The Bible clearly describes God love for us. If you want to focus on one aspect of God's character today, remember this great truth: You are deeply loved by God. Our Heavenly Father doesn't just express love. The Bible says He is love.Main Points:1. The love we have received from God is undeserved. It is unmerited. We are unworthy of such great love, yet it doesn't stop God from loving us.2. There are a lot of people who will love you if you show them love. But in the case of God, He is the initiator. He does not respond to our love for Him. He loved us before we ever cared about Him and before we ever knew Him.3. One of the proofs of God's love is that it is sacrificial. The scripture says God sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.”Today's Scripture Verses:1 John 4:7-8 – “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”1 John 4:9-10 – “This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.”1 Corinthians 13:4-6 - “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”Quick Links:Donate to support this podcastLeave a review on Apple PodcastsGet a copy of The 5 Minute Discipleship JournalConnect on SocialJoin The 5 Minute Discipleship Facebook Group

Growing In God Podcast Web Description: Is there something for which God has forgiven you, others have forgiven you, and yet you cannot forgive yourself? You cannot assume that it would have no impact on your expression of love to others. We love because God first loved us, and the power of God's love is forgiveness. So we must not limit it from doing its work in us first. Let us turn loose that power by fully accepting God's love and forgiveness for ourselves. Show Notes: There is no answer for this world apart from God's love. There is a power in His love that if turned loose would bring the solutions that we need. All the wars that are happening are a product of hate. The missiles being launched against Israel are from those who hate Israel and hate the Jews. And yet this is in a land that is about the love of God in the children of Abraham. Therefore, instead of hatred they should be expressing brotherly love because no one can love God and hate his brother. We love because God first loved us. This means that the love He gives us at some point must become a love that is expressed from us. We know that the power of God's love toward us is unlimited. Why then is the expression of that love from us toward others so often limited and lacking power? To answer that question, we need to look within ourselves. We know we are to love our neighbor as ourselves. Therefore, if we do not love ourselves, we restrict the flow of love to our neighbor. The power of God's love is forgiveness. We may believe and accept that nothing can separate us from God's love. But if we are unable to forgive ourselves, we can effectively block the power of that love from working in our lives and consequently in the lives of others. God has made an everlasting covenant with us according to His faithful mercies to David. It is a covenant of forgiveness. We in turn must let the power of His forgiveness work in us and through us. Key Verses: • Romans 8:37–39. “I am convinced that neither death, nor life … will be able to separate us from the love of God.” • Romans 5:8. “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” • Romans 8:28–35. “Who will bring a charge against God's elect? … Who will separate us from the love of Christ?” • 1 John 4:16–21. “We love, because He first loved us.” • Matthew 22:35–40. “YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.” • Galatians 5:14. “The whole Law is … ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.'” • 1 John 4:7–11. “If God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.” • Psalm 130:3–4. “There is forgiveness with You.” • Isaiah 55:3. “I will make an everlasting covenant with you, according to the faithful mercies [hesed] shown to David.” • Psalm 136. “His lovingkindness [hesed] is everlasting.” • Acts 13:34–35. “I WILL GIVE YOU THE HOLY and SURE blessings OF DAVID.” Quotes: • “It's one thing to know that God has forgiven me. It's another thing for me to be free and delivered by His forgiveness in that I'm able to forgive myself.” • “Once we have this love of God in us, it should manifest as a love of our brother, of our neighbor. And yet, why can't that happen? It can't happen if I can't love myself, if I can't forgive myself, because you love your neighbor as yourself. And that is where this whole thing gets stuck.” • “When we're able to love our neighbor as ourself, the whole world changes. Everything changes. The hate stops. The lies stop. The war stops. The put-down stops. The shame stops. Everything that we do in a negativity of relating to the person and the people outside of us ends with that love.” Takeaways: 1. The power of God's love always ministers forgiveness. In other words, forgiveness is the outworking of God's love. Wherever you find His love, you find forgiveness. What can stop this power? Only we can stop it when we do not forgive ourselves. 2. We love because He first loved us. And if we love ourselves, we should love our neighbor. God's love to us and in us must be expressed from us because we cannot love God and hate our brother. We are the only ones who can limit that expression. 3. God promised an everlasting covenant according to the faithful, steadfast, and eternal mercies (hesed) of David. This is a covenant of forgiveness as shown to David and given to us in Christ. This power of God's love needs to work through us to bring a freedom from the hate, division, and all that is not forgiving.

