, romance, colleague, or even a family member. A significant part of your life is not there anymore. It doesn't matter who initiated the end of the relationship, or the reasons behind it, or even how long it's been! It is tough going through something like that. Therefore it is important to take the right steps of properly moving on from a relationship without feeling hurt. Key phrases; 1) move on with love, not resentment 2) wish everybody well. Has a loved one, romantic partner, or colleague been acting very negatively lately? and from their actions, you know it is not the kind that is temporary. Toxic people carry many factors. Are narcissism, pessimism, manipulation, entitlement, and disregard for other people's emotions some of the factors you are noticing? Worry not, we all unfortunately have to deal with individuals accompanying traits. However, you have to understand that it has got nothing to do with you and is a large contributor to their life and decisions. Moreover, together with a positive heart and willingness can in fact deal with these people that need our help and if it gets way too far... Listen to find out! I am comparing toxic people with the analogy of getting a cavity on your tooth and delaying getting treatment for it, just so my listeners can make meaning out of not coping with what is happening to them. There's art in acceptance and letting go of things that no longer serve you. Regardless of whether it is people, situations, past memories, decisions made FOR you, etc. You are a powerful being in letting those thoughts go by controlling how you feel about them. Realizing how good some of the things in your life that you're super proud of is a good technique in starting. Using that as proud list for whether or not the thing you need to let go of is worthy for you to neglect those things you're proud of. If that thing you need let go of is not worthy (which it shouldn't) then you begin your adventure of acceptance. This is not a scientific based technique rather than a realization trick, the art of letting go is not a limited topic to discuss and is available in various platforms to which I highly advise you to research about and implement in your life. I do however believe that this podcast is a great introduction to this journey of acceptance so that you can go about and find what works for you to channel that inner happiness you have. Forgiveness is one of the most difficult arts to perfect. But once you have grasped the basics of it, you could not help but feel this urge of independence and optimism! It takes a lot to find it deep in your soul to let go of the hatred and resentment of others, especially if they've wronged you in such a harsh manner that leaves you a feeling of uncertainty, betrayal and exasperation! In today's podcast, I will be sharing some misunderstandings when it comes to forgiveness, how it is actually effective for you in the long term, and potential practice to keep away from holding grudges. I share two main tips that have really helped me think carefully about forgiveness in a selfless manner, by understanding that a problem to a person comes from a deeper level than we think, as well as the choice to put yourself in a position of hurt! To illustrate, everybody's hurt somebody in the past. I'm guaranteed you've involved yourself in a hurtful act in somebody's life and to this they do not know about it, you could potentially be feeling sorry for what happened. What if one day they actually find out what you have done, would you not want them to eventually let that feeling go so that they would forgive you? Or would you rather them find out and have this unpleasant feeling of them knowing what you have actually done. Keep me updated with what you'd like to hear in my social media! After reading The Secret, The Power, The Magic, and Hero! My knowledge on attracting things into my life became clearer and clearer. The Secret to manifesting desires into your life is to follow three steps: ask, believe, and receive. Think of your feelings as vibrational levels, love and gratitude are the highest frequencies on those levels you could possibly be at, and when you're at those high frequencies, the faster it is to obtain your desire. Asking: You think carefully about your desires; literally anything you want! (Money, Relationship, Job, Ask the universe with feelings full of gratitude and hope. Trust that the universe will lead you to your desire sometime in the future which may occur in different outcomes than expected. Believe: Reenact and prepare yourself for when the desire comes. Act as if you are living with your desire, how would you act, walk, talk, and treat your life if you have your desire, the more realistic you make it, the better chance of it working out sooner! Connecting with your emotions is the key here. Receive: Be grateful you have your desire, even if you don't have it yet. Being thankful for events and loving your desire in advance puts you on a high vibrational level which is a key factor in manifesting things into your life. Just a tip; have high hopes, but practice this with smaller things, such as a random bill you will receive, a free cup of tea, etc. You will lose patience if you manifest big things at first and not receive the action quickly, smaller things will help you understand the power behind it. And that is all I have to say! Other than that, thank you so much for tuning it, have a wonderful morning, afternoon, and night everybody and see ya next week! Thank you as always ♡
Nobody deserves to feel demoralized about happiness, and you'll know the secret to it. Curiosity is no longer your concern, whereas how you should be applying it into your life. The secret to happiness begins by building a foundation of optimism and confidence! I understand that individuals may be ambivalent about this. However I'm providing stories and ideas to each step in order to send out the message as clear as possible. Just a disclaimer, this episode is not the ONLY thing you will need to experience an abundant and fulfilling lifestyle, but rather an introduction to start up a journey of positivity and confidence in order to obtain the little trinkets to reach the big picture and abandoning those feelings which are acting as a barrier from you reaching the best edition of yourself!
