The UK hospitality's sector is being decimated by the measures enforced by the government. We discuss the upcoming Woman Kind North event, their motivation for creating it and what it is all about. Also, we chat about Imposter syndrome, virtue signaling, equality, and super powers for women.This was an inspiring and fun conversation that I am sure you will enjoy.

In this episode I speak with Danielle France who suffers from a rare, 1 in 1.5 million, condition called Auto-immune Neutropenia. This condition seriously affects her immune function with specific dangers to her respiratory system.
