After catching up on the latest season of Stranger Things, James and Jules reflect on how we never know where an idea we have is going to take us. Is anything pre-written? Do we really know the outcome of that idea without following it? If we never follow it will we ever know? Join us today for episode 39
We all experience drama in our lives. When we do, it can be helpful to have someone show up in our world to help us without them dismissing what we are experiencing. In todays episode Jules and James explore what we all really need when drama happens and how helpful it is when our needs are met.

How often do we find ourselves having to listen to someone while thinking “just get to the point” or “yeah I've got it now, you don't have to explain anymore to me”. How many times do we do this ourselves? In this week's episode Jules and James explore just how freeing it is when we provide and answer without feeling like we have to add more to justify that answer. Our children are living, breathing examples of mental health in action. They wake full of energy and a desire to play and have fun in life. So why is it we can sometimes innocently label them with problems that we believe must be fixed? In todays episode, Jules and James explore how we can focus on what children already have to help them thrive in life rather than telling them they have problems then sending them off to be fixed.
It's very easy to find ourselves living in fear when that's how the entire world seems to be at the moment. But, is there a point where we become sick of being afraid and start to get curious about what other options we might have and whether it's our own perception of what's going on that's actually causing the fear in the first place? Today, James and Jules explore living in fear versus being sick of living in fear
As Jules sets out on a quest to help others create boundaries we explore what boundaries actually are and, while many other coaches and speakers are encouraging you to take yours down, we talk about how helpful it can be to actually set some up
Building habits is a big thing in today's World. The minute we feel we have an internal problem we have many many habit building techniques thrown at us to solve the problem. It's the first thing we ask after someone has shown us something new - “how can I build a habit around this?” Or “what steps can I take when this happens?” In today's episode Jules and James explore recent experiences of requests for steps to take and how it's a lot simpler Than you might think.
We follow a lot of rules and guidelines out in the world. Some that make sense, some that don't and some that we break. But what about our internal rules that we've created in our life? Are we following some of those that no longer make sense or serve us? Is it time to break some of those rules? In this week's episode Jules and James explore how rules are always made up and how it feels when we start changing them.

In today's episode Julie shares her story of how she followed her own intuition instead of someone else's
In 2016 James was labelled with anxiety. It wasn't the tools, techniques or meds that helped him through it. It was his own built in gut instinct system that guided him out. When things didn't make sense his gut kicked in to show him another way and the more he followed it, the more his anxiety fell away
When we know, we know. No matter what the numbers say. No matter what the experts say. No matter what happens for everyone else. When you know you know and all that stops us from following the knowing is listening in the wrong direction. This week Julie shares her story of how, despite medical professionals telling her she was wrong and that they knew better, she followed her own gut instinct and saw everything work out.
In this mini series James & Jules share their own personal stories of what they've been up against and how following their own instincts guided them through those experiences. Today is James' first story of how he moved through his experience of Testicular Cancer by following what made sense to him.

This week we received an amazing review from one of our group members who had accomplished something they had been trying to overcome for a long time. It was the reason they joined our group and reading it inspired us to talk about what can actually happen when we tune out the internal noise and take action see what's really going on behind our fears. You can read the review here. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CzojibhkqN0D3yVo1uFgksR1Y6s6qk2-8kgBTqeRnxE/edit
In this episode we explore Resilience. A word that's really doing the rounds at the moment with phrases like “you need to build resilience” or “increase your resilience to get through what's coming up” but what if you didn't need to do either? What if resilience comes as standard whenever it is needed?
In this episode we explore how when we fall victim to something it's because we've missed our own instincts telling us something is not quite right
