Aireon Tavarres (@the_hyphy_kid) is an MMA fighter who has had to put his fighting career on pause due to our current shelter-in-place orders. With his newfound time and the world's fight for racial equality, Aireon is doing something amazing to help spread the importance of the Black Lives Matter movement. After the section of 16th street in front of the White House in Washington, D.C. was officially named “Black Lives Matter Plaza,” big bold yellow letters spelling out "Black Lives Matter" started appearing on streets around the country. Aireon was the one who organized the Oakland, Black Lives Matter street mural. On the pod, Joe and Aireon discuss how he was able to rally the city of Oakland together to create a piece of history, how his time as a fighter has helped him during these challenging times and the legacy he hopes to leave with this chapter of his life.

Eric “Dat Boy Media” Jordan is the host of “Du Rags and Conversations Podcast.” He joins the Happy Apple to discuss his thoughts and feelings about the killing of George Floyd, the protests, and what needs to happen in order for change to be made. Elias Campbell is the owner of Waves and Fades Barbershop in Santa Cruz, California. Joe and Elias have known each other since Elias was 8 (now 23). Mark Campbell (father of Elias) is an award-winning Landscape designer and garden designer for 30 years, featured on HGTV numerous times. Oakland Raider's, Defensive End, Shilique Calhoun sits down with Joe and Gina for a Happy Apple conversation. This amazing power couple/entrepreneurs are dedicated to producing high quality and fashionable collars and leashes while giving back to rescued dogs in need. Joe meets with rapper Josh Gray (@joshgrayway). They discuss his upbringing in New Orleans during hurricane Katrina as well as his journey through LA that ultimately brought him to the Bay. They discuss the love he keeps for New Orleans while reminiscing about childhood passions like playing the flute and painting in the French Quarter. They touch on the current state of hip hop and discuss Josh's upcoming project "Diluted."

Nicole Moreno-Deinzer is currently is the Founder and CEO of Epifania Magazine. With the creation of the magazine, she had to learn the hard way, what works, and what doesn't work when it came to digital marketing and content creation. She received her BA in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and her MBA from Mills College. In a previous life, she worked ion the nonprofit sector and sat on two boards. She discusses the magazine, the importance of being a Latino leader, the benefit of giving back to your community and how sexy her husband is with Gina and Joe.
