This week Sam takes on another adventure quest with the 2025 movie Fountain of Youth. Join Luke (John Krasinski) as he gallivants around town stealing art with zero repercussions. After his latest art theft, he goes to London to ruin his sister Charlotte's (Natalie Portman) life by stealing from the museum she curates and getting her fired. You'd think John Krasinski could pull off making that charming, but you'd be wrong. None of that matters because now that she's been fired, Charlotte can join in on his latest scheme! What scheme is that? Why, it's leading a billionaire-backed expedition to locate the the Fountain of Youth (which neither fountains nor youths, but that's for another time) to cure the benefactor's liver cancer. Why you ask? Fame and glory. Definitely not to follow in their father's Indiana Jones footsteps regardless of what the movie tells you. This, of course, requires stealing a bunch of Renaissance art because six artists hid clues in their paintings for some unfathomable reason, though not really in their paintings, more just kinda on them. This leads our heroes to some of the lamest puzzle solving this side of The DaVinci Code which Sam complains about. A lot. This has made them a target for Interpol and Charlotte has dragged her eleven-year-old son on the lamb with her in a bid to become the world's worst mother. There's also some psychic protector of the Fountain hot on their trail, though she proves remarkably inept. None of this can prepare our hosts for the end of this movie which is so incomprehensible it completely breaks their brains. This is in no way aided by a brief exposition cameo by Stanley Tucci, and in fact only muddies things further. So join us on a rip-roaring adventure that leaves Sam begging Danielle to watch the movie herself to see if she can figure it out. We're sure it makes sense to someone, just not us.

What if we told you that some fish don't actually "get old" — but get better with age? In this jaw-dropping episode of Doc Talks Fishing, Dr. Chris Therrien returns with three more astonishing fish facts that challenge everything we thought we knew about fish and fishing.Chris fills us in on the unbelievable story of lake trout that show no genetic, physical, or reproductive decline as they age and actually improve over time. You'll learn also why some northern pike abandon freshwater and run to the ocean, feasting on marine prey to grow into true giants. And just when you think it can't get any wilder, Dr. Therrien introduces us to the bowfin - the fish that outlasted the T-Rex, survived mass extinction, breathes air and still prowls our waters today. I haven't done a solo podcast in a while. Strength and age- resistance training - which leads me to women and strength. Resistancetraining Trump's aerobics. Which brings me to the BBM Kettlebell methodology - something I always knew but I nowhave the biometrics to prove it. Aerobicand Anaerobic. Almost Identical – slightly more Anaerobic than Aerobic and my boxing/kickboxing workouts are just the opposite. The New Year is upon us. I'm not a big “New Year's Resolution” type of guy. But this past year was enlightening for many reasons. My goal is to help others to Live Better Longer. I have had the great fortune of listening to and learning from others. My studies and experiences have helpedme attain success at what I love doing most. Sharing my experiences and knowledge with others is my way of paying it forward. So, if you're interested in learning what I gained from this year, please keep listening. We need to look at the aspects of our life- business/ financial, family/home and personal relationships, state of our fitness and health. Intermittent fasting: daily - autophagy - 12-17 hours, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 hours. Fasting stages progress from using food energy (0-4 hrs) to breaking down stored sugar(glycogen) for fuel (4-12 hrs), then burning fat (12-24+ hrs) as glucosedepletes, leading into ketosis (24+ hrs) where the liver produces ketones forenergy, with deeper benefits like cellular cleanup (autophagy) emerging after24-48+ hours, shifting your body from sugar-burning to fat-burning for fuel. Fasting Stages by Hour ● 0-4 Hours (Fed State): Your body digests food, uses glucose for immediate energy, releases insulin, and stores excess asglycogen. ● 4-12 Hours (Glycogen Depletion): Insulin drops, and yourbody starts breaking down stored glycogen (sugar) for energy. ● 12-16 Hours (Fat Burning Begins): Glycogen is low, prompting the body to release stored fat (lipolysis) for fuel, entering earlyfat-burning mode. ● 16-24 Hours (Entering Ketosis): The body significantlyramps up fat burning, producing ketones as an alternative fuel, especially forthe brain. ● 24-48+ Hours (Ketosis & Autophagy): Full ketosis isestablished, and the body burns fat exclusively; autophagy (cellular cleanup)begins to increase. ● 48-72+ Hours (Deep Fasting): Deeper benefits likeenhanced autophagy, significant