ESOM ENVOYS WEEK 9 FOCUS PART 2
"The successful warrior is the average man with laser focus." - Bruce LeeOn today's episode of The Culture Matters Podcast, our very own Jay Doran is back to continue his discussion on focus which is one of the core values driving Culture Matters' mission. In yesterday's episode, Jay looked into focus as a concept and why it should be at the top of mind of anyone in the business space, regardless of what that business is. Today, Jay is diving a little deeper and looking at what the results of good focus can be. Where have we seen focus create success through history? Who has thrived from being as focused as one can possibly be on the task at hand? Where can focus get you? We're taking a look at all of that and a whole lot more on this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.

God doesn't usually answer your prayer on the first time! When He knocked down the walls of Jericho, He made the Israelites march around the city's walls for seven days! Pastor Jeff encourages you with today's message that praying for something over and over again isn't a sign of weakness; it's a sign of great faith! It means that even though God hasn't answered you just yet, you still believe that He has the power to grant your request! He is just waiting for the right time to say “yes”.
Something that many home cooks tend to overlook in their kitchens is having a working fire extinguisher. It's much better to have one and never need it than to need one and not have it! That fire extinguisher can put out a dangerous fire before it spreads and destroys your entire home. Pastor Jeff reminds you today that when you begin to doubt your way in life, all you need to do is think back to the power of the blood of Jesus in your life! God has brought you this far, and He won't let you down now.
