On this episode I share my personal struggles with emotions. Growing up never being able to express myself openly and vulnerably, as an adult I struggle to communicate with others at times. This happens mainly when I'm upset or if I've had an argument with someone. I go into myself and become very quiet. I struggle to speak and it really affects me and others around me too. Thankfully it doesn't happen often and I am always working on improving it. I wanted to share my recent experiences and shed light on a topic many struggle with communicating. I'd love to hear from you so please leave your comments and feedback. Please rate this podcast and share with your friends so we can help as many people as possible.
