Juan and Bo provide a laser focused approach to getting started in this industry, and their insights and advice are invaluable.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wealth of knowledge that is shared in each episode. Juan breaks down the process of getting into the luxury real estate business in a way that is easy to understand and implement. He shares insider tips, strategies, and tactics that can help any new agent get their foot in the door and start making money in no time. The episodes are packed with information, and I found myself taking notes throughout.

    Another great aspect of this podcast is the conversational tone that Juan uses. It feels like you're having a conversation with a friend who happens to be an expert in luxury real estate. This makes the podcast enjoyable to listen to, as it doesn't feel like you're being lectured or talked at.
