We talk to Coach Rob and TJ Lall about last weekends games, specifically 2 periods of OT, and look forward to the home stretch of the regular season. We propose a new version of cricket, responding to the changing climate, talking of which, as the summer creeps in, we recommend where you might be able to purchase your supply of the very best tomatoes!
On this edition of LRT, Greg and Mark have been away on their travels for a couple of weeks, but return with the usual discussion regarding all things Leicester Riders, and other basketball issues from around the league. We get to speak to Coach Rob about a major milestone in his coaching career, the last three Championship games, and look forward to the upcoming All Star Game. The boys also get the opportunity to talk to a very welcome surprise guest!
On this episode of LRT Greg and Mark review last weekends double winning games. Coach Rob discusses the importance of keeping the winning momentum going as we head into the international break, and the strange affliction of the 'Caledonia Cough'. Captain Kimbal provides with an update on his GB call up and provides us with this TV streaming recommendations.
On today's edition of LRT Greg and Mark look back at a successful return to BBL Championship action following that BIG road win down at the Surrey Scorchers. We preview the forthcoming double header games, and hear from Coach Rob about his views about this weekend fixtures, and also managed to sit down with recent addition Duke Shelton, and discuss his mid season arrival at the Riders and his late start to playing the game of basketball.
On this episode Greg and Mark breakdown the final four trophy weekend from Birmingham, ensuring that the 'sea of red' have all given themselves a collective 'pat on the back'. Jaren Holmes and Coach Rob provide their thoughts on playing in such a closely fought game, and look forward as to what the rest of the remaining BBL Championship season might hold.
Greg and Mark are back with a new name, but with the same old dribble. We check in with Coach Rob regarding new player signings and a look back on the Trophy campaign. We preview the Birmingham weekend, and discuss the importance of making the upcoming trophy games a sea of red.

On today's episode of LRT, as usual Coach Rob stops by to review the games at the weekend, and looks forward to the journey up to the Sharks whilst providing some travel directions for supporters making the trip. Mark has to explain why he has failed to obtain a player interview for this weeks edition, but does provide some tricky 'Kimbal Questions'. We discuss the concerns about supporters injuries, and does this impact upon the travelling orchestra? We also consider the important issue as to whether Mo Walker was sporting a pair of new trainers at the weekend!
On this weeks episode, as usual, we get to hear from Coach Rob about the Eagles win, and the challenge of preparing the team for the London game. Miryne Thomas stops by to give us some film and TV recommendations. We also have not one, but two Kimbal questions this week, and try to think about how not to repeaditly make use of certain words.
Greg and Mark are back after a two week absence. They get to ask some BIG questions related to the competitiveness of the BBL and recent TV deal announcements. Coach Rob and Captain Kimbal stop by to give their views regarding the recent results and developments of the Riders squad. Plus we provide the results of the most recent 'Kimbal Question', and update regarding who is leading the current Riders 'Block Leader' board!
On the weeks LRT we check in with Coach Rob and get to hear his assessment on the great away win up at Newcastle. We pose the question, as to whether this is the youngest starting five that we have ever put on the floor, and finally we get to hear as to who might be the best player of the video game 'Call of Duty' on this current team
On todays episode Greg and Mark reflect upon the great victory away at the Bristol Flyers. We get to speak to a 'brace' of Coaches, trying to make sense of some of those refereeing decisions. We have the usual 'Kimbal Question' and quickly look forward to the long road trip that is the away game at the Newcastle Eagles.

For the first time we have a go at setting a poll that you can complete, and finally, we ask the question, do we already have a winner for the BBL action photograph of the year?

The boys have their go at predicting this season's outcome with our very own 'under/over' segment, plus all the usual Riders and chat.
On this weeks show Greg and Mark, in keeping with the wider basketball community, have had a little go at their own 'rebrand'. Coach Rob gives a quick run down on this years new and exciting roster, and Mo Walker stops by to talk about looking good in Miami in that suit, and about the importance of leadership.

We make a quick transatlantic call to Kimbal Mackenzie to discuss his forthcoming championship weekend, and check in with MD Russell Levenston to discuss recent Riders player announcements, fixtures and the state of his tan!
It's the final podcast of the 22/23 BBL season in which Greg and Mark get to talk a little about the playoff finals for both of the BBL and WBBL teams. Coach Rob stops by for the 'Rob round up' interview. Already the guys begin to look forward to next season, merely 14 weeks to go, and reflect upon the possible changes announced by the BBL. Greg and Mark get to welcome a number of special guests, including players, coaches and BBL commentators as they try to predict the winners and outcome of the forthcoming cup weekend whilst reflecting upon the best coloured attire to wear on Sunday!

The Manchester OT win, confirmation that Dan Routledge is not a 'Sky at Night' presenter and with Mark seeking redemption following the reporting of unprofessional interviews. We reflected upon the loss to the Lions, with a great second half performance from the Riders which sets up the developing rivalry nicely for the BBL Cup final later In January.
It's a festive, semi-final edition of the podcast with Greg and Mark diving into both of the WBBL and Mens BBL teams recent semifinal games. There's the usual pre and post game reflections with some discussion regarding both teams respective final appearances at Birmingham in January. As it's Christmas time the Pod guys try to spread a little mirth and merriment by the pulling of a number of traditional 'Christmas Cracker Jokes' all delivered by our own very special delivery audio postmen and women. Greg and Mark review some of the big news from the BBL that has been released this week, checking in with the Chairman, Kevin Routledge to discuss what this might mean for the Riders. Coach Rob reflects upon another road win and previews the forthcoming clash against the Caledoninan Gladiators in front of the SKY cameras. We get to learn which of the Riders players originates from the 'Glass City', with the suggestion of an idea that the Riders should also now be referred to as the 'King City'.
