Hope Fellowship Church Messages out of Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper, TX. Our pastor, John McKinzie, wants to help people find Jesus and move closer to the center of God's purpose for their lives!

In the final message of our Built to Last series, guest speaker Scott Wilson invites us to think beyond our lifetime and consider the legacy we are building. Through the promise in the Book of Malachi and the story of Elijah and Elisha, we were reminded that God's heart is for generations to be connected and strengthened. The challenge was simple but powerful: let's not let what God has given us stop with us. Instead, let's intentionally pour into the next generation so the church grows stronger long after we're gone.

In week two of our series "Built to Last," we looked at what it means to live out godly manhood. As David prepared Solomon to lead, he showed that real strength is not dominance but obedience to God. Both David and Solomon failed, which reminds us that our hope is not in trying harder, but in Jesus - the better King who obeyed perfectly and loved sacrificially. Because we are rooted in Him, we can be watchful, stand firm, be strong, and do everything in love.

In the opening message of our new series, Built to Last, Pastor Broc shares that great marriages don't happen by accident; they happen on purpose. From the way Jesus lived and built relationships with those around him, we can see that humility is often the missing ingredient in marriages and relationships that last. As we grow in humility and take responsibility for our own growth, we'll see love deepen, conflict become healthier, and our relationships strengthened for the long haul.

In the final message of our series, The Devil Is a Liar, Pastor Robert teaches that hearing God's voice flows from knowing Jesus, not mastering a spiritual formula. As we grow in relationship with Him, discernment and obedience become a natural response to His truth.

In Week two of our series The Devil Is a Liar, we follow Israel's journey through both the Wilderness and the Promised Land to see how lies can shape us in seasons of struggle and comfort. We are reminded that God meets us in both, providing daily bread in times of crisis and calling us to faithfulness when life feels stable. No matter the season, the truth is the same: the Promised Land isn't a place, it's God's presence with us, revealed fully in Jesus, the Bread of Life.

Join us in our new series, The Devil Is a Liar, as we step into the Garden and the Wilderness and ask an honest question we all face in moments of temptation: whose voice are we really trusting? We're reminded that God is truth and always leads us toward freedom, while the enemy deceives by pulling us away from God's Word with promises that sound good in the moment but don't last. When we stay anchored in God's truth, lies lose their power, and we learn to hear and follow His voice in every area of our lives.

This week in our Family Tree series, we talked about how real growth happens when we stay connected to Jesus, the true vine. We reflected on what it looks like to be a church that welcomes everyone, keeps Jesus at the center, and lives out His love in everyday ways through unity, generosity, and service. Let's move beyond simply showing up and instead choose to belong, participate, and invest in what God is growing among us.

Join us in the first message of our new series, Family Tree, as we reflect on the power of being rooted in Christ by exploring Jesus' family story and Hope Fellowship's story. Through Scripture and shared history, we're reminded that our roots give us identity, stability, and gratitude.

Christmas often feels calm and cozy, but the first Advent was anything but. In this message, Pastor Aaron Alexander invites us to see the honest Christmas story and consider where Jesus may be interrupting our comfort, confronting our control, and calling us to surrender to the true King.

Join us for our Christmas at Hope message, focused on the powerful truth of Luke 2 - God has always wanted to be with us, and in Jesus, He came near as Immanuel. We celebrate the hope, joy, and peace found in the Savior born in Bethlehem, reminding us that God's presence is His greatest gift.

In our Gifts of Advent series, guest speaker Donna Pisani reminds us that peace is not found when life finally feels settled, but in the presence of Jesus right in the middle of the mess. Advent invites us to notice where peace is already present, even when anxiety is loud, and waiting feels heavy. Jesus enters our uncertainty as the Prince of Peace, offering a peace that does not depend on circumstances. If you have been waiting for “there” to feel peaceful, this message invites you to discover the peace that is already here.

As we continue our "Gifts of Advent" series, this week's message focuses on The Gift of Power. Guest speaker Mike Foster invites us to rethink what power really looks like by pointing us to the birth of Jesus. You'll be encouraged to see how God's strength is often revealed in humility, service, and faithfulness, and how even small, unseen acts can make a lasting difference.

As we continue in our series The Gifts of Advent, guest speaker Andrea Lathrop invites us to reflect on The Gift of Life, a gift we don't earn but receive in Jesus. Through Nicodemus's conversation with Christ, she reminds us that true life begins when we are born of the Spirit. Andrea highlights how God has already given us new life, and that its fullness will one day be revealed when we are raised with Christ.

As we enter the Advent season, we're launching a new series called The Gifts of Advent, a look at the meaningful gifts God gives us through Jesus. Today, we're focusing on The Gift of Light, celebrating Jesus as the eternal light who breaks through our darkness and leads us into life.

Join us as Pastor Broc Jahnke unpacks the Parable of the Sower and invites us to take an honest look at the condition of our hearts. Through Jesus' own words in this story, we're reminded that real spiritual growth starts on the inside. It's a timely encouragement to return to Jesus, pay attention to what's shaping our hearts, and step into a deeper, healthier life with Him.

In this message, Pastor Eric Sebastian teaches from the Parable of the Talents, helping us understand what God has placed in our hands, what He calls us to do with it, and the fears that often hold us back. Through clear questions and real-life application, you'll be encouraged to trust God more deeply, live with open hands, and boldly step into the purpose He's given you.

In week two of our Parables series, Pastor Eric Sebastian dives into Jesus' teaching on the hidden treasure and the pearl of great price. These two short parables reveal a powerful truth - that the Kingdom of Heaven is worth more than anything we could ever own or pursue. When we truly see the value of knowing Christ, surrender stops feeling like loss and starts looking like joy. Discover what it means to treasure the Kingdom above all else and find lasting joy in following Jesus.

In the first message of our Parables series, we look at what it really means to build our lives on something that lasts. In Matthew 7, Jesus reminds us that it's not enough to just hear His words — we have to live them out. When we put His teaching into practice, our lives are built on a solid foundation that can stand through any storm. Let's lean into what Jesus teaches us, let it shape our hearts, and live it out so others can see the steady hope we have in Him.

In the final message of our Jesus Centered series, guest speaker Scott Wilson talks about what it looks like to trust and proclaim Jesus, even in the middle of life's storms. Using Mark 6, he reminds us that Jesus doesn't just calm the chaos — He walks on it. When we put our trust in Him, our lives naturally show others who He is.

In week three of our Jesus Centered series, Pastor Eric Sebastian shares a powerful message on what it means to become more like Jesus. Transformation isn't about learning a few spiritual “tricks”- it's about being formed by God's Spirit from the inside out. Through 2 Corinthians 3:18, we're reminded that God has a plan, a process, and a purpose for our transformation — to reflect His glory in every part of our lives.

Worship isn't just something we do - it's who we are. In this message, guest speaker Mike Foster unpacks what it means to live a life centered on Jesus.
