On this episode of LRT, Greg and Mark discuss some of the metrics that might go into the making of the perfect length for a podcast. We talk to Coach Rob and TJ Lall about last weekends games, specifically 2 periods of OT, and look forward to the home stretch of the regular season. We propose a new version of cricket, responding to the changing climate, talking of which, as the summer creeps in, we recommend where you might be able to purchase your supply of the very best tomatoes!

On this edition of LRT, Greg and Mark have been away on their travels for a couple of weeks, but return with the usual discussion regarding all things Leicester Riders, and other basketball issues from around the league. We get to speak to Coach Rob about a major milestone in his coaching career, the last three Championship games, and look forward to the upcoming All Star Game. The boys also get the opportunity to talk to a very welcome surprise guest!

On this episode of LRT Greg and Mark review last weekends double winning games. Coach Rob discusses the importance of keeping the winning momentum going as we head into the international break, and the strange affliction of the 'Caledonia Cough'. Captain Kimbal provides with an update on his GB call up and provides us with this TV streaming recommendations.

On today's edition of LRT Greg and Mark look back at a successful return to BBL Championship action following that BIG road win down at the Surrey Scorchers. We preview the forthcoming double header games, and hear from Coach Rob about his views about this weekend fixtures, and also managed to sit down with recent addition Duke Shelton, and discuss his mid season arrival at the Riders and his late start to playing the game of basketball.

On this episode Greg and Mark breakdown the final four trophy weekend from Birmingham, ensuring that the 'sea of red' have all given themselves a collective 'pat on the back'. Jaren Holmes and Coach Rob provide their thoughts on playing in such a closely fought game, and look forward as to what the rest of the remaining BBL Championship season might hold.

Greg and Mark are back with a new name, but with the same old dribble. We check in with Coach Rob regarding new player signings and a look back on the Trophy campaign. We preview the Birmingham weekend, and discuss the importance of making the upcoming trophy games a sea of red.

On this episode of LRT Coach Rob breaks down the games against both London and Cheshire last weekend, and the importance of having a short term memory. Greg and Mark get to discuss the merits of Londons rotation policy and the possible impact upon the rest of the league. The guys also get to provide a film recommendation and how having a simple tattoo could gain you access to one particular teams BBL games for the rest of their season.

On Today's edition of LRT, we speak to Coach Rob about the recent player comings and goings, and begin to speculate about who is 'inside man' might be. The ever youthful Conner Washington checks in and we discover that he has set his own 'Kimble Question'. As usual we look back at the Manchester win, and look forward to the forthcoming 'deja vu' weekend.

On today's episode of LRT, as usual Coach Rob stops by to review the games at the weekend, and looks forward to the journey up to the Sharks whilst providing some travel directions for supporters making the trip. Mark has to explain why he has failed to obtain a player interview for this weeks edition, but does provide some tricky 'Kimbal Questions'. We discuss the concerns about supporters injuries, and does this impact upon the travelling orchestra? We also consider the important issue as to whether Mo Walker was sporting a pair of new trainers at the weekend!

On this weeks episode, as usual, we get to hear from Coach Rob about the Eagles win, and the challenge of preparing the team for the London game. Miryne Thomas stops by to give us some film and TV recommendations. We also have not one, but two Kimbal questions this week, and try to think about how not to repeaditly make use of certain words.

Greg and Mark are back after a two week absence. They get to ask some BIG questions related to the competitiveness of the BBL and recent TV deal announcements. Coach Rob and Captain Kimbal stop by to give their views regarding the recent results and developments of the Riders squad. Plus we provide the results of the most recent 'Kimbal Question', and update regarding who is leading the current Riders 'Block Leader' board!

On the weeks LRT we check in with Coach Rob and get to hear his assessment on the great away win up at Newcastle. We pose the question, as to whether this is the youngest starting five that we have ever put on the floor, and finally we get to hear as to who might be the best player of the video game 'Call of Duty' on this current team

On todays episode Greg and Mark reflect upon the great victory away at the Bristol Flyers. We get to speak to a 'brace' of Coaches, trying to make sense of some of those refereeing decisions. We have the usual 'Kimbal Question' and quickly look forward to the long road trip that is the away game at the Newcastle Eagles.

