Long time no see friend! As it's now nearing the end of the year, I had to reflect on all that's happened since the last call. I've changed, grown, and faced challenges that I'd like to share with you. Maybe you'll learn something, but most importantly, I want you to know that it's okay to make mistakes. No path is linear, and it's hard to remember sometimes when it feels like the world is over. I know how you feel, so call me! P.S. I'm still learning how to edit on Audacity again. Some platform changes but I will learn them.
Recently, i've come to a realization that most of my life has comprised of acting a certain way or being a certain somebody in some situation. So when I had free time to do whatever I wanted, I didn't know what to do. Being lost and confused, yet unmotivated to do anything. If you relate, or just want to hear some stories tune in!

I was reflecting upon all my adventures recently and all that had to do with being somebody that I was not. Yup, you heard it right most of the time. I act as a person who I'm not because I want to step outside my comfort zone and try something different. Because my rule is that if I do something different every single day, then I'll change in ways that i've never imagined. Hopefully, this call will inspire you to do something that you normally don't, and maybe you'll learn something new!
The past few weeks have felt weird. I've been quite literally doing nothing because I was sick and it really gave me time to reflect on what I was so focused on. but with that I had so many things that I still wanted to do and things that I committed myself to doing but I realized that none of it was as important as getting healthy again. I'm sure that many of the people around me struggle with overwhelmed when it comes to exams, career, relationships, and more. Hopefully the story will help
I recently began enjoying life more, because I slowed down on things that weren't as important in my life. the truth is many things won't matter in the long run, and so we have to choose our battles and remember what it is all for. Time and time again, I forgotten why I even started, but I remember now, my purpose. Today, I'll tell you the difference between giving up and changing your goals.
After walking in the city that never sleeps (it actually sleeps at 10 PM) I was opening my eyes to the fact that I lost my why. I forgot the reason why I even started this whole adventure. For many people around the world I've seen them lose their spark, whether it be in the corporate world or doing the things that they don't want to do but have to. Things that don't invigorate their soul and means something to them. I've been working hard to achieve things but I've not been working hard to make myself happy. It's all in the name of something bigger but what's actually big are the day-to-day things that make us a real person, not the things that we can put on a piece of paper to demonstrate our achievements.

Missing someone or something, means a lot. So many complex emotions and thoughts, jumbling up, but there is a way to help ourselves through it.
Reflecting and remembering is what helps our lives get put into perspective. Trauma, lessons, life. It's all a part of us.
regardless of how you feel today, how you felt yesterday, and how you may feel tomorrow, make sure that the actions that you take align with the person you want to be. but the question is how do I find out who I want to be? and that takes a little bit of courage to explore and a little bit of direction to go towards.
I want to give some advice regarding relationships because I've been in quite a couple, and I've learned a lot of things from them. recently, after talking to a couple people, I've been inspired to clear the air regarding what makes a successful relationship. people often get a lot of things confused and here's a quick rundown of what may make your experience in love a lot better.
Modern life is filled with destruction and it's very hard to escape from. One of the things that we can do is choose the right things to do. whether that is to eat better or drink water, the truth is obvious and clear. We simply choose not to do it. social media, relationships, and vices, these are all things that many people suffer from. often times I find myself trapped in addictions, when there is not the right support and content around me.
