Let's Visit-Center Church of Christ

Our text comes from Mark 8:17-18.  Jesus wants to know if the disciples have forgotten that he is concerned about all of their needs.

Our text comes from Proverbs 14:34.  The greatest need of America today is not a $15.00 per hour minimum wage, it is not universal health care.  America's greatest need is God enshrined in the hearts of men and women.  We hope you find this lesson profitable and encourage your friends to listen.

Our text comes from Mark 9:24.  Jesus has come down from the Mount of Transfiguration with Peter, James and John.  He encounters a man whose son the disciples have been unable to heal.  The man says to Jesus, "I believe, help thou my unbelief".  We hope this is helpful to you as you listen.

Our text comes from I Peter 5:7. Peter writes, "casting all your care upon him for he careth for you".  Often we find ourselves at the end of our rope.  We need to know in those times that Jesus cares about us as individuals.  We hope you find this uplifting, informative and you receive a blessing from our message from the word of God.

In Galatians 5:22, Paul writes "The fruit of the spirit is love". He then expands on this and tells us the attributes of this love which are joy, longsuffering, peace, etc.  Join us as we discuss the fruit of the spirit - the Love that Jesus wants us to have in our hearts.

Often we are discontented with life, with what we have or don't have.  Paul said he had learned to be content, no matter what.  Listen as we talk about the storm of discontent.

Sometimes in life, we become discouraged and lose our song.  Listen as we encourage you to not let your defeats defeat you.

There are times in all of our lives when we feel like we are inadequate, when we are not "up to the task".  With Jesus, we are adequate.

Just like the storms on Galilee, storms often blow through our lives and one of these is the storm of doubt, listen as we talk about some of God's choicest saints who have had storms of doubt in their lives.