This weeks episode of LRT Greg and Mark touch base with TJ 'the boxer' Lall and discover that we have another man with Yorkshire roots on the squad. For the first time we have a go at setting a poll that you can complete, and finally, we ask the question, do we already have a winner for the BBL action photograph of the year?

On this weeks edition of LRT Greg and Mark reflect on all things related to the opening weekend of the British Basketball weekend. Stepping by is new rider Jaren Homes who talks about the importance of family, his long term friendship with Caleb Asberry and his preference for a certain early morning breakfast.

On todays episode Greg and Mark launch our new weekly trivia quiz. Coach Rob checks in to reflect upon the preseason campaign and the possible impact of media time outs. The boys have their go at predicting this season's outcome with our very own 'under/over' segment, plus all the usual Riders and chat.

On this weeks show Greg and Mark, in keeping with the wider basketball community, have had a little go at their own 'rebrand'. Coach Rob gives a quick run down on this years new and exciting roster, and Mo Walker stops by to talk about looking good in Miami in that suit, and about the importance of leadership.

Greg and Mark return as we approach the commencement of the 23/24 BBL new Riders sesaon. We make a quick transatlantic call to Kimbal Mackenzie to discuss his forthcoming championship weekend, and check in with MD Russell Levenston to discuss recent Riders player announcements, fixtures and the state of his tan!

It's the final podcast of the 22/23 BBL season in which Greg and Mark get to talk a little about the playoff finals for both of the BBL and WBBL teams. Coach Rob stops by for the 'Rob round up' interview. Already the guys begin to look forward to next season, merely 14 weeks to go, and reflect upon the possible changes announced by the BBL. We talk about that 'dunk' with Pat Whelan; Carrington Love talks about the last play 'Green Bay' clash win up in Manchester, with Coach Rob as usual, reviewing last weeks action and providing some insights regarding the BBL MVP awards voting system.

On this weeks episode Greg and Mark get to discuss the approach of 'awards' season. They look back at last weeks two BBL games, resulting in the loss at London and the win at home. Greg gets to discuss his personal all star 'Coach Rob' best player line up of the last ten years. Finally the boys look forward to a further busy weekend of BBL action with a two game weekend, with playoff positions still very much in mind.

There is the usual looking back and forwards to the BBL championship with Coach Rob; Jubril Adekoya also steps by, with Mark trying to make the case that he is the Riders very own 'Good Draymond Green'. We get to hear about the art and skills of commentating, some of his memories of his early days with the Leicester Riders, what led into the development of his and Dave's, 'breakdowns on a Sunday night' and hints about what goes into a successful marriage for a basketball widow!

This weeks edition of the A4R podcast, Greg and Mark discuss a very busy week of Riders related activity, including, a quick review of the 'Big Wednesday BUCS' finals events, which includes a number of the Riders players along with Coach Will Maynard. Coach Rob reviews the game against the Gladiators, looks forward to Sheffield away and briefly discusses some of his broadcasting history. Pat Whelan stops by to discuss toes, the art of shooting, and the importance of BUCs silverware. BBL Trophy final predictions are made as we nervously look forward to encountering the delights of the M1 traffic on a Friday afternoon.

We preview the forthcoming game against the Gladiators and touch base regarding the partnership that the Riders have with Loughborough University. We had the opportunity to sit down with Carrington Love who gets to talk a little about his college career in Milwaukee, and confirms that he's all in on the #King City and is hitting the cookery books in preparation for the impending 'cook off'!

Greg and Mark review the results for both of our WBBL and mens BBL cup finals results from last weekend. We discuss the value of the 'dunk' competition and pose the question as to whether there needs to be a concussion protocol for basketball mascots! We check in with Coach Rob and a number of the players, meditating, upon health, and upcoming fixtures on the horizon.