growth hormone increases, and potential immunesystem regeneration may occur. Key Metabolic Shifts ● Insulin Drops: Blood sugar levels fall, signaling the body to stop storing fatand start releasing it. ● ● Glycogenolysis: Breakdown of stored sugar in the liver and muscles. ● ● Lipolysis: Breakdown of fat into fatty acids. ● ● Ketogenesis: The liver converts fatty acids into ketones for energy. ● ● Autophagy: Cellular repair and recycling process that gets activatedduring fasting. Biometrics:the BodyBell Method- Anerobic and Aerobic benefits almost equal- throw inmobility and the restorative benefits- and it's no wonder that the system isapproved by the state government for DPT's and chiropractors. In this exciting installment of the ongoing Ozark Mountain Bigfoot Conference series, Ryan “RPG” Golembeske returns for another deep dive into the world of cryptids—this time taking listeners on a journey from the depths of the ocean to the heart of the wilderness. With his signature blend of curiosity, experience, and adventurous storytelling, RPG explores the legendary creatures that continue to captivate researchers and enthusiasts alike. The discussion begins with iconic sea monsters such as the Kraken, examining whether sightings throughout history may point to encounters with massive cephalopods like giant octopuses. He then shifts to the mysterious waters of Loch Ness, highlighting the compelling scientific theory that Nessie could be a supersized eel—a hypothesis gaining traction through modern research. From there, the conversation moves into familiar terrain: Bigfoot. RPG presents a fascinating angle on Sasquatch biology and survival, proposing that these elusive beings may rely on naturally occurring hyperbaric environments—hidden geothermal systems, pressure-regulated cave networks, or unique atmospheric pockets—to maintain longevity, accelerate healing, and avoid detection. The talk expands into broader cryptid theory, asking whether such creatures are undiscovered animals, evolutionary holdovers, or manifestations of phenomena we have yet to understand. hrough a blend of science, speculation, anthropology, and field experience, RPG guides the audience through a dynamic exploration of the unknown. This session delivers another captivating chapter in the Ozark Mountain Bigfoot Conference series—an invitation to rethink what might still be hiding in our oceans, forests, and unexplored corners of the world.Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteSupport Our SponsorsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.
Yoghurt is the most diverse section of the dairy case: from Icelandic skyr to creamy Australian, and fruity French Yoplait to full-fat Greek. With something to suit every palate, plus a dose of microbes to support healthy digestion, yoghurt is a staple food in the US, hero of a million smoothies, berry bowls, and snack breaks every day. Which is why it's pretty weird that, until about 50 years ago, most Americans had no idea what it was. This episode, we've got the story of the microbial miracle (and ants?) that gave us yoghurt, as well as the secret connection between those heat-loving bacteria and the evolution of lactose tolerance. Plus, for most of history, yoghurt was wildly popular in large parts of the world—the Middle East, the Balkans, Caucasus, much of Asia, and the Indian subcontinent—and totally unknown elsewhere. Even the promise that yoghurt would cure old age, made by a Nobel prize-winning scientist, couldn't persuade Americans to eat it. So how did yoghurt finally capture the hearts of Americans? Listen in now for the little-known story of our curious relationship with this creamy concoction. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Send us a textWhat if the fountain of youth isn't a legend, but a promise that runs deeper than time itself? We start with a vivid story about stumbling on a spring that reverses decay, then follow that image to the heart of Christian hope: Jesus as living water, the only source that truly satisfies. From there, we turn to John 1 and watch Andrew do something beautifully ordinary after meeting Jesus—he finds his brother. That simple move, rooted in joy and urgency, frames how the gospel travels best: through trusted relationships, honest words, and open doors. We also draw courage from D. L. Moody's example. He rented pews, welcomed “scholars” no one wanted, and even moved into a saloon on Sundays to make room. The result was a church with a handwritten promise over the entrance: strangers and the poor are welcome, and the seats are free. That open-handed vision challenges our comfort and animates our mission. If we believe we've found the source of eternal life, we won't hide it under the sod of our routines—we'll carry cups of living water to the people we love. There's a sober edge, too. Revelation 20 uses the same word “found” to describe names written or not written in the Lamb's book of life. The contrast clarifies our