John 4:51-54 As he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was living. So, he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, “Yesterday, at the seventh hour, the fever left him.” So, the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives”; and he himself believed, and his whole household. This is, again, a second sign that Jesus performed when He had come out of Judea into Galilee. On the way home, some of the royal official's slaves met him, to give the good news that his son had survived the illness and was out of the woods, so to speak. Of course, the official was curious about the timing of the turn around. When they told him that it was at 1 p.m., the same time Jesus had said, “Your son lives,” it's not hard to imagine the impact. We don't know what happened on the rest of the journey home, but once he got home and shared what happened, not only did the official believe in Jesus, but so did the whole household—family and slaves. The encouragement these verses have for us today is that when we love one person in Jesus' name, we are probably introducing an entire network to Him. As we love and share Christ with a serviceman who comes to repair an AC unit, the ripple effect may extend to family, friends, and work associates. For example, as I spoke briefly to our waitress at a restaurant and asked how I could pray for her, she immediately told me about her mom who had just been diagnosed with cancer. She also told us she was going to be moving to go to a university in the state. As I'm thinking about her, I realize Jesus could put hundreds of people in her path in the next year, and if God causes the seeds planted to bear fruit, there's no telling what the impact of a few minutes of loving with Jesus can have. Think for a moment about your own network and Jesus' influence in their lives through you. Jesus loves everyone in your life that you love when you live with Him. We ask for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in our lives, so the kingdom can advance in this world. That's how our Father works. He touches one life with a view toward glorifying His name in many others. So let's be encouraged by the ripple effect of the love of God. I invite you to become a partner in our ministry. Would you pray about becoming a regular supporter of Elijah Ministries and the Live to Love with Jesus ministry? I hope you will receive the joy and benefit of “giving it forward,” so others may receive encouragement to turn their hearts to God and to live to love with Jesus. What The Law Says About Us?
God's After Your Heart The Father's heart desires all to come to salvation. He draws us by His Spirit. He is drawing your loved ones as we stand in the gap to pray. God loves people and draws them with chords of love and kindness to remove the burdens, yoke. Hosea 11:4" I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love, to them I was like one who lifts a little child to the cheek, and I bent down to feed them." Ezekiel 36:27 "And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall heed My ordinances and do them." Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, one of the world's greatest empires, became like an animal. His pride caused him to lose his mind and suffer the judgment from God for seven years. But in Daniel 4:34-37 we read of him humbling himself, repenting, and giving glory to God. Just like the prodigal son in the pig pen, his understanding returned to him. Luke 15:17 Daniel 4: 34 "I lifted my eyes to heaven and my understanding returned to me." When Moses was 40 years old “it came into his heart “to visit his brethren." Acts 7:23 At the appointed time it will come into their hearts for true restoration to come about. The prayer of a righteous man avails much! Date of service June 5th, 2025

We need the fear of God in our relationships. In this message, Bill Johnson challenges us to live with a holy awareness that every interaction is an opportunity to reveal the heart of God. The way we love—especially when it costs us—becomes a display of His nature to the world. What would change if we truly honored people the way Heaven sees them? When we walk in the fear of the Lord, love takes on its fullest expression. Let God upgrade your vision for what's possible when reverence meets relational connection.
Have you allowed the love of God to bring enmity against the works of the devil (i.e. sin) in your life? Will you take responsibility for your own behavior?
In Week 1 of our new series The Unloved, we begin our journey through Jonah with a powerful truth: God's love relentlessly pursues those we often overlook—those who are wicked, indifferent, or self-righteous. Through Jonah's resistance and God's call to Nineveh, we're confronted with the uncomfortable and beautiful reality that no one is beyond the reach of God's mercy. Pastor Matt invites us to see ourselves in this story and to respond to the God who pursues even the hardest hearts with transforming grace. For more information about Integrity Church, visit our website, http://liveintegritychurch.org Connect with us on social media throughout the week to stay up to date on events and things happening at Integrity!
