The church is a body of believers covenanted to each other under a biblical confession for the sake of the gospel and their unity, growth, safety, and joy.
Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come, Let this blest assurance control,That Christ hath regarded my helpless estate, And hath shed His own blood for my soul.
Though we are prone to forget our Maker he has taken the curse from us and we will never be burned.
While we struggle against idolatry in our heart, we must always remember that God is faithful and has conquered all of our enemies.
The eternal Son of God became man to give man eternity with God.
Jesus, our Mediator, assumed flesh to heal us and destroy Satan, sin, slavery, and death.
Jesus is the worthy King who conquered. Rejoice, O church! Your King is come
Jesus, the servant from Isaiah, is the prophet, told to us by Moses, who proclaims good news and sets captives free!
The ascended Christ is the King of Glory and will bring us into His presence!
The Son became man to bring man to God as sons through his threefold office. Rest in our sufficient mediator!
The good Sheperd-King leads his Bride out of darkness into assured glory
We long for the King's love. Let us run after him!

Rest in the Father's gift of love, Christ himself, by faith alone
Although we sin against God, we look not to our own righteousness but cling to the righteousness of Christ because He perfectly kept the covenant as Adam and Israel did not!
Gather joyfully at the house of the King who gathers us in peace
The God who patiently sits in his place waiting for us to repent, will freely forgive when we come to him !
The God who patiently sits in his place, is the God who allows us to wander so that in our distress we may earnestly seek him.
Though men fail as fathers and priests in their home and the church, God is our faithful Father and Shepherd, and Jesus is our perfect High Priest!
God's people must seek to know their faithful God who is steadfast in his love for them.

God is faithful. So persist in prayer & obedience in his love.
Assured in our communion with God, grace works in us
God saves to the uttermost by his eternal, Sovereign grace. Stand firm, then in the gospel
The very existence of the church proclaims the gospel to the world and to our enemies of their certain and ultimate death.
Don't be deceived! The man of sin will come but look to your conquering King who will come to gather his people
Though this life is full of tribulation we take heart together by looking to Christ the Overcomer
God accomplishes his mission through his temple - the dwelling place of God.
Jesus will return to display his Glory in judgement and salvation. This is the hope of his people and the terror of the wicked
Seek the Glory of God in light of his coming, his calling, his power, and his grace
God vindicates his glory by judgment and salvation at the revelation of Christ.
God grows his church in faith hope & love, particularly through suffering. Thanks be to God!
The word of God given to the people of God is the very grace & peace of God
God is the faithful and loving Husband who pursues his people and will make and keep covenant with them!