message: this isn't a lifestyle upgrade; it's a rescue. We invite you to consider Christ, receive the gospel, and then, like Andrew, begin with those closest to you. We also share practical ways to start conversations and point friends to clear resources that explain the good news simply.Ready to take the next step? Listen now, invite a friend, and share the episode. In this week's episode of The Energy Code, Dr. Mike Belkowski is joined by BioLight CMO Don Bailey, who takes over the mic to ask Dr. Mike the questions you've always wanted answered about one of the most foundational — yet misunderstood — pillars of health: redox potential. What exactly is redox potential, and how does it impact your energy, aging, and healing? Dr. Mike breaks down how the modern world drains your body of electrons — and what you can do to recharge. From oxidative stress to grounding, water quality to quantum tunneling, this conversation connects the dots between light, electricity, and vitality at a cellular level. Expect a powerful exploration of how redox balance determines everything from mitochondrial function to mood, recovery, and longevity — and practical tools to raise your “internal charge.” Key Topics Covered Redox Potential 101 – What it means, how it's measured in millivolts, and why “more negative” means better health. Oxidation vs. Reduction – How too much oxidation leads to stress and disease, and how balance is key to healing. Modern Electron Deficiency – The surprising ways EMFs, processed food, poor water, and even emotions strip electrons. The Mitochondrial Connection – Why improving redox potential automatically enhances energy production and longevity. Breathing, Stress & Redox – How proper breathing, meditation, and HRV impact your cellular charge. Antioxidants & Electrons – Why 90%+ of your antioxidant power comes from your body — not your diet. Quantum Biology & Energy Medicine – Exploring the quantum spin and tunneling that link methylene blue and mitochondrial repair. Everyday Upgrades – Simple habits to raise your redox potential: grounding, sunlight, hydration, and better sleep. Key Quotes Dr. Mike Belkowski: “Anything that's inherently bad for your health is lowering your redox potential. Anything that's health-promoting is giving you electrons and raising it.” “Low redox potential means low healing capacity. High redox potential means vitality.” “Modern living steals electrons — from EMFs to stress to poor water. If you don't replace them, you're running on empty.” Don Bailey: “It's fascinating how our technological advancements have divorced us from nature — and now we're forced to supplement what our ancestors got for free.” Episode Timeline 00:00 – Intro: Why modern living depletes your electrons 02:00 – What redox potential actually means 06:00 – Oxidation, reduction, and balance in the body 12:00 – How excess free radicals and EMFs steal your health 17:00 – Antioxidants, glutathione, and your body's self-defense system 19:00 – Reading from The Mitochondria Manifesto: “Modern Living Steals Electrons” 26:00 – How modern tech separates us from nature 33:00 – Redox potential and disease prevention 36:00 – Aging, telomeres, and oxidative breakdown 38:00 – The redox-mitochondria connection 41:00 – Can we measure redox potential? 43:00 – How breathing and meditation improve redox 46:00 – Redox and quantum biology 49:00 – Rapid fire Q&A: fatigue, brain fog, mood, and stress 55:00 – Simple hacks to raise redox potential today 57:00 – Closing: Could mastering redox be the real Fountain of Youth? Welcome to Bliss Body Age Reversal Sleep Programming. This is a sacred journey of cellular regeneration and age reversal. I am so honored that you have chosen to spend these precious eight hours transforming your body back to its original state of perfection. Tonight is not just about sleep—tonight is about rebirth. Tonight is about remembering that your body has an incredible innate intelligence, a blueprint for perfect health and youthful vitality that exists within every single cell of your being. I have several Bliss Body meditations on the channel and this is the best we have ever created. It is created to facilitate total healing and age reversal. Your body contains trillions of cells, and each one of these cells has the remarkable ability to regenerate, to repair, and to restore itself. At the very tips of your chromosomes are protective structures called telomeres—think of them as the protective caps on your shoelaces. These telomeres determine how your cells age, and tonight, we're going to activate the enzyme telomerase, which has the power to lengthen these telomeres, effectively reversing your biological age at the cellular level. This is the cutting edge of what we understand about human potential. Your body wants to be young, vibrant, and healthy. It's simply been programmed by limiting beliefs, environmental factors, and time itself to forget its original perfection. Tonight, we restore that memory.
