Satsang: June 25, 2017 Read the biographies of the saints, irrelevant of religion, for a roadmap of whats possible in your future. Their lives may not be easy but their dedication to God is resolute. This is an excerpt from a talk given by Haricharan Das, disciple of Sant Keshavadas. Haricharan's principle focus is the Yogic Path of the Saints as expressed through yoga science and philosophy, a vast subject which aims to bring wholeness and divine intimacy to the human experience. Excerpt: Do as much mantra as possible; you're changing the literal alchemy of your psyche and you're creating a pathway to the soul. As you're chanting any of the great mantras, what's happening is you're slowly purifying your ego; which means you're slowly removing limitations; which means you're slowly removing suffering. Mantra is a door of liberation; just like meditation is a door of liberation, prayer is a door of liberation but not all the time do you have the facility for meditation, but you can always chant mantra, even if you're lying in a bed and sick. Mantra is a great dispensation to get us out of our limited and grand suffering. In the beginning you won't understand but as you continue your life of prayer and mantra, the benefits will start to kick in and you'll see an easing of your life. Various trials will occur in your life. The question is, do you use the tools of man or do you use the tools of sanctity. Every discomfort, every physical psychological challenge is a test.
Satsang: We have to ask is God, truth, or divinity a priority in our lives. Then find a way to make God, divinity, or dharma real in your life. Find creative ways of doing kind things and remember God when doing those kinds things.

Satsang January 15, 2017 Ask yourself, when have I felt the most free? When in my life have I experience outright the most unalloyed joy? In that joy was a freedom. This science of meditation allows you to come to a point where you're cutting all the boundaries and bindings. Then you get to live an unbelievable novel, creative, truly self-determined life.
Satsang May 21, 2017: Look at the friends you associate with the most and ask yourself where are they are going? Because that's where you are going. Good company are true friends. If you think of the people who have had the most significant positive effect in your life, it always comes down to just a few people. You don't need ten thousand friends, you need a pocketful of gems. Quality is better than quantity. Look carefully at the quality of someone's heart, is the root characteristic of this person - kindness?
Satsang April 17, 2016: Remember what's important; dedication to a purposeful life; a life of service; God as a constant in life. Remember God's name. Repeat God's name in all circumstances so that you have a constant. You remember what's important in life. You'll have an even keel in life; then so much of the ups and downs of life you'll realize is not so important.
Satsang December 18, 2016 Yoga starts with seeking out the truth. Live a true authentic life. Live with meaning.
Satsang July 17, 2016 Compassion and action to help alleviate the suffering found in daily life is one of the requirements to make significant progress in meditation as this helps to bring about what we all seek; wholeness.
September 18, 2016 satsang The disciple has that burning desire to know if there is a God.
April 16, 2017 Easter Sunday Satsang The yogic dharma life is the highest life in human endeavors. There are a few practices that are absolutely essential in order to make progress on this path: meditation, prayer, mantra, and scriptural study/contemplation. Peace Prayer of Saint Francis to study/contemplate: Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.
Nature is one of the gurus that you have in life. Find three elements of nature that you find the most meaningful, beautiful, and inspiring. These elements are literally and symbolically personal doors for you to your solar awareness (to getting you back to your deeper awareness). All of nature is a mirror and everyone has particular mirrors in nature that they can see elements of their original face. Find elements of nature that are profoundly meaningful to you. Those become portals to your soul. This can bring tremendous psychological stability to you.
