In this episode, we explore the pointer-finger truth of "The Five Finger Gospel": Jesus knows you. As we point to those entrusted to us, we are personally reminded of how being known by the Good Shepherd changes how we parent, mentor, and lead the next generation. From childhood memories of church members who remembered her name, to the warm, earthy picture of a pastor-farmer who greets a newborn calf with joy, host Tosha Williams traces the thread of John 10 and Psalm 139 through real life.In this episode, we walk through a quick recap of "The Five Finger Gospel" and then camp on the fourth truth: the Good Shepherd knows His sheep and calls them by name. That means kids don't have to earn God's attention, impress Him with perfect behavior, or hide when they fail. It means we're invited into a relationship where we hear His voice, respond in trust, and follow with confidence. Along the way, we make it practical with a simple habit you can try today: hold up your left hand, point your finger, and say out loud, “Jesus knows you.” Pair it with a short reading of John 10:14 - “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me” or Psalm 139, and let that small moment carry big weight. We also encourage the devotion-driven discipleship framework. Seek Him leads to Speak Him, keeping our hearts grounded in truth as we guide our kids toward Jesus. When we let God's knowledge of us soak in, we stop performing and start abiding. When we speak that truth to a child, we offer a pathway to courage, honesty, and hope. Ready to share your faith using the simple tool that goes with you everywhere you go? Let "The Five Finger Gospel" be part of a meaningful, intentional conversation in your life today! Have you heard that phrase before? “That's why they're ‘sad-you-see'?” What a sad state of being – no hope of an afterlife, and only your current status, power, or position to drive your morality and spirituality. As Pastor Bill will point out in today's message, the Sadducees didn't believe in the resurrection of the dead or the afterlife. This life was it. As followers of Jesus, the hope of eternity is a critical part of what drives us and supports our sense of inner peace through the hardships of this world.

A dirty conscience is a heavy burden to bear. It can keep you awake at night, give you ulcers, and destroy your relationships and any sense of inner peace. As Pastor Bill will point out in today's message, all of us have reason for a dirty conscience. All of us have sinned against God, others, and ourselves, and we continue to do so on a regular basis. So how can we cleanse our conscience and walk in peace and freedom? Only Jesus offers the solution through His death and resurrection.

Discovering the God Jesus Knows Week 1In this message, we introduce a new series centered on discovering the God Jesus knows—a journey shaped by the recognition that all of us bring baggage, background, and false narratives into our understanding of God. Drawing from Matthew 11 and the life and words of Jesus, this sermon explores why Jesus is the clearest and most trustworthy revelation of who God truly is, challenging common misconceptions of God as angry, distant, disappointed, or unforgiving. By examining how family, cultural, and religious narratives shape our view of God, we're invited to let the Jesus narrative take priority, revealing a God who is both holy and near, majestic and loving. This series will walk through key characteristics of God—good, trustworthy, generous, loving, holy, self-sacrificing, and transforming—while pairing each week with spiritual practices designed not just to reshape how we think about God, but how we respond to Him.
Jesus is the Messiah, and He desires the heart.

In this week's message from John 2:23–25, we look at a moment when many people may have been amazed by Jesus' miracles, but Jesus knew their belief wasn't the real thing. He sees the true condition of every heart, including ours, and He invites us to move beyond being impressed by what He can do to genuinely trusting who He is. This sermon is an honest reminder to make sure our faith rests in Christ Himself, because the One who knows us completely is also the One who saves us completely. Also on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9361JSYKFqgSunday, December 7, 2025Pastor Kevin PierpontCalvary Church, Webberville, Michiganhttps://webbervillechurch.org

This week, Pastor John Durham concluded our Desert Rose series with a message from Mark 15, reminding us that Jesus entered the deepest form of loneliness so that we would never be alone. On the cross, He was forsaken so we could be accepted, and His separation allowed for our connection with God. Because Christ fills our loneliness with Himself, we can live with confidence that we are seen, we are not abandoned, and we are called to represent His love to others.
This lesson, based on Revelation chapters 2 and 3, explores the reality that Jesus knows what is going on in our lives. The three key areas covered are: (1) Jesus knows our works, (2) he sees our wounds, and (3) he understands our weaknesses. The lesson concludes with the encouragement to take comfort and strength in Jesus, who knows. This Sunday, we continue our series in the Gospel According to Mark—Kingdom Come, God's Reign in a Chaotic World. As we enter chapter 2 of Mark's Gospel we find Jesus returning to Capernaum and what has now become His home base at Peter's house. The event that takes place upon His return is one of the most remarkable in the whole gospel, and certainly what Jesus says to the paralytic man clarifies why He came and what we all need most in life. This true story reveals many things to us about our faith in Christ, as well as the mission of the church to this day. We hope you will join us as we open up this profound true story in those early days. Read Mark 2:1-12 in advance to prepare for the message and remember to bring your Study Guides!
In Jesus Knows Our Hearts, Michelle Lazurek explores how Jesus’ divine discernment reveals the truth hidden within every heart—and how believers can develop that same spiritual sensitivity. Drawing from Mark 2:8, this devotional reminds us that while people see only appearances, Christ sees the motives, pain, and wounds beneath our words and actions. Just as Jesus lovingly confronted the Pharisees’ hypocrisy and discerned the true needs of those He healed, we too are called to invite the Holy Spirit to search our hearts, heal hidden hurts, and guide us in extending discernment and grace to others. Highlights Jesus’ discernment reveals the deeper issues behind people’s words and actions. Healing and leadership both begin with emotional and spiritual health. The Pharisees’ outward spirituality contrasted with the impurity Jesus saw within their hearts. God calls us to develop the gift of discernment through prayer and the Holy Spirit’s guidance. True healing comes when we allow the Spirit to expose and heal unprocessed hurt, fostering unity in the body of Christ. Join the Conversation How has God revealed what’s truly in your heart lately? Have you asked the Holy Spirit to uncover wounds or patterns that need healing? Share your reflections and stories of discernment with @LifeAudioNetwork using #HeartCheck #FaithThatHeals #SpiritLedLiving.
