331 Sentra:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCxTFWSKZ9U&t=83s 341 Sentra:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGSUwq6c9x0&t=52s -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

In this gripping episode, Niall reads out a real email from a listener caught between loyalty and legality. The listener's brother—already sitting on 9 penalty points—was caught speeding again and is now begging him to take the fall by accepting the penalty points on his own licence.“He says he was only doing 135 km/h on the M1 and can't afford to lose his licence with work being so far away,” the listener writes. “My wife says I'd be mad to take the points—he's always speeding and has no respect for the limits.”Niall opens the lines to callers, and the country weighs in.Some say family comes first:“It's only three points, and he said he'd cover the insurance cost—of course I'd help my brother,” says Kevin from Louth.Others warn against crossing the line:“It's illegal, plain and simple,” argues Lisa in Cork. “You could both get into serious trouble, and for what? So he can keep speeding?”Callers debate the pros and cons:✅ Pros:Helping a loved one avoid losing their jobMaintaining family harmonyBrother promises to cover financial impact❌ Cons:It's illegal and could result in criminal chargesHigher insurance premiums and personal riskEnabling reckless behaviourNiall guides the conversation with humour, insight, and fairness as the nation reflects on just how far they'd go for family—and where the line should be drawn.Would you take the points?Let me know if you'd like this shortened for Spotify or made more dramatic for promotional use!
Stephen Baskerville is an American author and political theorist who has taught in colleges all over the US and Europe (usually ending up sacked for his anti-feminist politics). His books include Who Lost America? Why the United States Went ‘Communist' - and What to Do about It and The New Politics of Sex. https://www.stephenbaskerville.com https://stephenbaskerville.substack.com ↓ Monetary Metals is providing a true alternative to saving and earning in dollars by making it possible to save AND EARN in gold and silver. Brain fog is one of those symptoms that's hard to explain but impossible to ignore. In this episode, Dr. E dives into what brain fog really is—beyond the vague feeling of mental haze—and explains why it's a sign of neuroinflammation. Though not recognized by conventional medicine, millions of people experience it daily, often without answers. Dr. E unpacks the biology behind brain fog, including how lifestyle, diet, stress, and sleep play a role in either calming or inflaming the brain. She breaks down the science of microglia activation (M1 vs. M2), the surprising ways everyday substances like gluten and dairy affect brain function, and how even seemingly minor choices can either trigger or reduce brain fog. This episode is both a validation for anyone who's struggled to feel mentally clear and a deep, accessible look at the root causes most people never hear about. Learn more about your ad choices. The Wests Tigers have once again lost a game by just a handful of points at Campbelltown Stadium. After a somewhat disappointing first half, Wests Tigers trailed the Raiders 0-16 at halftime in the Friday night clash. Some positional changes and the injection of a young star off the bench saw the Tigers get back in the game, scoring two quick tries after the break. But the more fancied opponents held on for a 12-16 win. The game comes on the back of mostly improved performances from our boys, but at least one member of the Wests Tigers Podcast team believes there's still one critical component missing - that killer instinct. Have a listen and see if you agree or disagree, and as always, have your say on the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum. Also on this edition of the podcast, we share a great post from a Wests Tigers fan on Facebook, and this generates a debate on many aspects of the club we love. Also up for discussion is the performance on Friday night of the Fainu brothers. We also examine the other notable aspects of the Tigers' performance. The bench and some individual efforts come in for some scrutiny, too. Maybe on a not-unrelated topic, do we try and get Kai Pearce-Paul from the Knights this week? That deal would include letting Tallyn Da Silva go up the M1 on loan. See what the Wests Tigers Podcast team thinks of that possible move on this edition. There's also a plethora of one-word contributions from the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum too. It gets a little spicy at times, and some are more positive than others, but we hope you enjoy this big edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
09:12 KTM: tre configurazioni diverse, forse troppe. 11:52 Aprilia, forcellone e code, Come sta Martin? 13:57 il GP e la classifica mondiale. 16.40 Alex rivelazione dell'anno, Gresini Corse in vetta.

In this episode, Gaurav offers a hands-on walkthrough of PDFgear: PDF Editor & Reader for Mac OS — a free PDF reader available on the Mac App Store — spotlighting its AI-powered OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capabilities. This feature is especially handy for transforming PDFs composed mainly of images into editable, searchable text. The demo is performed on an M1 MacBook Air running the latest Mac OS Sonoma.Key Highlights:About PDFgear:A free PDF reader app available on the Mac App Store.Stands out with its AI-driven OCR functionality.Demo Setup:Conducted on a MacBook Air with Mac OS Sonoma.Uses a PDF titled Malaysia Wildlife Document, mostly image-based.Step-by-Step Walkthrough:Opening the PDF: Launch the document in PDFgear via the ‘Open with PDF Gear' option.Navigating the App: Use VoiceOver (VO) commands to explore the window spots menu and locate pages heavy with images.Running OCR: With VO, select the OCR button and choose ‘Current file OCR' to begin processing. The OCR completes quickly — about 15 to 20 seconds for 134 pages.Exporting Text: Export options include ‘Export to one file' or ‘Export to separated files.' Due to accessibility challenges with the save dialog, it's best to stick with default directories.Accessing Converted Text: Find the output text file in the ‘Downloads' folder and open it with TextEdit to review the OCR results. This detailed guide empowers listeners to easily convert image-based PDFs into accessible, searchable text, improving document usability across devices.Try PDFgear on the Mac App Store:https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pdfgear-pdf-editor-reader/id6469021132?mt=12TranscriptDisclaimer: This transcript was generated by AI Note Taker – VoicePen, an AI-powered transcription app. It is not edited or formatted, and it may not accurately capture the speakers' names, voices, or content.Gaurav: Okay, guys, so today I'm doing a brief audio demonstration on the PDF gear application. This is a free PDF reader on the Mac App Store, and its unique point is that it can use AI to convert or to OCR documents. So that basically means if you have a document, a PDF document, which is mainly in the form of images, you can use the AI-powered features in this application to convert it into text, which you can then read. So I'm going to demonstrate that feature for you today. I'm using M1-powered MacBook Air using the latest version of Mac OS Sonoma. I'm going to navigate to a PDF document on my Mac, which was sent to me by someone called the Malaysia Wildlife Document.Gaurav/VoiceOver: I'm going to V-O-Shift-M to open the context menu. Open with. Open with. Steam app. PDF expert app. PDF gear app.Gaurav: So I'm going to open with PDF gear.VoiceOver: With PDF gear. Malaysia wildlife. PDF window.Gaurav…

