This is a very personal episode where I talk entirely about my own fitness right now.
Are you always looking for a new plan or diet? Are you always starting again or trying to find a place where you are happy and in a routine? These are the three things I believe you need to come to terms with to see success and be happy with your own training and diet (and which all fit together in a circle). This was recorded just before lockdown and I held off publishing as we all had other things on our mind but as gym hopefully look to reopen soon and we start to return back to looking at our goals I think this is a good time to publish this.
It’s not enough to have a goal - it needs to be the right goal.