It's the BBL and WBBL Cup final preview edition of the podcast. Greg and Mark get to welcome a number of special guests, including players, coaches and BBL commentators as they try to predict the winners and outcome of the forthcoming cup weekend whilst reflecting upon the best coloured attire to wear on Sunday!

Greg and Mark are feeling quite euphoric and elated as they discuss the Trophy win up in Manchester, therefore it must be OT, and get to discuss the origin of that '10' count'. Coach Rob discusses what its like to be surprised at 50, and Marc Loving gets to talk about his impressive double, double and his 'hair-raising' performance at the weekend.

It's the first A4R of 2023 bursting with content including news of new signings, not only one, but two head coaches interviews, players, and the MD of the Riders sharing their views and opinions on recent events and happenings down at the 'King City'. 'Teddy' also gets the chance to introduce himself and say hello as he makes his first debut onto this edition!

Greg and Mark get to discuss the almost end of year games. The Manchester OT win, confirmation that Dan Routledge is not a 'Sky at Night' presenter and with Mark seeking redemption following the reporting of unprofessional interviews. We reflected upon the loss to the Lions, with a great second half performance from the Riders which sets up the developing rivalry nicely for the BBL Cup final later In January.

It's a festive, semi-final edition of the podcast with Greg and Mark diving into both of the WBBL and Mens BBL teams recent semifinal games. There's the usual pre and post game reflections with some discussion regarding both teams respective final appearances at Birmingham in January. As it's Christmas time the Pod guys try to spread a little mirth and merriment by the pulling of a number of traditional 'Christmas Cracker Jokes' all delivered by our own very special delivery audio postmen and women. Merry Christmas everybody!

Greg and Mark begin to think about Christmas and the A4R Christmas party. Kimbal Mackenzie asks a question related to the 12 days of Christmas whilst Coach Rob provides insights regarding the upcoming Riders schedule and comments upon hairstyles and what it might say about team performances. The guys also try taking some Spanish lesson from assistant Coach Pablo Vazquez.

Greg and Mark review some of the big news from the BBL that has been released this week, checking in with the Chairman, Kevin Routledge to discuss what this might mean for the Riders. Coach Rob reflects upon another road win and previews the forthcoming clash against the Caledoninan Gladiators in front of the SKY cameras. We get to learn which of the Riders players originates from the 'Glass City', with the suggestion of an idea that the Riders should also now be referred to as the 'King City'.

In todays episode the guys touch base with star forward Jubril Adekoya and discuss the 'art of defence' and discover that it's all about the details, details, details. We also have the chance to find out about how 'BigggMo' is doing with his recovery, but forget to identify what his signature dish might be. Coach Rob provides us with his insights to the week that was and the forthcoming game down at Surrey.

And Greg and Mark are back! We get the chance to hear from Riders most recent signing Aaron Menzies, Coach Rob reviews the upcoming games in Glasgow and the BBL Cup quarter final against the Eagles. Some consideration as to who might be the best cage fighter on the team and finally, players and some of the coaching staff have a go at making their FIFA World Cup predictions.

Greg and Mark pull out the dictionary and try and define the word 'dominance', whilst reviewing the Riders plays of the month. Kimbal drops by and discuss's the meaning of philosophy, as we try to define what the actually meaning of basketball is? Mark takes the time to share his irritable complaints, whilst touching in with Coach Rob, celebrating his 600 head coach appearances for the Riders.

In this episode Greg and Mark review a great double header win at the weekend beating the Flyers and the Sharks on the road. For the first time the guys include 'sounds from the game' with the voices of the supporters taking part in the podcast, and as usual taking all things Riders very 'seriously'

Zach Jackson stops by to discuss the teams health issues and consider who might be the funniest guy on this years roster. Darien Nelson-Henry checks in and confirms himself as a future 'Presidential' candidate whilst also utilising his best use of Austrian/Germany language skills!