[Content warning: this episode contains frank discussions of medical examiner photos our students had to view during lectures, and which some listeners will find disturbing.] Friendships, food, and failing forward gets med students through the first year. No one tells you how much of med school is powered by free pizza and shared panic. As M1s Alexis Baker, Samantha Gardner, Raegen Abbey, and Zach Grissom wrap up their first year at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, we talk about what actually got them through M1: strategic free food hunting, skipping lectures for sanity, and learning to live with the sound of your own stomach during exams. This raw and ridiculous reflection features stories of biochem-induced breakdowns, unexpected weight loss, and vacation cruises gone very wrong. We also play “Vibey,” a game that perfectly captures med student emotional trauma. Bonus topics: marriage math, spring break disasters, moldy mugs, and the shock of learning how people die for credit.
In this moving Memorial Day special, Marine veteran and author Andrew Biggio joins Morning Wire to share unforgettable stories from his seven-year journey documenting the last living World War II veterans. Through emotional reunions, battlefield pilgrimages, and the symbolic power of a single M1 rifle, Biggio preserves the fading voices of the Greatest Generation reflecting how their strength, sacrifice, and resilience continue to shape his own life. Save thousands on any new car (Australia-only): https://autoexpert.com.au/contactGet a great deal on home solar (or add a quality battery to your existing setup): https://autoexpert.com.au/solarIN THIS VIDEOLast Friday morning, a truck operated by NJ Ashton Group inconveniently, and certainly unintentionally, sprayed 750 kilos of Satan's fingernails, also known as ‘flock', which is finely shredded steel fragments, all over a 30km stretch of the M1, which is the northern motorway out of Sydney. Flock has a variety of clever industro-fun uses - it goes into friction materials (like brake linings and clutches - things of that nature). It's a reinforcer for composites, and rubbers (not those rubbers, dude - your mind doesn't have to be in the fucking gutter 24/7 - nobody wants flock in those rubbers - maybe Satan - he'd want that. I'm talking about flock in general products made of rubber, and plastic. They even stick flock in anti-static flooring (for electronics factories, or pyro-type manufacturing). And (this is very sexy, to me) they use flock in powder metallurgy as a binder in sintered components. ‘Flock' is therefore miraculous. But not when you spray it all over 30km of freeway. That sucks. 300 vehicles had their tyres punctured, southbound, between Palmdale and Mount White. This main transport link to Sydney was closed for 10 hours.Nothing screams ‘no response plan' louder than that. And I would say that we in the electorate deserve more than this entirely fucked-up response. This incident, which was purely accidental and in no way malicious, highlights two serious, interconnected lapses by regulatory Muppets to whom we pay healthy six-figure salaries - mainly, it would seem, to use their arses as little more than an over-priced executive chair polishing system.Problem one: It's pretty easy, potentially, to disrupt the entire city. When you think about it. And problem two: Since there's clearly no plan to deal with even one isolated incident such as this, imagine the unfettered chaos potentially caused by a properly coordinated attack. That's pretty clear, given the ‘Keystone Cops' response painted across everyone's newsfeeds Friday night and Saturday morning.

As we "EMBARK" on our next Prostate Cancer adventure via the "SOLAR" system to "SATURN," Michael and Josh explore the idea of biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer and the role of radiotherapy in tumour-directed therapy for de novo versus recurrent PSMA PET–defined oligo-M1 prostate cancer. Both excellent studies raise the question of newer technologies and how we apply this information to trials that already exist.Studies discussed in the episode:EMBARKSOLAR/SATURNFor more episodes, resources and blog posts, visit www.inquisitiveonc.comPlease find us on Twitter @InquisitiveOnc!If you want us to look at a specific trial or subject, email us at inquisitiveonc@gmail.comArt courtesy of Taryn SilverMusic courtesy of AlisiaBeats: https://pixabay.com/users/alisiabeats-39461785/Disclaimer: This podcast is for educational purposes only. Marusan, Max Toy Japan, Enka Vinyl, Shima-X, M1, and more really had amazing showings at the events - but brands such as Acro and Prime 1 Studio showed that you didn't need to be at one of the big festivals to have a big toy release! And, as always...pickups!
